Got my 100,000 mile service on my Odyssey done here. Dropped it off in the morning and picked it up that afternoon. Great service and way less expensive than the dealer. He only uses oem parts. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

I had a last minute request for Roccos to do my daughters brakes and had the car towed there. He was so busy but took great care of us and has us out of there as fast as he could. My air conditioning had died in the middle of a heatwave, he fit me in the next day got it repaired with in 2/3 days, and was very helpful on how it died and how to prevent it from happening again or in other cars.

I have a Honda Pilot that needed its 210,000 mile major service and a new air conditioning pump. Rocco did an excellent job, as always, and I got a very good and fair deal on this extensive amount of work on my daily driver. Hes serviced three of my past Hondas and I will only have Rocco work on my vehicles in the future.

When I first got there I was a bit intimidated because they are blunt but only because they are confident on what theyre doing and the suggestions they give out. They warn me of future services I need, the cost, and anything else that may be of concern. They help out by letting you know if it is too soon to perform a service which shows they care for customers. We know that Hondas are really reliable cars and if anything I would like to say that they are as reliable and cost friendly as the cars they work on.

Rocco has taken care of my Honda since my husband passed away two years ago. My husband always took our car to the dealership, and they kept it in good shape, but Rocco charges less for the same kinds of maintenance and service. Hes good!

While out and about realized i needed an oil change. called Rocco and he worked me in saving me a trip. the time previously Tony did a great job repairing a lancaster honda screw up.it frustrated him but he was able to make the repair and it has been working great ever since. if you dont have to go to the dealership do the best you can to avoid them and give Rocco a call. thx Tony for the great job.

If you are looking for a place to repairs your car Roccos is the best. Knowledgeable, honest. They rebuild my 2005 Honda accord engine that had 421,000 miles on the original engine, and did a great job. Currently serving a 2006 Honda accord with 145,000 miles, and doing a wonderful job. I have used Roccos Honda for all past and present Honda repairs and services. They are so professional and dependable that when I am in the market for a new vehicle I only purchase Hondas because I know that any need I may have will be taken care of by Roccos and that is a great security too know my mechanic is knowledgeable, honest, and able to get any job done.

My transmission went out on my 2003 Acura tl so I went to Roccos and I dont regret it all! He gave me a fair price on parts and labor also fixed my power steering and replaced a cracked hose to my air filter. Now my car runs perfect with 2 year warranty on my transmission! You usually take your cars to the dealer.I say, Because Rocco does a better job than the dealer; especially the dealer in this area.He replies, Well you know I always do that routine stuff myself and save the difference in cost.And then, I remind him that he has two civics at his house that dont run and an Odyssey that barely runs. Ive been going to Roccos since 1992. They do excellent work and their prices are way better than the dealerships. They wont do any work that doesnt need to be done. They will only do what is necessary unless you want them to do it. One time I went in there for my front brakes on one of my vehicles and Rocco told me my rear brakes had about 3% left and would need to be done in the next few months. I just told him to go ahead and do it. That is what I call honesty, and I wont go anyplace else and you shouldnt either. Rocco does the work on all of my vehicles except for one. Only because its European and Rocco doesnt do European cars. If he ever starts I will definitely take my Audi to him. Go to Roccos for all your service needs. You cant go wrong, EVER!

Took my 2009 Honda Civic SI for a tune-up and I am very pleased with the results. Excellent pricing for excellent work. I will continue to get my vehicle serviced with Rocco.

Poor customer service. Very rude on the phone and had an attitude. Spoke to a guy there about my issue and before I could finish explaining he aggressively interrupts me and tells me Im wrong. I got my car diagnosed elsewhere before talking to them so I already knew the issue. He also quotes me nearly $1,000 to replace a starter and o2 sensor. Didnt trust the quote as Ive called in the past and was quoted half as much. Shady business they do over there. This experience inspired me to research and do the job myself successfully for under $400.

Took my 03 Civic to Rocco’s with a serious overheating problem. Within hours the problem was diagnosed and the repair had begun. I was informed by Rocco himself every step of the way. He did nothing without my approval and believe me there was a lot to approve. I wish it was called Roccos auto repair and not Roccos Honda. I would take all of my vehicles to him! Definitely the only place my Honda will ever go.

A dishonest mechanic would have avoided correcting me and did the service anyways. But, Roccos was honest and very knowledgeable. My Honda will only be going to him.

I received my 2002 Acura RSX about two years ago. The older man who owned it before me really didnt keep up with the repairs. On a recommendation from a friend I brought it to Roccos. The car needed quit a few repairs over the past two years which required one major tune up and other problems attention. I have spent about $4000 combined on all the repairs and have had no trouble. I had a rare failure with an electrical component that required an expensive part and boy was I happy with that repair. Quit a few small problems occurred because of that parts failure. The crew here has always been right on with there diagnosis. And they have all been very efficiently quick.I cant say enough about the experiences I have had here. And hank is a laugh. Always likes to be pet and greats me every time I arrive.
