I just bought the nicest car Ive ever gotten financed on my own from Lewis Giles. He promised me I wouldnt be riding the bus anymore, and he kept his promise. I didnt believe him, because my credits not so good & I had very little money down. But he made it work for me & I drove my car home that day! I highly recommend asking for him if you need a car!

Sarge is the most disrespectful sales associate I have ever worked with. He not only yelled at my husband and me over the phone, he made false promises about getting a car to the location for us, told us it would be transferred same day, we later were told we couldnt see the car until we had approved credit for it... no dealership does this (even though we applied for the loan) I am sickened by the way I was treated by this employee. Their manager for the most part was a good guy which earns them their ONE STAR. If you come in contact with Sarge Run...HOWEVER I am updating my review to talk about Matt and Sam, they are amazing. They totally redeemed this business. They helped us get into the vehicle we has been so excited about getting, they were super kind, fun and easy going guys who made the car buying process really easy.

I Pur an automobile here six months ago . Salesman was very good. Not pushy. Showed me only what I could afford. It appears to me that they sell a superior automobile . Cars in great condition. I was really impressed and will buy there again.

Friendly staff. But took use 5 hours to find a car. Then we had to go back the next day and spent 4 more hours just to sign papers to buy the car. Over all they were nice

Lewis is the best salesman I have dealt with. We where down there until closing time and couldnt get the truck I wanted due too financing companies saying the truck I wanted was a commercial vehicle which was not accurate because I am truck driver. But he got me a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali left me take it home for the night since it was so late for my test drive which the check engine light came on and now it is in the shop getting fixed up before I sign the paperwork. So when I get back from Oklahoma City I will get my truck with duel climate control and sunroof and the works.

Customer service was amazing, but they sold us a lemon car. After 2 months of having it I am already having Transmission issues. Which they wont help because They did not put a warranty on my Jeep Like I request. When I called for the Service to help me, they said since I do not have warranty so Ill have to pay out of pocket. They stated no matter what I will have to pay out of pocket. I put $2,300 down on this and now have no money to fix a car that should have not been like this. Also Before we bought the Jeep they allowed us to drive off with it, I had to put 40 dollars of my own in it. They stated they will reimburse us. Also once they said they will inspect the Jeep they gave us a rental. We had to put $10 in that as well. We gave our receipt and was told we would get a reimbursement for it. Its been 2 months since then, and still havent gotten the money back. I have called in regards to this 6 times each time I am being told they will look into it. It is complete bs that it take over 2 months to give me $50 back.

I bought a car here a few years ago and I still love it but my motivation for this review is almost entirely for the repair shop in the back. They are amazing... Here is the beat part I actually trust them. Im not savvy when it comes to cars so in the years since Ive owned my car Ive had a lot of stupid questions about what lights on my dashboard smeant, like low tire pressure. They always made time to inspect it and even refilled the tires for free. Love these guys and Barb (receptionist) is really nice!

We found a car we really wanted to purchase on their website and just before we committed to buy the Tahoe we were told a pricing error was made but they would honor the price quoted to us. The next day they told us we would also have to pay the shop fees of $1800.00 I asked for a copy of the shop fees and they only came out to $1300.00 but they still added $1800 to the price. I found this totally un-ethical so we purchased a car somewhere else.

Usually I would never feel compelled to write a review for a used car company, since the usual experience is less than awesome to say the least. But in this case, Fredericks is the exception! Kirk Newcomer was my Sales Rep @ Fredericks and he even arranged to pick me up and took me to retrieve my plates off my busted vehicle. My truck broke down and was beyond repair, so I had no way to even get out to shop for a new car, but Kirk really helped me out of a tough situation. I also had very little $ to put down, but they made the buying process painless and quite simple. 90% of the details were hammered out over the phone and internet, so when I finally arrived at Fredericks, Kirk literally had me out the door and on the road in a very nice newer model vehicle WITH a 4 year warranty, and the entire process took less than 15 minutes! Truly unprecedented car buying experience!

My 2015 Kia sportage is everything Ive ever needed but never knew I wanted. Rubens Ofray got me into my new car in minutes and I was able to trade in my 2003 Audi a4 which needed inspection which would have ran me 2000.00 just to pass but I also had a failing transmission and we all know once that goes its time for a new car but needless to say they gave me a pretty penny for it. Told him what I was looking for and they got exactly what I wanted a 2015 Ford fusion with black interior he went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted got the car in july and love it so much I will definitely being going back to see ruben when its time for another car

This dealership sells lemon cars. I would give it no stars if I could. They claim to stand behind the cars they sell, which is bogus. Honesty is not a priority, making a sale and not losing money is clearly #1. Our van continues to shut off on us, leaving us in terrible predicaments and in hazardous situations, putting the safety of our family risk. We have taken it in numerous times to be serviced for the same issue (you can imagine the headache we have) and they claim EACH and EVERY TIME, that the problem is fixed. Our salesperson, Sarge, bold-faced lied, claiming that there was a flat spot in the alternator and after replacing it there was nothing wrong with our van anymore to take the keys and take a hike pretty much. Or, he could upsell us a newer car and our payments would be unaffordable to make up for all the money they would have to bite to get us into something different. The boss stands behind the glass in his office doing nothing to rectify the situation and never once coming to talk to us, clearly demonstrating he does not want to get involved. What kind of customer service is that? The warranty has no value! It means absolutely nothing. If you cant fix the vehicle after three tries then the warranty is not being upheld. This was our first purchase of a vehicle and our experience here was nauseating to say the least. We have lost all faith in this company. Hope this deters future sales and they lose business for the way we have been treated. Think twice people, THINK TWICE! Take your business and money elsewhere. The moral values of this company are corrupt.

I called and told them I just wanted information, Salesman Nate said he could not provide anything unless I filled out an finance application. I told him I have no cosigner and little money down. He promised he could get me financed today with little money down. Called me back and told me without a cosigner no car. When I asked why he told me earlier he could, he said it would be possible under the right conditions. What? I told him my situation BEFORE he promised me financing! Now my credit is down 10 points for 30 days! Thanks a lot liars!

I went online to find a dealership that could handle my needs, I was directed to Frederick Preowned of Lancaster. I was contacted by Matt Kessler, he took the time by email and text to find out my situation and what I wanted. I got preapproved and he told me what my options were. I got the minivan I wanted with room for 7 passengers in the price range I was comfortable spending. We went in today to do the paperwork and 2 1/2 hours later we were out the door in my new car. Best dealership experience I have ever had.

I had an amazing experience here! I worked with Troy, hes awesome!! He was honest with me from the beginning and told me it may be hard for me to get approved (My credit score was 590 and I made $10 and hour at that time, so I was far from rich!) However he tried really hard and got me approved! I walked off the lot with no money down in a 2015 vehicle! My monthly payments are reasonable for how bad my credit was and my down payment was nowhere near outrageous! For my 50 mile checkup a few months later I actually took it to the Toyota dealership and they confirmed my car was in excellent shape and condition, so I can say Lancaster Preowned gained my complete trust and I highly recommend them to anyone and will be going back to them for my future service needs! I havent had any issues with my car and after years of horrible experiences with other local car places, Lancaster Preowned was able to put my worries to rest and gain my trust. I feel like a valued customer and they were able to change my negative outlook on Lancaster auto shops. It was life changing for the better thanks guys!

He kept telling us I’m working on getting you guys something REAL nice be patient please... what happened next we never thought would be possible not now not for along time, he walks in and says, “let’s go look at some cars”... looks right at my wife and says, “ You like BMWs???” We didn’t know what to say, my heart just stopped and I was in total shock!!!! Black Friday Waiting hours for them to inspect a 2015 Ford Edge, got to do a very short test drive. Was told I was approved and take it home and come back tomorrow morning to do paperwork. In the morning looked things over and pointed them out when got to the dealership. Said it sounded like the struts were shot and they said it just the bad tires and that they were replacing them. A couple days later when into have them replaced, had it for 3 days and gave me a loaner vehicle. Told them that it still made the same sound and had a bad hopping. Left messages about it and about still not getting the navigation chip also, 7 weeks later still waiting on the chip and no response about the dead struts. There saying is “we Love Our Customers” get your loan approved and they forget all about you after the fact.

I’m not sure if you if you were at this Store back in 2005 or not.Today I’m celebrating 13 years of owning a vehicle I purchased from Lancaster Pre Owned in Lancaster. At that time I was living in Ephrata and was looking around for a used vehicle( I moved to Millsboro DE 2008). My Grandfather had left me 10k when he passed and I was having issues with the vehicle I owned at the time so I decided to start to look around and wound up at your location. I always wanted a truck so I looked in that direction and decided to look at a 2002 Chevy Avalanche 4x4. My salesman Drew told me to take the Truck and drive it around and keep it overnight. I didn’t feel comfortable having the truck in my possession for that long. Didn’t want anything to happen to the truck since I didn’t own it. I did return later that evening and to make a long story short I purchased the vehicle. When I bought the truck it had 37,639 miles on it and 13 years later today I have 248,015. I drove my Truck off your lot with pride that day and in memory of my Grandfather. Every day I drive that truck I have my grandfather’s with me in spirit and I have as much pride in this truck today as I did the day I bought it. This is the best vehicle I have every bought, for being 16 years old it doesn’t owe me a darn thing. It still has the original motor. Sure I have replaced the normal things thru the years like Battery, Alternator, Water Pump. I will never find another truck like this one every again. It’s starting to show its wear and starting to rust but I don’t care I plan to make it to 300,000 miles or more or till it dies dead. I have done everything with this truck from pulling my 24’ Boat, Camper, Cargo Trailer, Auto carriers, pushing stuck vehicles out in the snow, pulling bushes and tree stumps out, 4 wheeling on the beach, to finally having to take it thru a corn field in January during our blizzard to be able to get out of a snow drift.I just felt like this was the best day to write someone from Lancaster Pre owned and let them know how happy I was to have purchased this vehicle and tell you that I’m still driving my baby around with Pride.Enclosing, Thank you for giving me 13 years of wonderful happy great memories with the Best vehicle I ever owned.Thank you for your time I know you are busy, but this means a lot to me.Sincerely,Donna Moyer

I purchased a vehicle from them August 2015, 2005 hyundai Sante Fe on June 2016 the axle snap, i took it to my mechanic was told this was something that should of been fixed wayy before i purchased the car, he stated the car should of never passed inspection the total cost was over a grand. Also since the day i purchased the vehicle the air conditioner was not working, i took it there they said the fixed it a week later again no air conditioner. I DO NOT recommend anyone to purchase a USED vehicle from them.
