I had a good experience at this The Tire Store in Lancaster. The staff were nice, respectful, efficient. Price was great. What leads me to write this review was the little extra of neatly, carefully putting back the spare and buttoning up the trunk cover. A quality experience all the way through.

Quick service, fair prices, good quality. They wont try to sell you things you dont need. They even do brakes (mine were about half what the dealership was asking)! The only thing they are missing is a point system. For example: after so many visits you get $10 off or your next patch is free : ) I tell them this every time I go!

The Tire Store is always at the top of their game. I called a little before 3:00pm, arrived at 3:15pm and was back on the road by 4:00pm. I had 4 tires mounted and balanced. You have to watch them to make sure theyre actually doing what you paid for. Went in for an alignment and the mechanic drove my car around the block then worked on it for 20 minutes and brought it back the with the same problem

Staff are friendly and helpful. My husband had unique sized tire and the willingly hped him out with getting the rim back on the tire. American Tire wanted him to buy a new tire.

Now todays experience was a little different I called and they said they had my tires as I got there not only did they tell me that they didnt have my tires but that they had never received a phone call saying that anybody in the office said that my tires were there one individual by the name of Jonathan helped me out told me not to worry that he would do his best and thats exactly what he did not only does he help out his crew but this guy amazes me on the speed and how fast he is in doing things that boy should get a raise

I Wanted to give 5 stars but my experience was not good, on may 15th 2021 they charged me 140$ labor (fair price) for two front lower control arms, car drove good for a couple of weeks and started pulling to the left on me, took it to a tire shop and they concluded a bad tire that caused car to go out of alignment thought nothing of it after that since car drove without pulling to left anymore, weeks go by ... eventually I started hearing metal on metal from bottom of car almost like a knocking noise thinking it was the tie rods that havnt been done ... I take it to another mechanic here in the valley told em I thought it was the tie rods, they put car on lift and verified there were no broken tie rods present and discovered a missing bolt on the new lower control arms, either the tire store put it on loose and it eventually fell off or they never put it in the first place ... Iam Highly disappointed as an HVAC technician I always say do it right or dont do it at all

The employees are incredibly quicky helpful and kind. I went around to multiple shops needing help in an emergency, but The Tire Store had the quickest and best help and have a really good price even for large tires.

This place is great, selection is awesome, it seems funny but it looks like the guys there are lifting your vehicle before you get off, their that fast... 😀😀😀

I called for a price on 4 new tires and a front end alignment and was given a very good price. I drove in and they took me in right away, they started taking off the tires even before I spoke to the office person. I waited for my car at the store, it took about an hour to finish. I paid exactly what I was quoted.The tires look good and Im happy with my purchase.

You will see right away that this place is incredibly busy, and for good reason. They were very fast considering there was almost no parking left. I had a damaged rim and popped tire and they were able to replace both and have me back on the road for 100 dollars. Friendly, efficient, affordable. I would give them a 6th star if I could.

Went in for an alignment on a lowered vehicle. They were really busy and I had to wait about an hour before they could start working on it. But they were friendly and professional, and the price was more than fair. And afterwards the gentleman who was working on my car walked me through the adjustments he made. I also remember a few years ago I bought some tires for my other car from them, and they were the only ones in town who had what I was looking for on hand.

Came in because my car was making some loud noises, figured it might be the suspension, I was referred here by another shop and very glad they did. It was a free estimate and Dion really took his time double checking my car. Ultimately my tires needed air and that was pretty much it, they couldve screwed me if they really wanted to but were as honest and diligent as can be. Will be coming back for future repairs

Best deal on used tires anywhere.Im astounded how many people are working here. Its and office with 6 bays and another building across the parking lot with 2 more bays. There are tire busters everywhere and srsly its the busiest tire place youll ever see! They even had 3 used trailer tires in super good shape for my car hauler trailer. I go out of my way to here for tires if possible 👍

Bought my 1st set for Buick in Lancaster, just got 2nd set in Rosemond (different car) and service and price were good. Both stores were great. Think I like the Rosemond store a little better. Now I will have to try their Tehachapi next maybe.

I have always had a good experience at the actual tire store. But sence Ive moved into the trailer park beside them, I have had a horrible experience with the make shift chop shop they have running beside the store next to my trailer. Theyve ran into my fence, pulled weapons on my boyfriend, rev engines continusly outside my window and are rude when asked to stop.

Fast!! I brought my own tires to be installed on my 02 Suburban at the shop. Every bay was occupied, but despite that, they got my SUV right in. The tire technician who was assigned, took care of me and he made sure that all my request were met!!. Even informing me of brake wear on my fronts. Im going to be coming back here more and will definitely recommend friends and family! 🏆

I am always nervous about anybody touching my vehicle I took my vehicle for an alignment here the first day that I left from here my will was going to the right I am afraid to contact the owner to explain to him the situation because if they didnt fix my problem the first time then I take it to them a second time my luck theyll do something wrong to my car so I will just deal with it and call it a loss and pay someone else to do my alignment

Employees were nice/ friendly prices are somewhat high. Toms Tires more superb parts. But hand down tire shop is excellent with labor cost and tires. Staff makes you feel comfortable and will give options with service to help you save. Used times A+ in prices

I received an estimate at another establishment for front suspension repairs totaling almost$1,400.00. Took it to The Tire Store and received an estimate of $631.00 Im pleased to say the least. They have a customer for life.

Asked if they had used tires.they sàid sure .he asked me if they were for this truck.he gave me a ticket for my window told me to wait .some one will tell me where to pull up for service.they did 1hour latter. I pulled up where they said.wàited.30min.more they came and told me .we do not have those tires.maybe they should have looked first wonder if I wanted new tires if service would have been better . I will never know weñt to a differeñt place and bought 6new tires

Came in today to replace a tire that had shredded on me on my way to Lancaster from Las Vegas. The desk gentlemen were so welcoming and helpful, they checked my other tires and came up with a service plan that fit within my needs and financial means. I was in and out within 15-20 minutes from start to finish and could not be happier with the service I received here. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
