The person I dealt with, Jerry (Im sorry if I got wrong), was a class act, a truly great and kind person. He was a huge help after some delusional diagnostics from other local places. They did a great job on a car that maybe should have been sunsetted.

Their customer service was amazing! The kept me updated with daily calls, and had the job completed in the expected timeframe even though they had send the part back and get a new one. This was my first experience with them, and if I ever know of anyone in need of transmission work I will for sure be recommending Hiros!

Was in town from North Idaho picking up my race car towing a trailer when i lost the transmission in my F250 after 276000 miles 1200 from home called the guys first thing in the morning on monday made arrangements dropped the truck off talked with Shane told him how i used my truck and that i needed it to get home, got a call back tuesday afternoon said they had the truck done the transmission never worked this good they also explained that i had a nationwide warranty that i just needed to take it in to a local transmission shop for a check up ... would recommend to any of my family or friends great place

Nice friendly staff that listens and does what they should the rt way. And concerns they dont argue just take care of it. One of the few old time shops still around and have the ATRA nationwide warranty.

Wonderful service. I called with a problem an hour before closing and they said to get right over. They got the car lifted and found it was a quick fix and got me on my way before closing. I was visiting from out of town and was in a pinch since I would only be in town for a day and had a 500 mile drive back home the next morning and an event that evening. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIROS! Brought my hyundai accent to get axle bearing and seal replaced. The very strange Mark sold me on a rebuild. I agreed when I got the car back I knew something was wrong. Mark said to drive it around. I did but the car was shifting so hard it ripped the timing belt in half destroying the motor. Told Owner what happened complete denial. I replaced the motor, took the car back. Jeff said the wrong converter was installed. Didnt offer to repay me for the motor. If the converter is shifting to hard and Hiros is the one who put it in arent they at fault. I do not recommend anyone go to this shop.Secondly the owner while driving my car on the freeway received a ticket from the CHP for the tint on my windows. He didnt tell me until it was almost the court date. If he would have waited any longer I would have had a warrant for my arrest.Again I dont recommend this shop to anyone.Still waiting for the 1400 dollars I spent on the new motor....

I pay $3000 for a rebuilt transmission to find out they did not read build my transmission on a 2008 Ford Edge they just replaced the part that was defective and still did not get the results I was looking to for still having problems with my transmission Buyer beware

Bought a performance transmission online from Monster transmission, had issues since day 1 . Brought it to Hiros and they informed me trans was put together incorrectly . Transmission now works perfect, Hiros is my Hero !!
