Had appointment to install my tires. Told it would be an hour. One hour later my car was still in parking lot. Have purchased many tires from this company, but never again in Lancaster Total dissatisfaction. Second star is that price was reasonable, but could have got same price at another location.

Had a leak in my valve stem.. stopped by 1/2 hour before closing time. Fellows were cleaning up everything! Took care of the problem in 10 minutes. And no charge...I tried to tip the young man to no avail. Very professional. I will be back to buy my tires there when needed. THANK YOU DISCOUNT TIRE. A satisfied customer.

Discount tire is awesome. I use to take my car years ago to NTB and they were not honest about my car and would not honor the warranty on the tires that I had bought from them. Discount tire is always honest and does not take advantage of the customer. I will never go to anyone else but Discount tire.

I had made an appointment online the day before. They were helpful when I first arrived. Once my vehicle was done; however, no one called me to let me know. I waited inside the lobby for over half an hour and no one offered assistance. Granted, they were a little busy, but they had called at least two other people while I was waiting. I finally went outside and sat at the picnic table-then one of the guys offered assistance. Ulyimately, they were nice guys and pleasant people- I would recommend then and I will use them again.

Stopped in on my way home from work on a weekday. They had my same tires and size I needed in stock. In and out in less than 40 minutes.

THEY WON MY BUSINESS!today i stopped there with my wife in her Ford Taurus because about every 2 weeks i was having to put 5lbs-7lbs of air in both drivers side tires. We dropped vehicle off and was told it would be done in an hour, in about 40-min i got a phone call from the guy at front desk who said your car is ready and you are all set he went on to explain it was leaking slow around the bead due to corosion on the wheel. They took tires off the wheels, cleaned the wheels, remounted and balanced ..NO CHARGE is what they told me when i went to get the car. That is superior customer service! I will be ordering new tires for my truck soon and that made my mind up where i am doing business from now on. Thanks Discount Tire and the friendly employees who took care of us

The Lancaster Discount Tire shop is terrific in my opinion. Everything they do is by the book when working on your tires. Their prices are some of the best you will find, and no high pressure as well. For tires and wheels, they cant be beat in my opinion.

It is a good place to get tires and have friendly staff that is willing to give you a great experience. Unfortunately, that is all that they do is sell and replace tires and do no alignments if needed. It is great if that is all you need.

My aunt, cousin, myself and my mom went to Lancaster Ohio to have breakfast. In leaving discovered we had a flat tire on my aunt’s car (thanks so much to the lady that knocked on the window before we left and pointed it out). We put air in and found we had a pretty big leak. Went to Discount Tire, where they found a piece of glass in the tire. Fixed and had us back on the road within an hour! Thanks gentlemen for the quick courteous and free service. Much appreciated !

If I could give this location 10/10 stars I would. I came in for a simple swap of tires from one suv to the other and they had me in and out in 20min. I couldnt belive how fast all of them worked to get me, my bestfriend and my 1yr old son out of there asap. I felt like I got better treatment from this location then I ever have at any tire place in columbus Ohio. This place was freaking amazing!!! Thanks guys for all of your hard work.

I gave this place a good review but since that review I have a new review. I had new tires installed twice by them . Both time I have left the place after new tires installed I have had issues with tires not being balanced correctly and had to make a return trip to have tires balanced again and had to wait both times for over 2 hours for it to be done . The real pain is the second time I had tires replaced I had the same issue not only had to return for rework but I get the car back and its still not balanced correctly. They tell me to bring it back in for them to check tires again. They act like all I have time for is to sit and wait for them to do something they should have done right the first time . This will be the last time buy tires from this place.

They are doing the best they can. But as far as cars go they might as well be making tacos...

Showed up today 10 minutes before they closed (I didn’t know they closed that early). They had no customers. I needed a quick tire rotation for my wife’s vehicle who was going on a trip early the next day. They said I needed to come back tomorrow. They were still open but wouldn’t do something that took less than 10 minutes. I don’t understand that type of mindset or customer service.

Headed home from Wayne National Forrest and lost tread on our trailer. We were able to get here slowly and safely. Awesome experience! Stopped in because I had a slow leak in my tire. My service rep Austin fixed and balanced the tire in record time. I never left the car. When he was finished I was surprised to learn that tire repairs are free! Thank you Austin, you are excellent at your job!!!

Quick and professional. If its slightly more expensive, $50 more than anything else I could find, its made up for in speed, COVID-19 considerations, and ease. They do the whole job which, for me was four new tires, and send you on your way without having you get out of, or someone else get into, your car. Perfect.

This morning was such a rough start, and by an act of kindness it’s been turned around. I went to leave for work this morning and my passenger tire was flat, I knew I needed new front tires but it wasn’t on my brain like it should have been. I had my husband put my spare on and decided after work I’d take care of it. I went to discount tire in Lancaster and I unfortunately didn’t have enough for both front tires (off pay week ☹️) so I told them just the one would work for now... Ross and Dave worked on my car and said they didn’t feel right letting me leave, seeing how I had my 7 year old kiddo with me. They replaced my other front tire at no cost to me. Im still in shock honestly! But I am so thankful for their kindness!! I will be coming back for all my tire needs to show my gratitude and appreciation. Thank you guys again!

They also had a thought out plan for dealing with customers during the covid19 like wearing masks, having customer drive own vehicle in and out ...I would recommend Discount Tire and will go there for future tire needs.

I’ve always had excellent service here. I pulled up today there always sending me stuff about air pressure check time you just pull up they check them add air if needed today my light came on for low air he told me it would be around five before they could check air. I’m more then capable of checking it my self and putting air in itIt’s just the point I’ve bought two sets of tires from there and a rim they can’t take five minutes for a repeat customer.

My car was week taken care of for a rotation and balance, which was part of a 4 tire purchase. The employee who checked me in was very kind and did his job well. Additionally, it was a no-contact visit, which is what I prefer.

Made an 11am appointment to plug a tire. Showed up at 11 to be told they got busy so appointments are running behind. Not sure how walk ins have priority over appointments. I asked if I could return when they would be ready for me and was told they weren’t sure how long that would be. 11:44 is when we pulled my civic into the bay. Mechanic walked away. Returned at 11:56 to begin work on car. I would say the work began when it should have been ending. Time is a precious commodity. I don’t appreciate mine being wasted.Brian G.

Asst mgr Jim took very good care of my Mercedes today. Tire technician Ross ( i believe that was his name) was very careful with everything. He found a nail i didnt know i had and patched me up very quickly. Kudos to the Lancaster ohio team for being on the front lines keeping drivers on the road during the pandemic. This was my first time here. I did not have an appointment. Despite being a walk-in, they rotated my tires, inspected them and reset my TPMS light in my CR-V in about 45 minutes! Not only that, but everything they did WAS FREE OF CHARGE!! Everyone was very friendly, and they answered all of my questions! I will be purchasing my next set of tires there! I was really impressed!

Purchased tires here for the first time. I made an appointment to get them rotated a week ago and showed up ten minutes early. I was told that it may be an hour past my appointment time. When I explained that this is why you make an appointment so you do not have to wait, I was told that Discount Tire is kind of like a doctor’s office, you make an appointment but you may have to wait a while.Wow....disappointed

I needed four tires, really bad for my camper on a busy Friday afternoon coming back through to Michigan. Discount gave me a great deal on some nice tires, with a rebate to boot. Great part is they have a discount tire in my home town.They got me in quick and on my way in less than 45 minutes. Ive been getting my tires from this location for multiple years now and always had great service. The selection of tires is very extensive which helps me find the proper tire for the budget on hand. The staff is very knowledgeable so if you have a question regarding sizing, quality or tread just ask them.

Wanted new rims for my car. Went in knowing what I wanted. Bought and paid for them in under 5 minutes. By the time they got to my car, they switched over my tires to the new rims in about 15 minutes. The price including transfer, balancing and tax was under the price of a competitors for just the rims. Great job!

Usually the best deals on tires around. They fixed some flats for me for free on tires that I didnt buy there. Just tried to sell me certificates on them after. Still cant beat the service guys are always great and busting hump to try and get people done as fast as possible.

After having a horrible experience years ago I decided to try Discount Tire again. I drove into the store on Monday and ordered tires for my car. I was told 3-5 days which would mean they would be installed by the weekend. Its Monday of the following week and now Im told my tires werent ordered until Thursday of last week when I called to check on them. Now the tires wont be in until maybe Wednesday or Thursday of this new week. Im leaving town Wednesday morning which is why I needed the tires last week. Discount Tire failed me yet again. Never again!

Wow...walked in with no appointment on a Saturday, drove out less than an hour later with 4 new tires! Prices are excellent and the customer service was even better. The technician Dylan spoke to me and had even took the time to tell me about the install, asked if I had any questions and even torqued my wheel spacers...as a mechanic myself, Im leery of anyone else touching my vehicles...I have full confidence in this store they have a customer for life.

I had a flat tire on my way to work on the side wall. I was going to need a new tire. They shuffled things around so I didnt have to miss work, and they went the extra mile in customer service. FREE FLAT REPAIR FOR EVERYONE! I had not a clue, I had never shopped there before. Stopped for flat repair and was told I owed nothing. They have won my business. If knowing that they would fix your tire even if you have never shopped with them cannot win you business nothing will. They were also friendly, nice, and explained what had happened.

Very friendly & fast service with a smile every order. My new car did not come with a spare. Dealership wanted $665 for the kit. I went to this location to see what was available. They sold me a new rim, tire, lug nuts & tool for $ 205.50. I mentioned to Nick (counter person) that my air pressure sensor was not reading the correct tire. He said the tires were probably rotated & the sensors were not reset. Nick said to bring the car in to have the sensors reset & they would fix the flat for free. Great customer service. I will return for future service when needed.

It was Black Friday and I had no scheduled appointment. Fourth person in line. The speed was very impressive. I have always had a good experience at this location however the time it took them to replace four tires was amazing, not to mention they were slammed with customers.

Have been a customer for 10+ years. This particular location takes upwards of four hours just to take your car in sometimes. Lots of yelling and shouting in the garage from staff. Have visited four times and every time they failed to check the TPMS system despite guaranteeing to do so every time the tires are taken off

Last Friday we called probably 10 other tire places looking for tires (duh). They were the best priced. Called and had to make an appointment for the following Monday cause the tires I needed werent in stock. Was pleasantly surprised with a phone call later that afternoon that my tires are in and we could stop in in Saturday, but wed have to drop it off and they would fit it in as they were booked solid. Told us it would be about 3 hours. 2 and a half hours later we went back, my car was being worked on and I was done before noon! Phenomenal service! Exactly within time we were given and even found us a $75 rebate! Highly recommend!!

Very nice employees. They have always treated me with repect. I dont have expenses for pricey items and usually buy tires, when needed, one or two at a time. They are understanding, dont push sales, and very courteous.

Doesn’t matter what state I end up in, I’m always beyond satisfied with the service I receive at discount tire. I had to drive two hours to get here, but I like my warranties! This particular location definitely makes new faces feel welcomed.

Brought my wifes Rogue in because one tire had a nail hole in it (run flats, thankfully). Joe took it in to their garage and they fixed it. We were in and out in under 30 minutes and there was no charge (!?!?!?!?). Weve bought tires, alignments, etc there before but this was a welcome surprise. Theyve earned a very loyal customer.
