Ordered and installed 4 new tires on our Outback. Tires arrived quickly and service was quick and painless. Love that they do lifetime free tire rotations included in the install and I always feel their prices are inline. Loving the Pirelli Scorpion all-terrains. Also have to note that theses are not your traditional type of tire and they went out of their way to make sure they were in fact something I needed. They are and they agreed but I appreciate the extra effort to make sure I was ordering what was in my best interest.

Service was fine. Not happy with the way the pricing of the tires changed several times during my experience. An “out the door” price should mean that’s the final price pay when you’re ready to leave. I did not appreciate that.

I ordered new tires for my husbands truck and then scheduled an appointment online to get them put on, all in one shot . I received a confirmation email about a couple hours later. When I arrived for my appointment they told me about an hour to an hour and a half, they balanced them, put new valve stems on and replaced the tires all within 40 minutes. The manager was very friendly and very personable. I highly recommend this location. This was my first time coming here and I told Pete the manager that I will be coming back with my vehicle in the near future.

I took my car to get an alignment done. 10 mins of them having the car, they called me and said the ball joint needed to be replaced. They said it would be over $250 for alignment labor and replacing the ball joint. Luckily I have a father that knows how to fix cars and knows how to tell if stuff actually needs to be replaced. He took a look at the side they said needed to be replaced and that side was new. The other side was older and was not the side that “needed” to be replaced. They tried getting $200s more out of me. Probably not even to actually replace the ball joint. If I was any other girl, probably would have gotten away with it. Me, my dad, my bf are NOT happy with that.

Dunn Tire in Lancaster, NY is a great place to but tires. They offer free tire rotation. They place a stickeron your windshield to remind you to rotate your tires every 5,000 miles. They are courteous and polite. They always welcome my emotional support dog. He picks up everyone’s spirit when ever we visit. I intend to continue buying my tires from Dunn Tire.

It was very easy to get the exact tires I wanted quickly, and at a decent price. I like the level of service and care taken to ensure my tires were installed correctly and clean when complete. I had a low air pressure alert in my Jeep when I got into my car to run errands in the morning. I took it to Dunn tire. They put air in my tire as soon as I got there & told me there was a nail in my tire. They got me an appointment later that day to take a look. In general Dunn tire has been great to deal with I’d give them 5 stars for all other transactions however this review is for my last transaction exclusively which gives them 2. My wife had a blow out on a set of General Tires, the salesman looked In the system and incorrectly identified my tires as discontinued. He set up a quote for replacement for 4 tires on my all wheel drive at a quote of $205. After the work order was signed Dunn tire walked back on the quote and said they couldn’t honor it because of the warranty process. I’ve always replaced all 4 tires on my AWD cars at the same time, however for this Dunn said that they would replace the 1 under the road hazard warranty, but not the 4 as agreed. Americans pine over the days of a handshake being agreement, apparently in this case a signed work order isn’t honored either. As I said usually Dunn does a good job. This time they chose not to do an honorable one.

Got a bolt in tire near sidewall was unable to repair but was given dicount. And had tires in by next day then was even able to get me in same day they came. Just great customer service and great guys working there.

Had tires rotated. Was quick service and free do to purchasing tires there. Car dealer always wants to charge $22 to rotate them even if buying them there. That’s why dealer lost the sale for new tires. Dunn is the place to go for tires. Free rotations and free flat repairs with tire purchase.

Usually happy with their service and it is within walking distance of my house. Had my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Left it there and called several hours later and was told my truck was done. Came into pick it up, cashed out and came home. When I looked at receipt, I noticed a comment stating “cracked left rear brake pad”. I immediately called them and asked what that was about. She stated that the tech had observed that. I asked why no one said anything when I cashed out or, preferably, while it was on the lift? I told her they never failed to call me if they recommended any other type of service. She said she didn’t know. No apology, no suitable explanation. And I have to make another appointment to get this taken care of. Very disappointed. Time to look for another service provider

Initially I called at 8:00 a.m. to make an appointment to have a flat tire changed out for a new tire. I was quoted about a half an hour time. I called back shortly thereafter and ask them if it would be okay to buy two new tires instead, I assume that meant more time which I was okay with. When all was said and done I was there for two full hours. I missed picking my daughter up from their first class and I was late driving them to their second class because of this. There were five cars in the bays and my boys and I sat outside for quite some time while my car just sat there with the trunk open and nobody working on it. When I finally asked at the 2-hour mark when the car would be done the gentleman at the desk said it would be done soon and when we received my car back they had put my spare back in the cubby where it belonged but they left the styrofoam portion with all the tools sitting on my sons car seat when initially that was in the cubby. If the work is going to take longer than anticipated they should be upfront with that so I could have made plans that were acceptable. We only go to Dunn tire because of the warranties on the tires but honestly with the experience I had yesterday I think I would rather just buy a new tire when my current one goes flat then go back there again. It wasnt only the fact that it took forever, the gentleman at the counter was visibly annoyed with my three young sons. I did my best to keep them out of the facility by walking down the street to a restaurant for a while but eventually we came back because our car should have certainly been done by then. I am incredibly dissatisfied with my experience yesterday.

After experiencing a non-repairable flat tire, AAA put the toy spare tire on. I had to go from Buffalo to Rochester the next day. Around 3:30 pm, I called Dunn Tire on Walden and asked if they could replace the tire . They told me they were busy and would squeeze me in. My tires are relatively new so I only needed to replace the damaged one. They found a similar tire and I was back on the road in less than 2 hours. Staff was friendly and helpful. A good experience with them.

I had a bad experience at Dunn Tire. All I needed was an inspection sticker. My car was in great shape. I always have my oil changed, tires rotated, and other miner services at the dealer. My car had no trouble starting up. After the inspection was done, they tried to sell me on services I knew wasnt necessary because I already had a new battery installed last year. And other services I figured I would take them up at the dealers. When I got into my car, services lights were on and the car had difficulty starting. The car shook and I knew they did something wrong to my car. I was going to buy new tires with them but now I will never have them touch my car again. I now have an appointment with West Herr Toyota to work on my car and fix whatever botched up job Dunn Tire mechanics did on my car. Im would NOT recommend anyone to go there. 😠

On the day of the appointment, I arrived a few minutes early, and was immediately checked in. All of the employees were wearing masks, and practicing good Social Distancing.My vehicle was complete within 35 minutes, and the price was very competitive. The overall experience here was very positive, and I would definitely consider taking my vehicle here again in the future.

Always use Dunn Tire on Walden in Lancaster NY, this last time very disappointing, they were busy I get it and paid $125 for oil change in my truck and figure out they never checked any other fluids, makes me wonder how rushed they were when changing oil, did they do it properly, went in with low wiler fluid picked it up that way, also requested price tires nothing 3 is kind at this point and only because I am very satisfied this time they messed up.

Had a dreaded sensor go of course on the coldest of days. The crew was kind enough to get me right in and take care of the problem. Would have left another star but was disappointed that nobody went over the attached sheets with recommendations.I appreciate no hard sell but it would have been nice if someone just took 30 seconds and said OBTW we found this... or that.... you can either take to your own mechanic or we can set an appointment.

Was motivated to try them by the fact that last summer, after repeated trips to a couple of their competitors failed to fix slow leaking tires, they fixed the problem on the first try. So when the wife’s car needed tires I gave them a shot. Got exactly what I wanted. The appointment was on time and no surprises on the pricing. Very transparent. Took it in there to get my car up to par to pass inspection. I was told they would call me throughout the day to let me know if they could get it to the point that it would pass inspection. Instead I received a call letting me know my car was ready, they cant get to the misfiring cylinder, so theyre not able to pass it for inspection, and charged me $1,600 for the work that they did. I went to Jims Auto in Depew after. Theyre great

Good service. If u happen 2 catch them when theyre super busy. They provide a good estimate of wait time. If you cant be too flexible by walking in and waiting. Recommend calling for an apt. Theyre are many convenient locations so if the one closest is a bit busy, try another one.

Had an appointment. The counter people acted like it was painful to have to check me in. Still waited for an hour and a half. I finally leave and a couple minutes down the road I realized my tire pressure light was on. They were closing when I left so I didnt go back. Get back home and see they didnt give me my all-season tires back. Tried to call and leave a message but couldnt even leave a message The phone just kept putting you on hold until the next available person was ready. Didnt even notify you they were actually closed. Called the next morning and the gentleman I talked with was apologetic and friendly about my tires and said he would make sure nothing happened to them til I got there. He honestly was the only friendly person in that place. I reminded them about the pressure light and after 10 minutes of trying to get it off they said to take it to the dealer, they couldnt do it. I will never go to that location again.

Been going to DunnTire since I got my first car 20 years ago. I love their complete price for tires and no extras. The prices are good. Never had an issue with service, always come thru on time and with only work I asked for and dont try to upsell you on other services.

So I have been using Dunn for tires since Ive had cars worth putting new tires on. Seems that in the past few years the costumer service has been lacking. This last visit was by appointment for a tire swap summer to snow. No engine service asked for. They had been apparantly fiddling under my hood to find something else to sell me, they came up with a new air filter and a coolant flush. Unbeknownst to them I had my vehicle to my mechanic the day before for an oil change, engine check and an inspection. So I told him no thank you but was a little miffed. Anyway the finished up 1hour and 50 mins later! Got my bill only to find out that tire storage had gone from $50 to $75, got in my truck and the tires were in the back and the tire pressure light was on, tech said it may go off if not just come back. And also asked for an estimate on snows for my other truck and that never happened. Perhaps I should try one of the other tire companies to see if they would like my business, after all three vehicles with summer and winter tires is a lot of tires.

In for a snow tire changeover. Staff were properly protected, and diligent and friendly. Pens were even sanitized and there was a system in place to keep them that way. Service was great. Not as busy as before the pandemic, but either way things were taken care of in a reasonable time. Just one recommendation: dont forget to clean the floor in the waiting area, especially under furniture.

They got me in at the last minute to get my car inspected and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. 👍🏻

I received excellent service at Dunn tire. Just yesterday, I received my free 5K mile tire rotation. Today, Dunn is replacing four tires on my wifes car. I would like to sincerely thank Ben at the Lancaster location for contacting the tire manufacturer to discuss excessive wear on my wifes tires and negotiating a favorable discount on the new set. I have always received excellent service from Dunn and this experience was no exception. I will continue buy my tires (among other services) from Dunn.

Shoutout to Dunn for over torquing my lug bolt. My impact and breaker bar with a cheater bar couldnt even get it off. Theyre the only ones who have touched my rear wheels since I got an rear wheels only alignment on 7/30. I always check afterwards when I get home if theyre 90 ft/lbs and they were. Its stripped now. So now with snow in the forecast, I cant even drive my car since I cant switch over to my winter wheels and tires. Ive used Dunn numerous times to mount and balance, but apparently they cant grasp the fact that wheels need to be torqued to spec, not over torqued.

I purchased 60k tires at a club membership place whose tread wore down to 2/32 in 12,000 miles. The manufacturer honored the warrenty and sent me to Dunn Tire on Walden Ave in Lancaster NY. The assistant manager, Mark M., made sure a got into a different 75k better tire and insured I got the best pro-rated price from the manufacturer. My appointment was at 1pm and I was out the door at 2pm with a free 15 point inspection. Great place.
