Rudy charged me over $600 to replace a battery and an alternator after the vehicle broked down on the highway. No receipt or itemizing of costs. Next day, car makes it 30 mikes and breaks down again, checked under the hood myself and found the SAME orginal alternator on the vehicle. Never again.

5 star service at a 2 star price! Its extremely rare to be able to put the words honest and mechanic in the same sentence these days. Rudy is that guy.

First time there for an inspection. I was a little skeptical being the first time at this shop but it went really well I was in and out of there within an hr, paid what I was told at the beginning and the gentlemen that inspected my vehicle was very nice and straight forward with things I might need in the near future in regards to my vehicle. My family and I have been taking our vehicles to Rudys for years. It is safe to say, I trust no one else other than Rudy with my vehicles! I have received better service at Rudys than I have at our local dealership. I had been having trouble with my 2013 Ford Escape, and after weeks of taking it back and forth to Chapman Ford on Manheim Pike, they could still could not resolve my issue.
