I was seriously impressed!!! They were fast, friendly, and professional.They were life savers! I needed to get a temporary license for a vehicle I purchased on a Saturday and the kind people at Brimmer stepped up big time! First off, I was impressed that they had multiple people working so I was able to get in right away, no wait time. Secondly, the employee who helped me was warm, welcoming, friendly, and greeted me with a smile. I was in-and-out in literally 10 minutes. I was super impressed with the speed with which I was helped and the way she reached right for the paperwork needed made it seem like she knew what she was doing. The inside of the building is clean and professional, well organized, and it exemplifies how the employees take pride in what they do. I’m also really glad they were open later on a Saturday, I wouldn’t have been able to drive my vehicle home without them.If you need anything with licensing taken care of, these are the guys to go see. I’m seriously impressed.

First of all, the video totally made my experience understandable! It was as easy as 1, 2, 3! I did exactly as the video said and when I got there to transfer my out of state Title and get my PA license plate it took 10 minutes. They even put my plate on for me❤️

Purchased a motorcycle in Maryland and needed to transfer the title and register the vehicle in PA. Arrived at this location just before 5pm on a Tuesday. Plenty of parking and there was no waiting to see an associate. The young lady who helped me was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. She worked very quickly and explained the whole process from beginning to end. I would say that my visit was no more than 10 minutes and my transaction was complete. I wish I had gotten the young ladys name, but her initials on my receipt are listed as AMD. Super friendly and very efficient. I would feel very comfortable recommending this place to others.

Heads up: even though they are doing a government service, they don’t require masks, and nobody (employees or clients) was masked when I went in. Some people are fine with that, but people need to know that ahead of time when they’re planning how to get these essential services if they have vulnerable kids.

Online it said they were open. Drove there to find a sign saying they were closed for two days. It’d be nice if that would be updated online too. I called to make sure it wasn’t just that location closed and no one answered. They could have a recording stating the dates they will be closed as well.

I cannot wait until I get transferred out of this area and no longer have to deal with this place. The folks here are rude out of the gate and dont care to help you, only mock you. Bought a new car out of state, called them while doing the paperwork to ensure we had all the right documents, bring everything they asked for and now telling me I need the title because they will not accept the certificate of manufacture like they said they would when I had them on the phone. I would never come here if I didnt have to.

The best place in lancaster to get your drivers license renewed. If you need a renewal form like I did because I lost mine they can get you that as well. Average wait time is less then 8 minutes. Nice friendly staff.

Staff treated a gentleman with a disability and his helper terribly. Update 3 years later. Went back again with the same gentleman & had an excellent experience. The site was set up to be fully accessible, the were staff helpful & friendly, as it should be all the time. Turn around time for our business was quick.

Ive used Brimmers on many occasions for drivers license renewals and title transfers and its never taken more than 10-15 minutes. Employees have always been polite and knowledgeable. Ive noticed when issues do occur it is due to the lack of preperation on the customers part. Be prepared and you will have a great experience!

Extremely friendly and attentive staff, however there was a very long wait of 40+ minutes.

Awful experience. The drivers license photo lady was rude to my daughter for absolutely no reason, basically mocking her for asking questions and not understanding the process even though she was a newly licensed driver.

In and out pretty fast. This specific location is a little odd and slightly hard to find from the road unless you know it is there.

List as all one center open until 7. Not the case. Photo center for license renewal is seperate building and only open till about 415
