I become a customer with the Hinkle Insurance Agency 36 years ago when I turned 16, and I have never needed to use another agency other than Hinkle. When my wife and I got married 24 years ago, we switched all of her insurance needs to Hinkle, and we continue to partner with the Hinkle family today for all of our familys insurance needs. As the owner of a customer service-centered business, I place a lot of weight on how I am taken care of as a customer. I recently switched to Hinkle Insurance Agency and was able to reduce my monthly premium by over $60 for home and 2 vehicles. At the same time, I was able to increase my coverage almost across the board, especially covering utility lines in my old neighborhood.About a year ago my wife had a cracked windshield and we were quoted sever hundred dollars for repair because our coverage was sub par. Today, I just had my windshield replaced for $0 deductible AND complimentary new windshield wipers installed. It’s the little things that go a long way.Happy Customer

Karyn was quick to answer my questions and get me my quotes, renters and auto. She also found coverages that my Big Box insurance firm did not cover on my auto. The yearly price on my auto is saving me over $20 per month, with improved coverages. Boom Big Box companies!

I highly recommend Hinkle Insurance. My husband and I switched over to them a couple of years ago and we have Erie Insurance through Hinkle now. Use them for both home and auto. Tom Hinkle took over my auto insurance policy from another agent--at my request and over many objections--about 40 years ago. Then came the renters policy...and eventually a homeowners policy. I have had my share of claims over the years, and, even so, have always been treated with patience and respect. Perhaps most importantly, it was a contact regarding the level of my homeowners policy that uncovered the fact the county records had my home incorrectly identified, which allowed me to challenge the last tax assessment and get a reduction!! I would never go anywhere else for my insurance needs, and recommend Hinkle at every opportunity.
