Gaby threatened me by text and on the phone with legal charges after they made me pay over $200 to start insurance and policy to later charge me $135 a few days later, definitely wouldn’t recommend. Told me if I didn’t have a disability I should’ve understood why they were charging me an extra $135 . Was so rude to my father when he called as well smh said she would send me my cancellation via email after I paid and never sent anything! Whole company is fraud and a scam and all the employees are just RUDE !!

Please ask for Blanca. She was able to save me $100s. The down was steep but the monthly payments are very low. Lowest payments I ever had and every other insurance wouldnt insure me or charge me $400 or more a month. She got me monthly insurance at $138 a month. I give her 12 stars. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. When I tried to cancel they said I would be charged if I cancel I said ok. And with then she got mad and hung up. Then I call today just to hear the same thing. She said she would send me a email to confirm my cancelled insurance. She did not. Scam Scam Scam dont trust these people do not insurance with them.

Over the past few days I made 5-6 calls to get insurance quotes for the purpose of being an Uber driver. After speaking with several“car salesman” type agents, I was fortunate to finally speak to an honest and thorough agent named Gaby with Express Lane Insurance. Their prices were competitive and Gaby took the time to explain several different policy policies/prices/coverage.
