I originally found Alison via Google by searching “State Farm agent Dallas” when I moved to Dallas-Fort Worth. They asked we meet in person and everyone was so friendly in our first and only in-person appointment. As everyone would wish, we didn’t need to see or talk to the insurance company for over 5 years. January 1 we found a leaking pipe that had caused extensive damage throughout our house. At first, we had problems with our claim (note: State Farm took care of the issue and it was no fault of Alison or her team). I reached out to Alison’s team and they went above and beyond throughout the process. Her husband, Gary, was attentive, respectful, and calmed my anxiety. He explained the process and became a sounding board for us even when times were difficult. Without Alison Fourtner’s office, we wouldn’t be moving in to our home again on Monday. Thank you so much. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My agent before Allison was located in the same office and he was just as bad as they are now. I called to cancel a vehicle from my policy a month ago and yet they haven’t cancelled it. I’ve call customer service only to be told I need to call my agent. I’ve called them several times and keep getting empty promises of call back and false assurance that the car has been removed!!!
