Very simple process. Did it all through phone and email and only took a matter of one day from the time I decided to go with this company. Very important to me to be able to do business this way as I have a disabled spouse and it is hard for me to get out for appointments.The value is spot on. I had been with my previous insurance company for 46 years but this company offered basically the same policies for both my car and home and the price was much better - saving me a few hundred dollars a year. Definitely recommend using them and will continue to do so myself in the future.

We did a ROSS review to see if they could save us money and they delivered on their promise, so now we have both homeowners insurance and auto insurance with them. Beyond just saving us money (which is always appreciated), its great to work with ROSS because of their level of customer service. Over 22 years of dealing with insurance from car, home owner, aviation, and, motorcycle. Ross Insurance hands down crushes everyones coverage. You literally can give them your current policy and they will shop all over gods creation for the same or better coverage at a way cheaper price. If you are not using them and you live in PA you are just flushing money down the drain. They are located right on Lititz Pike at the end of Glen Moore Circle. Highly recommend if you are in the market for better insurance or if you recently moved to the area.
