I have had the pleasure of being a customer at the American Family Insurance David Bell location for about 3 years. I have traveled and lived around the globe and I can honestly say this is the BEST place I’ve ever experienced. Lavonne is my insurance agent and she is the priceless piece in the puzzle there. She is so personable and quick on any request I have ever had and I have had to call many times for various reasons. Without Lavonne there, I’d probably switch places just because she’s just THAT good. Highly recommend this place over and over again as it is the absolute BEST you will find in the state of Ohio. Ive been with American Family for nearly 20 years. They have always had great customer service and cover everything from my personal vehicles and toys to my businesses, umbrella policy and rental properties.
