I have been with State Farm insurance since I was sixteen years old I have transitioned through several agents over the years due to agents retiring and such and being with Jim Fox State Farm over the last several years has been a pleasant experience. All of the ladies that work there are extremely nice and and very knowledgeable. They have kept up with my insurance needs and often check in to see if there is anything they can assist with regarding my insurance plans. I highly recommend Jim Fox State Insurance.

I have been a customer for a very long time. Long after I left the area I still stayed. I stay for the customer service. Sure. I could get cheaper insurance online with the big guys. But when I call in every one there is so friendly. They ask after my family who are still in the area. Sandy is an absolute delight & I am sad when she doesnt handle my call. They carry my car, my home and my business insurance. I wont go anywhere else.

The people are Caring and Knowledgeable. They were all concern about me when I had no he or water. They bought me drinking water they also brought water and big bottles for the cats. Sandy always goes out of her way to help me.

After purchasing a new vehicle, I shopped rates to see if I should continue my coverage with State Farm or get a new policy with another provider. I received a quote for auto insurance from Jim Fox State Farm, and we decided to go with them for our policy as they were the cheapest per month and offered comparable coverage. However 2 months into the policy, the monthly premium was over $20 more than what was quoted, and no notification was sent to me that there would be a difference in monthly premiums than what was quoted. When I called to inquire about this, I was told there’s nothing they could do, and that I was basically stuck paying more than originally stated on my declaration statement they had mailed me. When I said that they had lost my trust in them as an insurance provider, I was told that a lack of trust in them was my personal issue and not a business issue. Needless to say, I am shopping for insurance elsewhere after being insured by State Farm for 13 years.

Had a mold issue they do not cover mold. I am looking for full coverage insurance!
