Less than professional attitude on several occasions. When you need help and a professional to navigate you through difficult decisions, you dont expect a condescending tone or a snippy demeanor . She raised my level of anxiety by talking, when she should have been listening with an empathetic ear. I will find another place for me and my family to do business. I have been with State Farm for nearly 30yrs.

Sarah was so pleasant to deal with! I was amazed at the quote I got, when other “well known” companies wanted to charge me three times as much for less coverage. She made sure I understood everything about my coverage before I left. What touched me even more is that this office started to buy diet green tea so they could make sure their delivery guy was hydrated, because he wouldn’t drink regular. Seems to me their goal is to take care of everyone and I love that. Not many companies care about the customer anymore, and I am so happy I listened to my parents and went to State Farm.
