Been paying my car insuance every month and just got hit by a hit in run while my car was just parked on the road. I called acceptance up and they side stepped there insurace covering anything and the hit and runs insurance isnt paying anything for at least 3 months from now to 2years in these cases. So now turning back to my insurace company acceptance for some type of help they now are not answering the phone at all. After i told them everything that has happened. They have my phone numbers on record of what numbers not to pick up from . I am stranded at my house not a good start for enjoying the summer. So now we need a lawyer. Be warned i dont want to say i told u so....geuss Ill go walk to a pay phone tomorrow so they pick up the phone....bye everyone

This is the most descosting insurance you will ever have . I have been customer for five years I never had any accedent or anything. In 2017 some one dameged my car while it was parked this insurance company suppous to fix my car. gus what they transfer me one person to the othe on the phone over a month and finaly they said if i cant fix it by the dedauction amount you can go to the court after that they dont even answer my phone.they have no manner and respect at all.
