Maintenance and property manager are not very helpful when it comes to fixing. I had my heaters break and it was stuck in heat mode. I called Maintenance came with their temperature scanner and said everything was working fine. I had to keep my windows open all the time just to keep my apartment cool. I called again and the maintenance did the same thing even when I heard something explode. They are only interested in making sure you pay the rent then anything else.

I had a swell time living at Sweetbriar for 2 years! One year was in a one bedroom and the second year was in a 2 bedroom. I unfortunately wasnt making enough to stay there and just recently moved to a less expensive apartment. Sweetbriar has pretty much everything you need at a very good price. Pros: I dont know why people complain about dog poop because I never saw any. I loved using the back picnic area to hold events with friends and family. The apartment landscape is beautiful and kept up well with. The apartments were fairly spacial with A LOT of closet space! Everything is very clean upon arrival and I never had a bug issue of any kind. The repair man was kind and fixed the things that needed fixed. Candice and Ed are kind and even try to help on a personal level. You arent treated like just another paycheck(: This is a very safe environment and I even felt comfortable keeping my doors unlocked if I was going to be gone for a few minutes.Cons: There are technically 2 washers and dryers for the 11 apartments to share but 1 or 2 of the machines would always be broken so it was very difficult to get my laundry done. Id always be third in line or so and not have time to do it. I had an issue with the first storage spot I was supposed to be given in which my stuff was thrown away. They however gave me a full refund which made me very pleased. Parking can be difficult if youre in a building further away from the lot. I ended up having to walk pretty far when I came home from work late so carrying groceries for instance was annoying. Yes there are some awful neighbors due to the walls being quite thin but youre going to get that just about everywhere and its not Sweetbriars fault. Youll also meet very sweet neighbors. I had dropped my wallet unknowingly and a neighbor had brought it to me! So yes there are cons, as any place will have cons, but the pros almost completely out weigh the cons. Im very thankful to have lived at such a lovely complex!

Good location for the most part but t is heavily trafficked and can be hard to get in and out of. People who live there are obnoxious and trashy towards us when we lived there. The apartment I lived in was VERY dark and dingy. My neighbor threw trash on my car because I parked SLIGHTLY crooked ( I wasn’t even in the other lane). All in all decent location and cheep prices is all this place has going for it! Save up and move somewhere else.

I dont recommend for any one this place to live. listen, they will steal your money .

It is nice and quite place to live.Vast parking place and nice pool.It will be more better adding 1 bedroom apartments at affordable prices.

The management and maintenance team have always been helpful to our family. Weve never had a problem while living here. We moved here two years agom The one thing Id say I dont like is that some neighbors leave their dogs poop on the grass. Management has even provided stations with trash cans, and bags to make it easier for the tenants and it is still a problem. With that said, we are really thankful for sweet briar, and our neighbors:)

We lived here for a year and theres always a problem with something. our sink from the kitchen and our bathroom are always clogged. theres a spot in the ceiling where its been leaking for weeks now, weve called maintenance they came and just covered it up which now its all moldy. than its our shade from our room it fell once we pulled it to open it. now its the wall right above the window its cracking and there was water coming in this morning when it was raining. iam HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and i cant wait to move !

I lived there for almost 2 and a half years. the closet doors broke off track as soon as i moved in they fixed them once and they broke off track AGAIN went almost 2 years not moving closet doors in both bedrooms. the bathroom fixtures in the upgraded bathroom fell off, when i told them they never fixed it, i fixed it myself and the toothbrush holder broke off again and remained off. the power bill was very low which was nice! they pay for heating/hot water and sewer/trash which was a plus!! the staff was very friendly really enjoyed working with them. They were usually always good about fixing what needed to be fixed. neighbors were LOUD and you could smell everything they cooked or smoked GROSS! again loved the staff they were very flexible with me and i even got back my deposit upon moving out!

I am thoroughly disgusted with this place. I am eager to move as soon as I can find something Im interested in. Right now is Easter Sunday and we are without hot water twice just in this day alone. We have been out of hot water and heat 6 times in the last 3weeks. They installed a new closet door on a Friday and it fell completely off again on the following Monday. People walk their dog and just leave the poop wherever the dog goes. You call the office and they never answer, they let it go right to voicemail. Free heat, it should be for as many times as its broke. No respect for other neighbors and the office could care less. I been here 4 years and it just keeps getting worse.

This a really a bad apartment to live.i made a mistake by paying 650 dollars instead 560.even i was calling them to cancel because i still have time to fixed my bill .next day they mad $50 more because i was cancelled my fist bill in the second .it wasnt even time for the payment .it was on February 2 .and i know that i have till 5 to pay my bill.please understand me .it real, i advise you dont come to this apartment .and the not the only things.there are more.

This place is nothing but a joke! I have a 2 br apartment that my Husband and I share with my best friend. We have 2 cats, so in total our rent is $930 a month. You can hear EVERYTHING from anyone around you!!!!! I almost never touch my blinds, but the second I did, they fell right off the window! I called the office who promised me theyd send out maintenance by the end of the day......they never showed up until about 2 days later. Then the worst people ever moved in next to us. Theyre loud, and rude, always slamming their doors and playing their video games at the loudest volume, and the people below us always yell and play loud music. We tried asking them to quiet down ourselves, they dont care. Weve tried asking the office to do something, they dont care. And unless they have noise within a certain time of day the police cant do anything, so thats useless, too. The water temperature in the shower is never steady. one second its nice and warm, next second its ice cold, so you spend half your shower time adjusting the water temp. All in all, the only thing nice about this place is its location. anything else just plain sucks. stay Far AWAY

We lived here for 1 year and the place was falling apart literally. there is something wrong with the pipeline because the bathroom sink, the bathtub, and the kitchen sink always get clogged up and they would never come fix it.

Bad service. What a fraud business.
