The place is pretty nice on the outside but management is very rude nasty and mean!! Would not rent from them if they offered

Paid my application fees and never heard back. They never answer the phone and they do not return messages. very unprofessional. I dont even know if they just took my money and pocketed it or if they actually submitted my application.

The apartment buildings are low grade maintenance. Not appealing at all.

I have lived here 3 years now, Ill never go to a different apartment complex, easy to work with and the manager is very attentive and genuine. Any time Ive had any complaints or maintenance issues they have been quick to fix them correctly. Very nice apartment and very quiet. Love the community and location!

The manager never answers when i call i put in an application over 2 weeks ago and has yet to get ahold of me i call everyday and just gets sent to voice mail after 2 rings

The model was amazing...that is what sold me. the apartment that I was put in was NOTHING like the model. I saw several of my neighbors apartments, and none of them were anything like the model. False advertising. Their webpage says they are pet friendly...ha. only if you have a poodle, anything else they will try to tell you that their insurance wont cover unless you have a DNA test from the vet. Good luck if there is an emergency, maintenance is horrible and a water leak will result in no water for days on end, then they try to take you for all you have when you move out. My apartment was clean when I moved out and they tried to get for $600 for new carpet (which was ruined by the water leak), new doors, blinds, stove burners, cabinets. I lived there alone and am very meticulous. The only good thing about this place is that it is out of town and kinda country, but even that isnt good when they rent to anyone and vehicles are always broken into...when you can actually find a parking spot. Keep looking

Quiet and nice place to live, management is helpful and is always there as needed, keeps the property maintained, and the complex is very well taken care of.

New owners are good old ones I didnt have a problem with either. Rent on the internet says its raised to 700+ but Ive been here over a year and they havent raised mine. stove broke when I first moved in they fixed it the next day brought me a new one and the hot water tank was leaking water and they fixed within 2 days they are good apartments I havent had any problems with neighbors no one talks outside a lot and walls are thick. No kids screaming nothing Im happy with my first apartment choice but Im looking for something cheaper now. Overall a nice place.

Management is very understanding and maintenance is great considering there is only one for 120 units

Poor management, and dont believe them when they say 24 hr emergency maitenance. They do not answer their phones, or call back when called!There were multiple problems in our apartment that they did not care about fixing. Was tempted at one point to put rent in an escrow into they decided to fix the stuff and do their jobs.It is a nice, quiet place, not a lot of break ins or anything. But NOT WORTH THE MONEY FOR RENT BY ANY MEANS. (You dont even get central air conditioning)

Oak valley is one of the best apartment complex around. Yes maintance does take some time but there is only one maintance guy but it does get fixed. And the fact u can have ur animals makes everyother flaw unimportant. Oak valley helped us when we was in a sticky situation so i am forever thankful!
