I visited the community today in search of a one bedroom apartment. Sadly they didn’t have any one bedrooms at the time. Thank you Melissa for being very pleasant and extremely helpful. I appreciate her consistency in treating everyone she assisted the same. I felt welcomed!

The ladies who work at the office are amazing!Shout out to my girl Maria, and Elaine! Every single time I had a question they answered.A phone call they answered. An email, they replied. Always fast always responsive. Maria deserves a raise, she goes above and beyond to make sure you are a happy tenant. Elaine is always super sweet and understanding, willing to go out her way to accommodate whatever it is you may need. These two ladies made my experience/ stay at Granada Villas amazing. Last but not least the manager of course is lovely and beautiful, but you rarely have to even speak to her since Maria and Elaine are always on top of everything, So for that thank you Melissa! And to the gentleman who drives the Blue Challenger, he’s always working hard, always greeting you/waving at you, good hard working man. He deserves a raise as well! If I owned apartments I’d take all you guys to work with me in a heartbeat! So they better give you a raise or someone else might take notice of your guy’s hard work and dedication and hire you somewhere else. So owner, pay raise for these folks please! They have earned it nonetheless, and have worked hard for it. Good employee’s are hard to come around by these days. So right now this is strictly a review on the Maintenance employee Richard! I put in multiple maintenance request on a Saturday (5/22) and Richard came on Sunday (5/23) and completed almost all of them that same day (one couldnt be done because its only through management and the other one he came back the next morning and completed it!) . For one of the request, I put in a request for a new fridge light bulb because I thought just the light died. Well, turned out the outlets were out and the fridge was completely off! He was going above and beyond to make sure we werent left with the possibility of food spoiling. Unfortunately, it was a little more complicated than he thought at the time and it was close to clocking out by the time we realized it was the outlets. So, we plugged the fridge in another outlet and he communicated to us that hell be back first thing. He came back on Monday (5/24) and everything was sorted out in like 15/20 minutes, if that! Ah, It was really unexpected of him to show up on Sunday but Im so thankful that he showed up because I honestly didnt realize that the whole fridge was out!I really appreciate that he communicated with me through each of the request and made sure each was done properly. Richard went above and beyond to make sure everything was good and done! Awesome service! Thank you Richard! (:

These people give you 5 keys at move in. Be careful they might end up giving you a copy of a key a previous tenant returned and end up charging you 50$ for a key you never had. They believe they are incapable of making mistakes coming from the medical field seeing this kind of denial was laughable. No proper documentation of anything but they are right because they say so.*Attached photo* Top $50 key i was force to purchase. Left to Right 1.Mail box, 2.house, 3.house copy, 4.Mail room, 5.Mail room copy (error key)??As you see i was given 5 keys at move in, the pool/gym key not being one of them. I only found out 1 year later due to the pandemic restrictions being lifted when i actually wanted to use the pool for the first time. One of the employees made a mistake which is absolutely fine. But to post blame on the tenant and force them to pay without admitting the possibility of such an error occurring is what frustrates me.All in all i live in a great unit with okay neighbors this place may have its flaws but its a nice area.Suggestions- Properly document the keys you give out to tenants (pictures, actually testing the keys on the doors etc.) Tenants it is your responsibility to do this as well, I have learned from this.- Dont say we double check. In this case you speak for everyone as if the entire staff is incapable of making mistakes. I work in a hospital I know surgeons who double check and still perform surgery on the wrong kidney. Double checking means nothing if not documented.- Actually take the time to listen to tenants before coming to the conclusion that they must be wrong.- Just because a tenant comes to you a year later after noticing an error is not grounds for dismissal. Pools and gyms were closed during the pandemic of course the error would not have been caught until there is use for the key.

Maintenance response times are incredible in both punctuality and performance. Richard in particular has provided tireless support to help in my everyday needs.

I have been all over town trying to tour somewhere. I called Granada Villas and I was able to schedule a tour. I went to the property and notice how beautiful the Apartment Complex is and how well decorated and modern the office is. I loved the office staff, I spoke to all the ladies there. (Maria, Elaine and Melissa) They were very sweet and even tho they dont currently have a 3 bedroom I will be renting once something opens up. Their energy and vibe is out of this world. Thank you Ladies!

Want to take the time to thank Maria and her crew for helping me and my roommate threw this process. They r very profesional and helpful. The apartment complex is very nice and clean also was able to get a tour of the apartment. I loved it and I’m looking forward to moving in next month. Beside the fact that it’s a nice complex I really appreciated the help I received from the staff.

I am so excited to move into the new apartment! The experience I had with Maria and Elaine was wonderful! They’re the only office staff that I’ve dealt with in the AV that has been professional and has kept in touch with me through this whole process. The staff alone made this such a wonderful experience and I can’t thank these ladies enough for all that they’ve done.

The team at Granada villas is absolutely PERFECTO. The team services approximately 500+ tenants while maintaining an efficient and expedited renters experience. I am active duty military coming from overseas (Germany) and did not have a very pleasant house-hunting experience especially being short on time with a 10 day limit… COVID had all these bums living rent free… and I was on the verge of paying every last dime I had to secure SOMETHING. I was truly in a predicament and almost forced to deal with suspect ridge aka Sunset ridge…… BUT the ultimate trio, Maria Padilla, Elaine Garcia, and Melissa Rodriguez… saved my absolute sanity, removed all worst case scenarios, and got me in and out within a 3 day time period. I wish I would have came across their availability first because they truly exhibited the definition of professionalism, compassion, and real genuine understanding. Too all my MILITARY folks. Come here. I def spent days going through every single google page; none offered valid reviews that were genuine and helpful. You will pay for the quality for sure and it’s here. Each apartment is well inspected and they have been super supportive and maintain communication which is extremely IMPORTANT. They also offer a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere…(could be cuz I gave them my money for a home…. Will keep y’all updated ;))I’m 2 weeks late to this review but all jokes aside they are everything I needed and should’ve found when I first moved here to California from across the road.. Cheers to them taking my money 🍺 …. Maybe I’m blessed with a tenant appreciation rent free deal.Hope this help future tenants!

Richard the maintenance guy came through and provided swift and friendly service. He fixed our bathroom ceiling fan and sink. Hes professional and a respectful man. Overall these apartments have been great to me.

Granada Villas has a fantastic maintenance crew. I filed for a request and within 30 minutes Richard came and handled the issue and its all fixed. Greatly appreciated and quick response!

Granada villas is a beautiful and clean apartment complex with amazing staff and prices. Maria Padilla has been helping me every step of the way as a new rentor and always responds quickly to my questions. She has made my very first move as seamless and as easy as possible and I couldnt thank her enough! The website portal is fairly easy to use and the leasing process has been clear and organized. Amazing staff. Amazing accommodations.

The office staff is so nice and accommodating. If you get a chance, Meet Elaine, Melissa and Maria because they are so helpful. They had my paperwork done right and fast! Even though I didnt get all my move in requirements right, I was shown patience and appreciation. The ladies helped me through it! Moving was seamless even though I was afraid and thought of it as stressful- I didnt need to be. (breaking up is hard to do) They walked with me each step of the way. My apartment was so nicely done, smelled good and I was so happy to actually make the move to Granada Villas. I would definitely recommend this place!

I have been living here at the Granada Villas for around three years and I absolutely enjoy it. I have not had any issues with my neighbors. Management is great! the Assistant Manager Melissa is very professional, and always tries to do the best she can for the residents. Always in a positive mood, willing to help. Maintenance keeps this place up very well compared to some apartments in the Lancaster area. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to my family and friends because the staff here is what makes Granada Villas GREAT!

I just wanted to log in here to talk about my experience, I went to check on my cousin’s apartment because he was out of town. He wanted me to check his mail, his car and apartment. He emailed one of the girls that works in the office her name is Maria to let her know I was stopping by and to let me borrow his key. I was a bit lost because it is a big community I’ve never visited but she was so professional and very helpful she gave me a map with indications and she even let me in the mail room which is lock with a key only residents have. I liked that this community looks so secure and beautiful at the same time. If I would ever move around the Lancaster area I would 100% recommend Granada Villas. What a beautiful place and the people that work there seem so happy and love what they do. Great job!

This place... super peaceful. Moved in in Dec 2019. I love the grass and the sidewalks to walk my dogs! I love sitting on the patio drinking my tea and feeding the birds and squirrels in the shade of the trees. This is exactly what i needed. Price is great for what you get. The office staff is super nice. Melissa and Maria. Rudy and Chris take great care of my work orders. My Pommies just love them. and yes. I do want to talk to the manager (brandi). Her outfits are superb!Id definitely hit this again. Two times.

Richard from maintenance did a great job coming by same day and solving our water heater. Little pricey for what you get, but all in all a pretty good spot to be.

We just moved here last April. Since then I always feel welcome and at home with the service of Granada villas apartment. The staff and maintenance are very friendly and nice to talk to. Today, The maintenance Chris fixed the vent of my AC and my electric stove. He is very friendly and very efficient employee. I Highly recommend Chris for fxing your apartment. Also, I want to acknowledge Ms. Maria Padilla for always been there to help me on the very first day signing the documents and reaching out to us whenever there some issues with my apartment.I would definitely recommend Granada Villas apartment a place to lived peacefully and welcome.

I recently visited this property I was helped by Elaine Garcia. She was very helpful gave all the information I needed. I was very drawn to how willing she was helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Even though there are no washer/dryer hookups, this is the most well kept up property I seen by far. I wont be moving for a couple of months I am shopping the Lancaster area.

I went there and put a aplacation in for an apartment .The staff was awesome. They made me feel like part of the team (family ), even the matience worker was nice. The apartments are very much taken care of, and they dont discrimanat.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had such a great experience while getting a tour of the granada villas apartments. The costumer service was great and very welcoming. Melissa helped alot with the whole process I would definitely recommend to friends and family members if needed.!

Called to schedule an appoint to look at a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom, was told it is confirmed and to come down to the complex for a viewing. I get there and told them my name and my appointment time and they said they didn’t have my name down and that they had nothing to show. Seriously don’t schedule me to see an apartment and tell me to come down to see it just to turn me away and say you aren’t showing it.

Ive lived here for three years this review is because of the maintenance crew. They are four hard working men that do their jobs quick and efficiently.When they have entered my home they are courteous, efficient and clean up after themselves. I have to write an extra thank you to Roberto because he doesnt just do small apartment maintenance he also cleans the laundry rooms, the trash centers, and gym when its open. Ive also seen him clean up after other peoples dogs. Roberto always has a friendly smile and wave for everyone. Ive witness Roberto stop working to help a neighbor in need. You are luck to this man as an employee.

I’ve been living in this complex for almost a year. The apartments are very quite, always clean. Also all the employees are very nice specially Maria. She’s amazing.

I really enjoy living in this community which is safer and more convenient than other communities in Lancaster. The management team is very professional, especially Melissa Bernal helps me a lot. She responded my email very soon and solved my different kinds of living problems.

I was originally going to just check out their sister property, but Im glad that Keisha from Granada Villas contacted me. I did visit the sister property but there was simply no comparison. Keisha was so polite, patient, and informed. It was apparent that she really enjoys her job. The leasing office was very inviting with all the Christmas decor. I went on a tour and saw three different apartments and every last one was spacious, clean, and modern. Keisha answered all of my questions and even assisted me with completing my application. Im currently waiting to be approved, but Im looking forward to being a resident. Im from Los Angeles and I have heard horror stories about apartment hunting in Antelope Valley. Im glad that my experience was great and I would highly recommend them.

Melissa, Jennifer, and Elaine were just absolutely awesome to deal with. If I had any kind of maintenance issue, packages to pick up, or just had a question they were very responsive and eager to help. I also LOVED the fact that they allow dogs there, it was so nice to see other pet owners such as myself walking their dogs where other places they wouldn’t be as welcome. They helped me all the way until my last day there, and even now while I’m far away they’re still making sure I’m taken care of. Overall with the friendly staff, excellent maintenance crew, and affordable prices they knock other places In the Lancaster area out of the park.

I’ve lived here for about a month and a half now and I love it. Very quiet, kept clean, great security (cops do rounds), and overall a great feel. The management is so nice and very understanding. Maintenance is the best around they’re so friendly and help with any problems. You will not regret checking this place out.

Ever since I’ve moved into these apartments in September 2019 I have had nothing but great experiences whenever I need maintenance done they’re always done in a timely manner whenever I have any questions they’re always happy to inform me. I wanted to live here for a while before I posted a comment to give an accurate review. Since I’ve lived here it has been nothing but amazing the maintenance staff itself is fantastic, so helpful always willing to help even if it’s just changing a lightbulb. The main office staff is amazing too super helpful and when it came down to all the paperwork they helped me understand everything I needed. I honestly love living here.

Never live here, this place is horrible.I have been stuck out of country due to COVID and they towed my car, it’s not that I am using their parking lot .I am still paying ridiculous rent for my apartment. Horrible people who don’t have any humanity.

Dont even live here, but they got rid of the teeter totter in the remodel and Im heavily displeased. This has honestly added onto another bad part of 2020.

As a tenant having been here for just over a year now my experience has been incredibly welcoming, warm, and courteous. The apartment staff and others are continuously willing to answer questions, to be of assistance, and are always sincere about offering quality customer service. The apartment complex itself is consistently being taken care of by a small but very active group of maintenance workers that are courteous and ready to complete the job. The landscaping and cleanliness is also consistently maintained making it a pleasant place to feel at home at. Lastly, the living rates has been appreciable and competitively affordable compared to general rates of local apartment dwellings.

Ive been here 2 years and have been very satisfied with my stay. The entire staff is very polite, patient and friendly. Any maintenance request have been taken care of the very same day or the next. Very clean community, conveniently located and most places are within walking distance. The only reason I will move is to purchase a home.

My fiancé and I were looking for a new apartment in Lancaster and after seeing the grounds of Granada Villas we knew instantly it was the one! The units along with the grounds are very well kept and the staff is beyond helpful. I had the privilege of talking with a few of the women at the leasing office but Maria was the main leasing consultant I went to with any inquiries and questions. I couldn’t have had a better experience with Maria. She was kind of enough to answer my many phone calls and respond quickly to any questions or concerns I had during the application process. She also went out of her way to personally FaceTime me to give me a virtual tour of a potential unit we were going to apply for! My fiancé and I really feel she went above and beyond to help us with any and all questions and although we are not yet living in Granada villas, we couldn’t have had a better customer service experience thus far. We have nothing but good things to say about Granada Villas along with their leasing staff and are very excited to be apart of the community!

I like the characteristics of my apartment the rooms are spacious and well kept. the management seems nice and appears to handle the business professionally. I didnt feel safe having one lock on the front door they allowed me to add a lock as long as they have a copy of the key. The maintenance personnel do try to keep the grounds clean and well groomed. They seem to be available for any minor repairs and responds quick to any major repairs. However, the neighbors sometimes play their music too loud.or I can hear their personal arguments through the walls or when they bring it outside sometimes to early in the morning.Most of the neighbors do mind their own business and try not to intrude upon others with their noises. There are times when the noise level is down and it is peaceful. I try not to go out at night, however if I have to I try to stay aware of my surroundings and get inside as quick as possible. They do provide a complimentary security officer to cruise through the parking lot and make sure public rooms are secured. I wouldnt say I feel safe anywhere because anything is possible. I have faith enough not to be afraid just cautious. Granada villas is for families keep that in mind and you will find something positive to say about your stay.

If you are planning to move here, there are a few things to consider:1) If you have a pet, it’s a great place for you!It takes a small deposit and some addition to your rent which is not really pricy to move you in (breed restrictions apply).2) Community is quite and tranquil (I like this part the most)3) Area around is pretty rough (neither ghetto nor nice established district) but it’s the main reason I am giving this place 4 stars rating. I would give even 3 stars but working staff deserves all 5 stars!4) If you have a dog, right behind the complex there are a few fields where you can take your furry friend to roam and play around (chase rabbits, groundhogs and sometimes homeless people who established there nice outdoorsy camping community).5) The unit itself is renovated, clean, neat and well designed (the layout). Kitchen has all necessary appliances and tools but comes with an older cabinets that being repainted and refreshed.6) Staff is really friendly, maintenance guys and leasing office people always responsive and helpful. Just recently forgot a speaker in a community gym, thanks to Orlando, who found it and brought it back to us. I would give this place 5 stars just for people who work here.

The community is peaceful, quiet and I enjoy the connivance of the freeway and the shopping centers.Maintenance is great, they always take care of my service request in a timely matter. Rudy is the supervisor and make sure the work is A1.The office staff is wonderful, always helpful and understanding. Manny is the man and the ladies Yolanda and Elaine are always cheerful.I recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a place to come home to.

I’ve stayed in two apartments here in Lancaster and Granada Villas is the nicer of the two. Staff and maintenance crews have been extremely helpful and responsive in both apartments. Only downside about Granada Villas is that it’s a bigger complex so the grass isn’t as maintained.Special shoutout to the maintenance crew (especially Roberto and Ulises) who went out of their way to complete a maintenance request for us.Would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

I have lived in these apartments for a few months now and am really enjoying my stay. The people who work in the office are kind and more than eager to help me out when issues arise. My apartment has met my expectations and when issues do arise the maintenance staff have been nothing short of great especially Robert who is the best and a great person to strike up a conversation with. A nice detail about living here is the green grass and well kept lawns. would recommend checking this place out.

We viewed just about every apartment gated communities that are within the same price range. Granada villas was clean and had all the amenities we wanted. The 5 starts are not only for the place but also for Melissa, the leasing agent. Melissa was pleasant, has great customer service and seems to enjoy what she does. She was caring, patient, attentive, listen to our needs and answered all of our questions. She took the time to show us around and took is to view a few different apartment. Unfortunately our situation changed and we will not be making the move just yet. Thank you so much Melissa, you do an amazing job!!!

It was my pleasure living in Garanada Villas community for 4 years in row . Many thanks to the all employees working very hard to let the tenant feel safe .The management and the staff doing excellent job .felling safe is the part of Granada villas environment that’s will lead everyone choose this community looking for a good place with affordable price and excellent service starting from the office team to the maintenance staff.Super 5 star is not enough it’s beyond the 100 stars thank you.

Granada Villas is the best, just recently moved in and had a great time being helped by Elaine and assisted by Yolanda. Elaine worked with us exceptionally, and helped us get our apartment quickly by the date we insisted. Very nice apartments, and maintenance delivers service ASAP. I would recommend Granada Villas to anyone.

I have lived at Granada villas for seven months and my personal experience has been delightful. The office staff is professional, friendly, and courteous, they make it a point to learn everyones name and great you with a smile. The gym and laundryroom are always clean and well keep by Roberto who is also the porter. Orlando and Ulysses make sure that everything is always running smoothly. They are wonderful gentlemen doing there jobs in a timely fashion. The property is always landscaped and green, the pool clean and refreshing. I appreciate the hard word work of management and all its workers.

The neighbors are very nice, The residential staff is PHENOMENAL!!! The location of the place is also awesome. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a place to move to.

I WOULD NOT ADVISE SIGNING A CONTRACT WITH MG PROPERTIES. The administrators at Granada Villas seem very nice but the property manager is a typical bourgeoisie robber baron. I relocated here from out of state and I admittedly had difficulty finding housing that was accommodating of my large dog, so I settled for one these overpriced, sub-par stucco units. Here is what I have found after two months.Antiquated features and appliances with quirky defects: refrigerator freezes everything even at the minimal setting, garbage disposal has already failed after two weeks into contract, overhead kitchen vent only works at the lowest setting, stove top burners operate at wildly varying heats, the air conditioner inside the apartment ceiling sounds a lot like a lawnmower engine, air pollutants from ventilation have plagued me with off/on illness for over six weeks and dumps a strange odor into the dwelling, very weak water pressure from both faucets, the community laundry facility is only open during business hours and gets extremely hot and crowded as well as disgustingly odorous since multiple washers dont drain properly, management will have your vehicle towed without warning because they dont make the effort to maintain a proper tenant vehicle registry, lawn care personnel blow pine needles and debris through my door threshold when clearing the walkways, sliding closet doors are old/shoddy and all of the other pantry/closet doors are assembled with basic spring latches and no bolt catch so they are always slightly open...I could obviously continue but will conclude by adding that this is supposedly a renovated unit.The property manager has a very calculated system of minimal input, maximum cost to the tenant and it shows. You may notice that all of these discrepancies are very borderline complaints: inconvenience at worst. That is exactly what they count on; writing off your complaints as requests of the unreasonable but next year when its time to re-contract, your rent will be inflated by 20% and none of your concerns addressed. I have confirmed this pattern with a former tenant.Undoubtedly, someone in their staff will be tasked with tactfully replying to this review in a seemingly civil manner. This is all part of the MG Properties facade. Behind the curtains, its just another racket owned by some fat cat tycoon in San Diego.Do your research; rent from someone with ethics. Yolanda Gonzales in the leasing office is extremely kind and helpful. She was patient and attentative throughout the entire process, moving across states and trying to finalize over the phone was made simple with her help! The apartments are clean and only 4 units to a complex. Excited to start a new life in Grenada Villas.

Great apartment complex and the managers and assistant managers are friendly professional and understanding. Love it here.

Came in to look at a 2 bedroom apartment it is really quiet. I plan on moving here the front office gave such great customer service if you go in ask for yolanad very pleasant and professional thanks Yolanda and Elaine 😁😊

Been here almost a year now heres my reviewPros: Gated, employees are very professional,maintenance workers are always out working and responds to reuest fast, it feels safe, i think its the nicest apartment complex in the area, quiet(my neighbors atleast)Cons: washer is a little too small, you gotta pay for all utilities, a little pricey

Very overpriced, was told could move in the day we got there and then had to wait 2 weeks after waiting for 4 hours to hear back from them, called them myself after submitting the application and they said (4 hours after telling me we would move in later that day) it will take a couple weeks. Also very loud cars, stereos blasting, and it just feels really unsafe. The keys to the pool and laundry facility dont even work. Cant wait to be out of this lease. Outdated, ESPECIALLY for the price. Would have moved elsewhere but didnt have money to wait any longer. Avoid

Ladies in the office are very sweet and the maintenance guys are cool.

People constantly fighting every night at 3 am. Loud music bumping in cars constantly. Someone either got murdered or suicide in one of the apartments 200 ft from my place. Walked outside and police tape everywhere with 8 sheriffs. They didnt do anything to security. Most of the time the gate was left open.

The apartments are nice, but as many have said they are overpriced. It doesnt matter if you keep the unit up, they will keep most of your deposit. They charge you for farting in the place. I would not reccomend these apartments.

I live here its a good place but needs to work on its amounts and bigger rooms there small.

Rent is high and they never want to update anything. when things get repaired, its done terribly. they are shady and never want to tell you when policies have changed. THEY HAVE NO CONSIDERATION FOR THE TENANTS!!!! dont live here

Crappy place to live and was overcharged! Dont bother to voice a concern or a complaint, they will ignore u and act like jerks who have their heads up u know where! They charge more than the security deposit upon move out, for problems caused by them! Do NOT rent here, u will regret it!

Im coming on here because i do not think that these apartments get enough credit. i feel like i need to leave a review for the people who are searching for a place and are considerin g these apartments.for one a lot of these review are old as dirt so they are irrelevant. for 2, i guess gadsden has previously held a bad reputation but i am here to say that from what i have experienced, thats untrue. i just moved to these apartments in february so i am still fairly new. it has just been 2 months. but from these two months, this apartment has been nothing but good. let me address a few of the negative things that i came across when i was looking at reviews on this apartment. first and foremost, i have not seen one roach anywhere on the premises regardless if night time or not. we will see in the summer because thats when they like to come out. for 2. the apartmentis clean. we actually just got our entire parking redone. new fresh ashphault. new paint. new lines. for 3. management is pretty efficient. i hate my neighbors lol and when i went to management about a complaint . my complaint was addressed the very next day. for 4. the front gates are open during daytime but closed and password protected at night to get in. they locked the laundry door now so people cant enter through the laundry room with no key. for 5. people complain about the internet so damn bad and say wifi sucks. but as i said maybe that was just a long time ago or something idk. me and my boyfriend are movie streamers and youtube watchers so when reading reviews about whack internet we were pissed. granada villas Does have a contract with a certain internet provider so there are currently the only wifi service you can get. and they only offer 1meg or 5megs. we have the 5 meg which still seems pretty slow when coming from time warner who gives you 30megs. but we watch youtube videos all the time and stream movies all the time and have NO issue. there are random times where we have to pause the movie ONCE for about 10 minutes to let it load but after that no further pausing or loading is necessary. ummm lets see what else i can say lol basically all of the reviews i have read on here have but nothing but negative and FALSE do not let these reviews scare you away from moving here or even coming to check it out. This is my first apartment and all of the bills are fairly reasonable. we have a 2 bedroom and pay 801.00 a month for it. our gas bill is 24. electric hasnt gon over 40 YET and the apartment include an electric stove. we have not ran the air or heat yet. i was so worried that me cooking would run the electric bill through the roof. water trash and sewage has been 52 im just trying to give you guys an idea or what it may cost. i hope this review can help someone out there because MY GOODNESS there was not one good review when i was in the same shoes. im giving 4 stars because its only been 2 months idk whats ahead of us during this year lease but at this rate i would give a five. when you move in the apartment is amazingly clean and the management puts a gift basket on your bar counter with a placard with your name on it thats reads welcome home the gift basket includes snacks water, chips. its a very nice gesture!
