Very poor properties. Ceilings leaking for at least 2 years. Washer drain outside busted for almost 3 months. They will make a note of your issue but never fix them. You should look forward to hearing they are short handed a lot. When you press the issues you may be threatened with eviction. The neighboring property had the same issues as my ceiling, to only see it fixed when they moved. While my roof continues to leak in 4 spots. I have never missed a payment or caused any issues. This people is the definition of a slumlord. and my rent went up 50 a month with no issues being resolved. They need to stay off meth.

Living in a trailer that has no sewage, when the toilet flushes it goes on the ground. Power breakers flip off daily. Half the trailer is running on one breaker. The lady in the office does a great job, but the properties are run down and repairs arent repaired.

Lovely staff thats willing to work with you,but the housings are no in the best condition
