Just an update after living here for 4 months.I would definitely recommend anyone to rent here. You can tell they genuinely care you feel welcome and any problems you have are resolved. The maintenance team is quick to respond and do a good job. The area is quiet, clean, and well maintained.Glad I chose Manor House Apartments.

I just want to share my experience with the current office staff. Caitlin and Tyler have been nothing less than absolutely wonderful. My boyfriend and I moved in a couple days ago and they have made our experience so smooth and comfortable! They are always so friendly and happy to help. So far we have loved our experience and we are so excited to call this our new home! Thank you, Caitlin and Tyler for your generosity and professionalism during move in process!

I love living here!! It’s so quiet no loud music or loud cars or jamming music all night long from when I lived in the darn city!! I hated that, here everyone is very old song quiet!! And all so friendly the staff is amazing from office to maintenance they do sn excellent job!! They are so helpful!!

Parents have been there for 20 years. The last few times I visited they have wet carpet from leaking a.c. 2months ago was supposed to be fixed cabinet doors dont work place is going down the tubes . They like it there but I am trying to get them out if this is what 1000.00 a month gets then you can keep it.

The response was quick. And two problems were quickly solved. Staff was very pleasant. Other issue will be solved in a couple of days by outside contractor. Issues were not of an immediate nature.

We have only been here for a couple of weeks and we LOVE it here. Our one bedroom apartment is spacious for the two of us, there is ample storage (we have a walk in closet!), and we have a private entrance and patio. Everything was so clean and in great condition when we moved in. We did need to schedule a maintenance visit, but it was promptly addressed and I could request it through the apartment’s app on my phone. Our apartment is in a great location, near the Lancaster Community park. We also have access to the pool, basement storage, and a clean and well maintained fitness room (that I just used yesterday). We are so happy to be here and that we chose an apartment community that fits all our needs.

November will be 20 years Ive lived here and no complaints at all. The office manager and her staff are excellent. The Maintenance Department is on top of any problem that arises, and take care of it in a timely manor. It has been a pleasure to spend almost a third of my life here. Thank You

Do not rent here! This place is absolute garbage. Bugs in the apartment, obnoxious neighbors, everything breaks, management is fake and won’t help with any of your issues, and you can smell smoke through the walls

Beautiful & clean location, apartments well kept. The staff are extremely friendly/patient and send a monthly newsletter and calendar highlighting events as well as giving several days notice on work being done. Maintenance responds quickly and takes care of things very well. Pet friendly, off-street parking, pool & gym are clean and a plus! Prices are good for what youre getting and the location is generally quiet as well. Looking forward to more years at Manor House!

Been living here for 16 years and they have great maintenance and staff. The apartments are convenient to public transportation and within walking distance to the Manor Shopping Center.

I have rented many places across the country and of all the places I have lived, Manor House Apartments has to be the best! The Staff, the Maintenance Staff, and all the others that help this community run smoothly are outstanding! There is always something going on here or close by, Manor House apartments is convenient to shopping, banking, schools, and places of worship. There is also a park near by and Manor House Apartments also allows pets! It is a great place to live! Another great reason to live here is that one can have a garden, below is a picture of a hollyhock that I grew this year(2018)

I have lived at these apartments which will for a year in October. I really like all the employees here from the Office staff to maintenance. They are very helpful with anything. It is also very quiet even though there is quite a bit of traffic at certain times of the day. I only hear it if I have my windows or doors open. In the winter the snow removal and if there is ice it was always taken care of before I had to leave for work which was at 7:30 AM. If I need a repair done or something doesnt seem quite right, the office makes sure it gets taken care of with 24 hours of my request. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking to move to a quiet and reliable apartment complex to live.

Ive been here ~9 months now, havent had a single issue. With every work order, the response was timely and professional. Manor House tries to engage with the residents with events and newsletters, something I really appreciate. The appliances are a little old (A/C units on the wall, wall heaters), but they arent a serious issue. The location is hard to beat.Overall, Id definitely recommend Manor House to anyone looking for mid-range apartments in Lancaster.

We have lived here for 1.5 years and it has been wonderful. They take excellent care of the grounds and any issues you have are always very quickly resolved, generally in the same day! The staff are pleasant to interact with. We feel our apartment is in a great quiet location and the price is fair for what you get. Friendly neighbors and lots of green space around made for a great living experience.

Im very impressed with how spacious the rooms and closets are. I love living in the area (its not in the city and not too far away). The staff are very nice and responsive and the community events are really nice! I love living here :)

Although I have only lived at Manor House Apartments for several months, I already feel as if I belong here. The grounds are gorgeous. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. The apartments are spacious. All these things combine to whisper home.

I have lived at Manor House Apartments for the last 3 years. The management is very responsive and very proud of their buildings. They respond quickly to any problem. My most recent occurrence was a toilet problem on July 4. From my initial call to the total repair completion was less than 1 hour, and that was on a holiday! Great people work here and great people live here. The public areas and grounds are well cared for and well maintained. The neighborhood is very peaceful and walkable. Picnic tables and grills are provided in the public areas as well as a great pool and an exercise room. Landscaping and maintenance are a priority. Prices are right in line with other properties while the experience is worth more.

We had a wonderful experience with Manor House Apartments. Most of our neighbors had lived there for several years, and the management office went out of their way to plan social activities so it really felt like a community from the day we moved in. We always felt safe and the neighbors looked out for each other. Any maintenance issues we had were dealt with extremely quickly, and the grounds were always clean and well cared for (including prompt snow removal). Our apartment was very clean, freshly painted, with very clean, well-maintained appliances. I highly recommend this community.

Even though my wife and I have only been here for three months, it has been a wonderful three months and we will be sad to leave. All of the staff were professional and very friendly, answering all of our questions and making sure that all maintenance was completed the day of the request regardless of how small a request. The pool was staffed with efficient and friendly life guards and according to our grandson, it was the main reason he came to visit!! It was always clean and he loved the diving board! The only reason we are leaving is because my wife is a travel nurse and her contract is up. Manor House Apartments were wonderful for our short term stay. I would recommend Manor House to any other travel company as the place to stay as well as long term. Thanks Rose, Jess and Indy for making our three months a home away from home.

I absolutely love, love, love it here. Everyone in the office is terrific!! If ever a problem they are right on it. Our new lights really make us feel super safe. Our maintenance personal are great! Usually things are fixed the same day. Our grounds are always well taken care of. As I said I just love it here at Manor House Apts.

It is very nice and really we like living at Manor House apartments. Its quiet and well-maintained, but close to downtown. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is very responsive. We had to call for after hours emergency maintenance recently and we received a phone call back right away and they came in less than a hour. Our neighbors are friendly and have lived here for many years.

Ive lived at Manor House Apartments for 13 years and love it! The office staff has always gone out of their way to help with anything and the maintenance staff is the best. For me there is nothing I love more then relaxing by the pool in the summer with the friends that I have made here over the years. Ive talked to people that live at other complexes and they have said theirs dont offer anything like we have here from a summer picnic, to events in the community room, to a bus to take you to stores and restaurants. They really make you feel like you are living in your home and not in an apartment and that is so important.

A great place to call home in a great location, closed to the city but quiet, and a well kept and peaceful community.The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to attend to any problems that arise.My personal favorite perk: The Parent Group. I also love the community room, that can become an extension to your apartment when needed.

I love living in my apartment at Manor House. The staff is very nice and my apartment is an excellent size and value for the area. It was very important that I was able to find an apartment that allowed pets and now my dog and I know all the other dogs on my street--such a great sense of community!

Outstanding maintenance staff and office personnel! Free carpet cleaning or painting every 3 years! Never experienced that before! Apt is beautiful and functional. My 1 bedroom second floor has 3 closets in bedroom, one a large walk in ! Luv it! Great decision!

Ive been in these apartments for a little over 1.5 years. They are well cared for, and quick to respond if there are any issues. The fitness center and pool are great, and its nice that they plan monthly activities!

This apartment complex is amazing! Very spacious rooms and storage areas, great amenities (pool, playgrounds for children, etc.), social events, good parking... and all at a competitive price. I looked at nearly 10 other apartments in the area, and (to be honest), they were all about the same price. This one stood out to me because of the washer/dryer in the apartment, the proximity to downtown and two shopping centers, and the social events. To my knowledge, none of the other apartment complexes had any social events that bonded the residents together. If youre looking for a great place to stay in a great and quiet location, then come to Manor House Apartments!

Been here for just about a month, and am already loving it! Aside from the sometimes noisy main road that I quickly got used to (and you will get used to it!), this is really a nice area to live in.....lots to do around here, and everything is so close!People Ive met so far have been nice, both neighbors as well as in the leasing office! Seems to be a close-knit community. Had some minor maintenance issues my first week here, and they were quickly resolved with the most efficient service Ive ever seen. Well done, maintenance guys!Definitely recommend this apartment complex!

You can tell a lot about an apartment complex by their snow removal. After the response to the 2016 blizzard I give this place an A Plus. They had guys out ahead of time salting. While they didnt keep up with the storm Friday in Saturday, and I cant blame them with the rate of snow fall we were getting, they hit the ground running on Sunday. These guys were out first thing clearing the roads and pathways to the buildings. They even took the time to help out as much as they could when the saw people struggling. They had the snow blowers going and the plows moving the big stuff. Monday when the realized they still had an issue with the parking lots having enough spaces they hired contractors to push the snow back and remove it. I know this is just a snap shot incident but we were clear and free to drive freely by Monday afternoon when a lot of other apartment complexes I saw were still snowed in still when I drove by Wednesday. That says a lot. In other areas the apartments are large, the community is fairly quiet, and their team responds quickly to issues.

The facades of the buildings are a little outdated and the appliances and fixtures could be updated. Out of the 3 complexes Ive lived in this was definitely the quietest. Aside from being very quiet, the other selling point was the hardwood floors. Unfortunately, our apartment was one of the last too have hardwood floors and they are laying carpet over them after we leave. You forget you have neighbors sometimes. The layout of the 1 bedroom apartment flows very nicely, not too cramped but not too open.If you need to access Route 30 or 283 frequently, this complex is not in the most ideal location. It normally takes about 15-20 minutes to get to either. The pool was very well maintained and the gym facilities were very nice as well.

Here is a full and honest review of Manor House. Its a bit long but if your thinking of moving here I have listed everything you might want to know below...I have lived at Manor House for just under a year now and I can honestly say this has been an amazing place to stay. I graduated college in 2016 and received a job opportunity in Lancaster immediately. I panicked not knowing where I was going to live. Luckily I found Manor House and they made the transition from college to the working adult world extremely easy.To start out the rent is very reasonable and fairly priced. The grounds that make up Manor House are always looking great. Lawn care, leaf removal, snow removal etc. is all taken care of. The apartment itself is spacious and was hands down the nicest apartment out of the 15 or so locations I visited before moving to Lancaster. Your rent also comes with access to an outdoor pool, a playground, a basketball court and a 24 hour gym.As for the location... the apartments are in a quiet, residential neighborhood with a large park right across the street. Within a 5-10 minute drive however there is plenty of things to do: Movies, Bowling, restaurants, shopping, bars, arcades, mini golf, A huge mall, plenty of parks and trails for the nice summer days, and downtown Lancaster.I have only had one small maintenance request with my washer/dryer and the issue was fixed within an hour after I let the office know. The maintenance team here is seriously on top of their game. Fast, reliable, professional, and friendly.They have a web app that lets you pay your rent online each month and also lets you submit maintenance requests if needed which is a really great convenience.The office management and staff are some of the nicest people you could ever meet. They are available all week if there are any issues and they are constantly coming up with new events and activities for the Manor House community to take part in. Every month they give you a newsletter in your mailbox which includes events taking place around town, recipes for delicious foods that match the current season, and a bunch of other helpful tips, tricks and resources to keep your apartment looking good as new. Another big plus...If you have any concerns or problems with neighbors, which is always a possibility with apartments, the management team is always willing to help solve the issue.They also have a huge community room in the main office that they let you rent out for family events, birthdays, etc.Overall I think what surprised me the most was that when I stopped into the office one day to ask a quick question they not only greeted me at the door but remembered my name! With a community as large as Manor House (there are probably over 200 residents) I was very surprised to see that they remembered my name. That shows how personable and friendly the staff are.I definitely recommend Manor House and from the looks of these other 5 star reviews it seems I am not alone.

I really enjoy living here beacuse i dont know any other apartment place that will take you the grocery stores and also have all kinds the activites for you to enjoy, also all of the staff are nice freindly.Our cat really enjoys looking out the sliding glass windows and watching what is going on outside.Also they do all kinds of things to help the people in our community like holiday hope and help the hunger food drive.It is always nice to give back where ever you can. It is also nice not to have and go some where to to do you laundry it is right in your apt. Thank you Manor house for providing a special place to live.

Great location, staff and people are friendly, apartments are well kept...if there is a maintenance issue it is taken care of in a timely manor. We are signing our 3rd lease this year; our neighbor downstairs has been here for over 20 years...we hope to be like her one day. If that is not a testimony to the quality of care that is taken to maintain these apartments...I do not know what is...you cant beat the amenities and the activities that are offered monthly here at no or miminal cost. We look forward to getting our newsletter every month, which includes community information, tips, recipes, puzzles, fun facts, and reminders.Manor House Apartments is also conscious of the environment...we can now email any non-emergency maintenance requests on-line as well as paying our rent. Lived here 14 years and love it...

Overall complex is quiet and grounds are well kept. The apartments are slightly outdated, at times you can hear noise from adjacent apartments.

My friend has lived here for over a year, the snow is not removed, her washer and dryer have not worked since they moved there, her whole apartment became flooded and it took the days to repair it. Theres a tarp that hangs from the deck above her porch.
