Jasmine is one of the best if not the best people that works in the leasing office. She is quick to handle any situation that makes living here feel safe and comfortable. The past few years I live in this apartment community I have been given a peace of mind because I know how hard the all work for me and the apartment community. Also I want to get a special shout out to the Gina not only being a beacon of hope and light during these unprecedented times, but always making you feel welcome to come to her with the smallest of issues and making it a priority. Thanks to you all for being supportive and doing such great work!!! Words are not enough to thank you all but I hope it gives you small idea of the high esteem I hold for you all.

Desiree has been a pleasure to talk to. She has made it an easy process for me after i.applied. She has been very informative and very patient. I sure had a million questions for her and she sure answered them politely. She has been very great at responding to my emails and even calling back. If i did want to change my mind about moving here she would of been the reason i give this apt a chance. One of the best decisions I ever made was moving here! In the office Jasmine & Desiree are fantastic! They return calls quickly and it there is ever an issue it is taken care of. Chris the maintenance tech is so polite & fixes things so quick and responds to work orders within the day. Thank you so much Sienna heights for the fantastic customer service. 😊

It was awesome speaking with Jasmine today. She seemed very genuine and really knowledgeable of the property and leasing terms. I loved the amenities. Ive driven by this property on numerous occasions the atmosphere is peaceful and quiet. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to all my friends and family . My intentions are to retire within the next couple of months and Sienna feels like a good place to call home. Thank you, Jasmine for and exceptional experience during this pandemic.

I called yesterday to get some information regarding the availability and spoke with Jasmine. She was a delight! I was a little concerned not being able to tour the apartment but, then was directed to a virtual tour which turned out to be the same experience I recieved on the phone. I have a few more apartments to check out but Sienna seems to be pretty high on my list.

Jasmine always goes above and beyond. It’s never a moment that I come it with an issue are just to reload my laundry card that everything is handled so smoothly. Jasmine customer connection is out of this world she brings the words comfort and care to the forefront of my mind. Just wanted to praise Jasmine in everything she does for the complex.

So I moved here a year ago in August, and so far I have no huge complaints. Whenever and if I ever put in a maintenance request they respond very quickly and get the job done. When I first moved in I noticed very little roaches and within that month they were gone. I’ve had no issues with that at all just keeping my apt clean and haven’t seen NONE which I’m glad cause One thing about apt complexes is they usually have issues with Roaches. So anyways I would def give them 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️! Jasmine has always been such a sweetheart since the beginning so big shout out to her!!

Maintenance technician, Chris Diaz, was super helpful! He answered my requests promptly. He was polite and sociable. He wore his mask and ensured I knew I was maintenance knocking at the door.

Ive been at Sienna Heights for over 5 years now and I cant thank Jasmine enough. She has been an amazing assistant manager. If she leaves, I will definitely follow. Things were a bit rough this past year with the old manager Amanda being rude, non attentive and lacking compassion but, I had the opportunity to meet the new manager Gina as she was walking the property (I never seen the old manager out of her office) and I am excited to see the new changes she is bringing to Sienna., she is super sweet. I cant forget Desiree and her bubbly spirit. Thank you all!

Since I moved here a few months ago Ive been treated by mgmt Jasmine n Desiree with nothing but respect, helpful, understanding n patiece. Maintenance Christopher fixed everything right away n was always pleasant. I love living here. My neighbors n their dogs even. Its peaceful the best place to live in Lancaster.💕

This property is always clean and quiet. The staff are always friendly and helpful (Jasmine and Benny). Jasmine is quick to respond to calls and emails. She is courteous and efficient. A cat had a litter of kittens on my back patio. Jasmine and Benny came and removed the kittens and found them a good home. Any time I have had a maintenance request the maintenance staff responded in a timely manner and fixed the issue. I highly recommend Sienna Heights!

I renewed my lease in July of this year and though I wasn’t a fan of the increase; Jasmine was great at assisting me in answering questions. She is always courteous and quick to respond to requests. She does beyond expected and very knowledgeable of her job and the grounds.Benny is always helpful. There hasn’t been a time when I’ve gone in the office that he hasn’t been able to assist me. He’s always neat and well dressed.It has been a pleasure to live here.

Jasmine has been extremely helpful from the moment I began trying to move in to even a few months afterwards.

We have only lived here for a month, but it has been great so far! We moved from Oklahoma and Benny and the other office staff had us all set up and ready to move in when we got to Lancaster. We are very happy with the community! We are in a 2 bedroom townhouse and it is the perfect size for a family of 3! Very family and pet friendly!

I moved my family here and we have been here for six months now, this community stays clean, any maintenance request get tooken care of same day, staff is awesome, security is great, its quiet, beautiful, no complaints, 5 stars from us!!!!

I love this apartment community, Benny and the girl. The maintenance is good. Jasmine the assistant manager is my girl, she is always there to help me and address my issues as soon I report them. I do miss the old manager Brenda she held great resident events and you always seen her walking property with her office staff. Overall spacious apartments.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and its okay. The complex has everything I need (laundry facilities, fitness center, pool, covered parking), however the property has experienced a noticeable decline as a result of the pandemic. The management staff is friendly and always genuinely attentive to any questions or concerns that arise. Maintenance is generally quick and efficient, resolving most issues the same day. The community vibe is chill yet welcoming.

I have been here at Sienna Heights for 2 years and it has been nothing but amazing. I did have a few issues but, most were addressed. It is always a pleasure seeing the office staff happy and full of life. We did get a new manager but, she is not really involved with the resident like the previous managers. I like my place and will continue be happy in my spacious apartment.

Very quiet, well maintained, large complex, with tall trees... I love living here, and met some of my neighbors, who are becoming my new best friends. Just about any store, bank, Kaiser for my health needs, AAA, almost anything is 3 miles away. Maintenance, rent, etc. is all done on the internet, on their website. I really couldnt ask for more.

Great, Great, GREAT place t o live! The management team is always friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure our concerns are taken care of as soon as possible. They have always done anything and everything in their power to help. Maintenance is prompt, Ive never had to wait more than a couple of days MAX for them to fix or replace something in my apartment. Even when my A/C went out, they had it replaced the very next day!!!

ROACH INFESTED!Within three days of moving into my apartment I saw roaches. Pest control only sprays once a week and the effect is minimum. There are mice dropping in my cabinets and wasps living on my balcony.The walls are very thin. You can hear everything that is going on outside from traffic to someone’s conversation.The alarm inside your unit is monitored by the front office. If you want your alarm to be monitored by ADT, you have to get a landline.The laundry rooms are dirty and half of the machines are broken.The front office is rude and unhelpful for the most part.They charge you for everything little thing.I do not recommend this apartment Complex to anybody. There are not alot of good apartment choices in antelope valley but you will definitely regret moving in here.

So, I have had a string of bad luck these past couple months. I lost my keys to my mailbox and this week I broke my ankle while visiting my sister on the Army base.So I crutched my way to the office to check out a key. Jasmine and Keisha were both so attentive and compassionate to my situation. They both went above and beyond not only helping me check out a key but taking me in the cart to the mailbox so that I didn’t have to make my way all the way across the complex carrying my mail and a package. (Keep in mind I stay all the way at the back)Honestly made my day! Thank you ladies for going above and beyond your call of duty. People like you make this apartment worth staying at!

Back to being an oasis again. The community looks great especially now with flowers in bloom. From the spacious living rooms to the quiet community. An oasis in lancaster with trees, flowers, bushes, pools, hot tubs, grills, dog parks, covered parking, and on-call maintenance.*update: Back to being a quiet, normal neighborhood. I have to give it to the office here they certainly know how to keep things in order if theres communication. One great thing about living here is maintenance requests get completed within a week. Remember to move car off Kirkland on specific Tuesdays or get a ticket.

Everyone that works here is very nice, never had problems with them always quick to respond. But this is the second time now that I’ve gotten stuff stolen from our townhouse, this time its a lot of very expensive stuff a paint sprayer worth $1700, playstations, a guitar, tools, Christmas gifts I’m not even sure how that happened but the people here are very sketchy. If you move here be aware..What a shame to be robbed right before Christmas...

They do nothing to attendant that live there make a lot noise and rent so expensive and water is so expensive too this is so bad I am not happy with this apartment anymore I want to move to a peaceful place my dog are shaking all the noise they hear they don’t want eat any more because they are so scare this is not cool at all.

Ive been living here for 9 months and out of all the places Ive looked before, this has been the best place! The staff is friendly and thorough and helpful! Anything you need they take care of it right away! Sometimes at night I stand in awe at how quiet and peaceful it is! And as a woman its nice to have a sense of peace at night! I keep hearing about how this place used to have so many issues, but I dont see any remnants of that ever being the case. Jasmine is very very rude and when I complained about her to Amanda who basically just changed the subject and didn’t want to hear me out all of the sudden I Received a notice of noise I’m a single mother with 4 children and yes they may be loud at time now that they aren’t in school and we are on lockdown I felt like they would understand they never even reached out to me or anything I just got a notice at this point if time I’m feeling harassed as a resident I don’t even feel comfortable with dealing with any of them Benny was great but longer works here

I like living here because they always kept the pools clean.I also like the staff every time I see Jasmine she always smiles and says hi.The staff treats me like family.

Laundry room has been broken down for 6 months, always have to race to do the laundry. The customer service at this community and MG corporate office is unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend living at an MG property community. Also, cars are always being broken into. This area is really ghetto and I wish I would of known that but because I am new to California I had no clue. I do not feel comfortable walking around outside here during day light or night. Let’s just say It is cheap for a reason You get what you pay for..

Horrible customer service! I received a bill from my electricity company for $400.00 dollars and two days later, the air conditioning stopped working. My previous bill was $200.00 dollars, so a jump of $200.00 is ridiculously high even for the summer. The AC is set at 78 degrees all day because we work, and only use it at night after the sun comes down. There are only two people in the home, the bill should not be this high. I called the management team to see if they can credit my account for the difference or any difference since its an obvious problem with the air conditioner over working during the day while I am gone and they said no. I called the corporate office and spoke with Vanessa today and she said no. I asked her if she could look into it and she said no. Any other property management company would take the time to look into it, but she just refused to do so. I told her I am upset, and I would write negative reviews and she did not care and told me to have a nice day. I work in property management and we would credit the residents account. They also left me without a working AC for three days. I only had a small portable AC in my bedroom. They should of fixed this ASAP. We live in the desert. I couldnt even cook in my own kitchen it was over 88 degrees in my home. MG properties do not care about their residents and I would not recommend to live or work at this company!!! Horrible customer service!

I lived here from march 2012 to august 2016 and the time there was not what i expected it to be from bugs to loud music waking you up at night. and paying for carpet that was damaged from the day I moved in . I cane to live here leaving active duty military thinking this would be a good in-between place before I bought my house. I have now bought a house for my family and thank god every day that I bought the house and got out of there. Please dont make the same mistake that I made and move in here Dont Do It I am speaking from experience. I was not going to write a review like this because it is not my stile but after the experience that I had I had to. but I hope things will improve here because there is a lot of young familys and good people that live here so for them I hope things will get better.

I really love the spacious units from the large livingroom to large bedrooms. I loved the beautiful flooring and white cabinets in the kitchen with the window. Although, I miss the resident events, interactive management from the new manager, and early pool closures during the summer. I appreciate how the maintenance staff was always efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly while completing my minimal work orders. Additionally, I enjoyed coming in the office to grab a coffee with the approachable, friendly, communicative staff from Jasmine, Krizia, Benny, and all previous office staff as they all have made my stay here feel like a family of this apartment community.

Sienna Heights A true hidden oasis in the desert. I often describe it as “a little piece of Heaven” Management is Awesome. Jasmine, Benny & Amanda, are positive, friendly, helpful & always with a smile. The Apartments are so spacious with a modern contemporary style. I do enjoy all 3 pools & relaxing hot tubs daily. (my favorite is the one by the office bc it’s close to my apt 😊) Sienna Heights is extremely pet, family & senior friendly. I absolutely Love it here. Update-June 1 unfortunately I had to leave Sienna Heights. I don’t know if they’re under new management or if it’s because of Covid-19. Quarantined in my apartment, came at a time when I was already on lockdown, so to speak, I was recovering from surgery. My thoughts are that because office staff had to ( For their Safety) Make changes, to the availability of who we could speak with, and when. I totally understand this. At this time, January until I moved on May 23rd 2020. I was not safe in my own apartment. Taking advice fromThe sheriff department and my doctors I moved. With help from my family. I totally understand management are not babysitters. However, I wish they had intervened and helped me as they should have done. The pandemic were still going through I think gave them limited opportunity to help me at the time I needed them the most. I just want to say that although I moved out, Sienna Heights is most likely in my opinion the best apartments that you will find in the antelope Valley. Before the virus & prior to the middle of January, For me, it definitely was a little slice of heaven on earth. I am saddened to say that for me that ended.

I been living almost 5 years here Im always on time with my rent never had problems with anyone and now they tell me their not renewed my lease and I have only like 30 days to move out what Im gonna find in 30 days with the rent I was paying here basically Im gonna go homeless with my kids my kids are worried and sad where are we gonna go now but of course the office dont care about people as long they get their money thats what gets me mad I always pay my rent on time 😡

What can I say...The apartments were spacious but constantly seeing roaches, smelling weed, being aproached to purchase drugs, and sheriffs at your complex everyday, got me out of there quick. I was grateful for a roof over my head but there were some serious issues with that place. From what I have been reading, people seem to agree. Its a shame because they are nice apartments.

Unfortunately this place as much as I would like to say is ok but its not always poop in the pool.im dealing with corporate office about this issue. Management was co until I started putting them in there place about the pool.i get it they need there job but right is right and wrong is wrong.

Crime is on the high end car theft and burglary is very common. The whole complex is a drug heaven. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

For your own safety dont rent at sienna heights because crime and drugs are higher in that area. Rent is expensive, apartments are infested with roaches.

THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS HORRIBLE!!! They take forever to send maintenance out because your problem is not priority the residents are GHETTO always hanging out outside, the whole place smells like weed, bumping stereos, and there’s a huge ROACH problem. For 4 months I had an abandoned cat crying at my doors day and night. The management is a joke. There’s never a manager on site and they never know what they’re doing. Ii scheduled a walk through at 11 am two weeks in advance and when I went to the apartment for the walk thru they didn’t show up until 4 pm and that was after me walking to the office and reminding them twice. They didn’t have it written on the schedule at all and when I went over the ONE person who could do it was at lunch that day, and when he came back from lunch she forgot to tell him. Also one of the girls started getting an attitude with me telling me that he has other things to do too. I was there for those 4.5 hrs cleaning the apartment top to bottom but yet they STILL CHARGED ME $120 TO HAVE A HOUSE CLEANER COME because the apartment apparently wasn’t to their standards even though when we moved in the apartment was still dirty! Urine stains on the toilet, counters dirty, cabinets dusty. You have to pay to repaint the apartment even if it isn’t dirty. And since they repaint every time someone moved out the walls are sticky due to so much paint on them and the cabinets are the same way. I had to wipe them down weekly just to keep them from looking grungy and dirty. The pools and spas are never clean. They were green the entire time we lived there. All in all I would NEVER recommend them to anyone and I HOPE you don’t rent from there. There are other nicer complexes in the area for the same price.

The main manager is extremely rude. Ive lived there over a year and a half, always paid my rent on time, and when she wanted to tell something to me, she came off work a major attitude when all I was was nice. She doesnt know me or my situation, but she wants to treat a tenant like trash. And, she put me on hold for half an hour when I called, never coming to the phone because she knew it was me and didnt care to do her job. The gate is always broken and since Ive lived there, they have turned the water off (without giving residents prior notice, even though it was usually all day) several times. For sure, it was at least ten times. So theres something wrong with the sewage that they make you pay almost 100 for each month. Its like living in a house with the expense

Im looking for an apartment and scheduled to move in a nearby apartment complex that cost more. Im new to area from the East coast working at Edwards. Every apartment complex even the high end gets bad reviews for some reason. I got until the 15th to move in nearby apartment but still looking.

Matinence workers are lazy.I moved in, & the water heater wasnt even assembled properly so I had to wait a whole week and a half to get hot water.*******************Problem fix

Sienna Heights is ROACH INFESTED! There ladies in the office are nice except for 1 the assistant Manager Rachelle is very rude disrespectful and RACIST. She harassed all black tenants everytime they came into the office. They have very Ghetto loud tentants. When I informed them.of the roaches they didnt even seems suprised. Yeah they offered to spray but if you need to keep spraying something further should be done. Im getting the hell out here. Me and my children have never had to deal with nasty roaches in our house. PLEASE IGNORE THE MOVE IN SPECIALS...ITS NOT WORTH IT. IF YOU DONT MIND BUG THEN GO FOR IT.

Moved here with my family on 12/31/13. Its the worst decision I have ever made!! Management are complete idiots and screw your paperwork up constantly. I received a 3 day notice 5 days after I moved into my Roach infested unit. When I went to the office to have it corrected I was told by the Assistant Manager that the $545.00 on my 3 day notice was for utilities. Her assistant also confirmed it was for utilities. It ended up getting the three day notice issue resolved after 2 separate trips to the leasing office only to discover I was Overcharged for my move in 5 days earlier. My family and I have personally experienced Noise, Arguments, Drug Deals, Marijuana and Smoke coming into our unit daily, U.S. Marshalls raiding units on a weekly basis. I have called the local sheriffs office approximately 25 times sense living here. Management is a joke since littering seems to be the only thing to pull her out of the office. Nothing else is serious enough for her to resolve. Security is a joke. Maintenance takes days or weeks to show up but your suppose to pay rent on-time. I had a bullet hole through the glass upon switching to a townhouse due to excessive smoke and marijuana creeping into my unit. Patio is not laid properly its on a slope so when it rains it floods into my unit. Vehicle Gate is always broken due to people hitting it. I was forced to caulk and seal my kitchen cabinets because Management refused to do so. People hang out in the front each day no matter the weather, so getting mail becomes uncomfortable. None of the grounds are kept as nice as near the leasing office. All they seem to rent to is trash!! Most of the people could not pass a background check but yet they are on the FBIs most wanted list. Children are free to roam the complex each day and into the night. They make you pay for a security system that is from the 90s and is not connected to anything. Its mandatory to purchase Renters Insurance because they cant control the low lifes they rent to. I wholeheartedly would not have my worst enemy stay here if I had any enemies. Dont live here its horrible and when you have issues you will only deal with incompetent uneducated people.
