Melissa at hidden falls has gone above and beyond to help me and my roommates move into the apartment complex! Literally can’t speak more highly of her! I hope whoever reads this at the corporate office knows what an incredible employee they have. Let’s put it this way, I’m a firm believer in good service, and whoever gives the best service gets my business, Melissa single handedly has earned my business!

Its like living in a playpen so if you dont have children, you may not want to live here. Two horrible families with kids run the place and trash the place.

This place was nice... The owner likes to keep your deposits, and try to milk you for even more money when you try to leave. I watched them do this to another family about 5 yrs ago. I left 2 months ago, now and they try to send me some BS statement.. Stay away from this place .. as far as possible the owner does not take care of his tenants an rather steal from them at the end.

Quiet gated community. Very safe and the neighbors are friendly. Property manager Jennifer is awesome!!

An ok place to live. The apartments are very old. There is adequate parking. For the most part it is quiet. The new ladies in the office are not the brightest of the bunch. The laundry facility was hit or miss. Sometimes the washers and dryers worked sometimes they didnt. The hot tub was never cleaned or working the whole year I lived there. If you end up renting apartment 5 dont let them charge you on move out for the whole in the cabinet wood. It was there when I moved in. A blemish on the wood itself. But they felt the need to charge me for it. 25 dollars. Was it worth the time and energy to fight over 25 dollars? Nope. But was it crazy on their part to charge someone for a defect in their cabinetry, yes. And no matter how clean you leave it they will charge 130 cleaning fee. The lady who did the move out walk through even said it was the cleanest she had ever seen an apartment left. It was so filthy when I moved in. I was also charges for rug pulling? They should just change the rug. It had folds and creases on move in. Theyre cheap apartment. I guess you get what you pay for. We had needed something quick and they did for the year lease. But really missed the other ladies who left. The new ones there again, not so bright. So glad we moved.

The security gate groans and creaks constantly. If you get a unit in the front, you will be hearing the noise 24/7. One of the neighborhood people came over and lubed it one night. Couple days later, it was the same thing again- the gate is just old, and all the lube in world doesnt fix it. There have been street fights late at night with about 20 tenants cheering it on. Ive seen altercations between tenants and strangers that needed the cops, and an ambulance. If you want neighbors like that, good luck.

The internet access was inadequate for our needs. The complex would not allow Time Warner cable to trench better cable connection across the apartment parking lot into the complex leaving residents with the option of powering at their own expense cable signal amplification hardware supplied by the cable company. Cable company damages to the apartments from the amplifier installations were improperly charged to tenant. Maintenance was inadequate. Call please for specific details.

The property is under new management and they are renovating some of the units and remodeling the property. Unfortunately they do not participate in the section 8 voucher program anymore..
