They are normally always booked.. very nice older couple that own them.. they just need to keep up with the apartments please.. like when it dont drain properly after a shower and u already put a whole bottle of draino and the spiders are out of control.. other than that the places are reasonable and priced well and very quiet..

I have been living here for almost a month now and I am so happy with the owners and they are so welcoming, kind, caring, respectful and so sweet I have been treated with respect, kindness, consideration, and any issues or problems or concerns that I may have are attended to immediately and to my safety and satisfaction they watch over you and make sure you happy, content and well taken care of and they are super people who treat you like family and always will talk to you when they see you outside or you need to speak with them.
