I called in November 2020 with a problem with my furnace. They came right out. My furnace was almost 20 years old and since I had done repair work already, I decided to go with a new furnace and air conditioner. Chris was very professional and accommodating.They were respectful of my home and I think they left the basement cleaner than it was when they started. In March of 2021 they came back to get the air conditioner install completed. Today Chris came out and completed the air install. I am very pleased with this company. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and honest. I am happy that I was able to support a local business and highly recommend Nowak Heating and Cooling.

As a new customer with an urgent need to get my AC system running again after it just stopped working, I was extremely pleased to get the response I did today. I was searching for Professional help quickly and while two other businesses could not fit me in urgently during this time of heat and humidity, Chris was friendly, receptive on the phone, and offered to come over as soon as he could. Within an hour, Chris was here, Professional, very personable, and began step by step to check the basics, educating me along about my System, and ended up finding the simple fix to my problem. Without his very attentive diagnostic approach, this simplicity would have been overlooked. This is important because I was not sold something I did not need. I was educated by this Professional. And though the fix was simple, I actually ended up spending less than I thought. So now I can trust and count on that same approach in the future. People are always expecting materialistic worth based on the money they spend, but as a Professional myself, I understand and value the experience and diagnostic skills of the Professional, the time spent with the customer, and appreciate the education received as well as the service truly required (no more; no less).

We moved into our home 1.5 years ago and it came with an outdoor AC unit. This summer it started acting strange. With a call to Nowak HVAC, I not only got an appointment fairly quickly, but Chris did a fantastic job explaining everything about the unit and my homes current air-flow situation.Thankfully we didnt need anything and the unit was simply strained from all this summers needs. Which is another major point here, they inspected and didnt try to sell me something unnecessary. He told what how I can keep it running for a decent time, and that maintenance wasnt necessary right now.I was very impressed. Would recommend to anyone!

Great business to work with! Chris and Bob really know what they are doing. The pre-planning and set-up they did beforehand minimized the impact on our business as they work, from beginning to end. Chris and Bob were organized and very easy to be around. They were in on time, and very flexible about working around our routines as they did the install. Chris and Bob really went the extra mile, and in a friendly, relaxed way. They did a thorough jog and we are very satisfied. We will definitely continue to use them in the future.
