There is a need for cultural competence training for care providers and staff.

I was looking for a new dentist and decided to give them a try. My dental hygienist Lori was exceptionally friendly, gentle, and professional and helped ease my concerns about my teeth. I saw Dr. O’Sullivan and he was very nice as well. I’d recommend this practice if you need some good dental advice and cleaning, even without insurance it is relatively affordable.

The office staff is wonderful! Friendly, helpful, and responsive. Dr. DeVor brings years of experience to his practice and is very personable with lots of great stories and anecdotes to make the visit go faster! Our whole family has been visiting this office for over a decade.

This is by far the most efficient and best dentist I have been to in a very long time. Over the past two years, Dr. DeVor has provided excellent service and taken good care of my teeth! The front desk is kind and helps to make sure everything goes smoothly. Tracey was also excellent as my dental hygenist and I would highly suggest going here! They care for their patients and it shows.

From when I called for appointments for me and my husband, the staff in Dr. DeVor’s office was great. Being new to Cleveland and following COVID, I was nervous about the amount of time that had passed since my last dental visit, but whole process was seamless.

I receive excellent care at this office! They take their time and are not overbooked with patients and rushing like some other offices in this area. My appointments start on time and Im never waiting around in the waiting room or in the chair. This office runs smoothly from start to finish and it is pretty much everything you could ask for from a dental office. Dr. DeVor is super friendly and personable. Ill be a patient here as long as Im in Cleveland and he is practicing!

The COVID precautions made me feel safe. My hygienist was kind welcoming and excellent!. The office staff was friendly and efficient. I really appreciate the communication plan, text, emails and phone calls are really helpful.

Absolutely love them! When I moved to Lakewood, a friend recommended Dr DeVor and I’m so grateful they did! My kids and I have been patients now for several years and they treat you like family! The office staff, the hygienists, and the docs are all amazing!

I referred a friend to the practice after paying $400 and was told I would get a giftcard for my family as a thank you, I called today & was told there is no giftcard for me and that I’m mistaken and it must’ve been lost in the mail. Bringing somewhere $500 worth of business in two days & treated pretty rudely. I also was mailed someone else’s bill which is a HIPPA violation

I have been a patient of the office foe the last several years. I have nothing but positive experiences every time. The front desk girls are helpful and accommodating. The hygienist are not rough, but completely through. Dr. DeVor and his assistant have always made me comfortable and always well informed. His techs are the same (Ive had 3 different ones over the years) and the gals up front are sweet and accommodating. Ive never had to wait longer than 5 minutes regardless of the procedure. Large, clean facility. Highly recommend!

I was a patient of Dr. Greg Devor for over 10 years. Throughout the years, I have seen his associates come and go, and his customer service and bedside manner drop significantly. When I first came to his practice, I was treated very well! Him and his staff were all very pleasant. However, now that all (or most) of my dental work has been completed I certainly do not get the same service and treatment that I did before. The only real reason that I have stuck with the practice for so long is his associates. They were both very kind to me when I visited. Now that they’re gone, I will no longer be sticking around to be treated like a number in his book.

The only dentist im excited to see and happily go to. Ive been seeing Dr devor and his staff for almost 10 years. My tooth extraction today went smooth, as a tooth extraction could be. Devor talks and explains whats about to happen, makes sure your fully numb and shouldnt feel any pain. He answers any question I have. Called when i arrived, answered the typical covid questions, waited less then 5 minutes to get called in, had my temperature taken when I walked in, all staff was in a mask, as always the staff is very friendly, have always answered any questions I have. I used to be afraid the the dentist, till I found Dr devor.

My Dentist retired and I moved to Dr. DeVor a couple of years ago and have found him, his Associates and staff to provide the best care that I have found in any medical situation.They are professional caring and give excellent service. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

Great Office! I was greeted with a smile from the whole front desk staff! Everyone seemed genuinely happy to see me. Clinical staff is very knowledgeable and made it priority to make sure I thoroughly understood the treatment I need. Back at the front desk I was also thoroughly made aware of my financially responsibilities. No surprises here and that doesn’t always happen at a dentist office! Each visit has been as thorough as the previous! I will definitely keep coming back!

Everything from start to finish was amazing. Scheduling, waiting area entertainment for my children while being seen (Pac-Man arcade game), front desk, and treatment. Very clean office. Best Dentist Ive been to since I was a child. They are very attentive to all my needs and and they are very knowledgeable of my Insurance and and my spending limits. Cannot say enough for the Assistant and the Receptionists when I went in. The Receptionist are wonderful and the Assistant is cheerful and had me smiling and laughing before I left.

Greg is a great dentist and a better man. Once during a time where finances were extremely tight our son had an emergency which Greg responded to quickly. He also helped us out in a way that made it affordable for our family. Would definitely recommend him to anyone I know...and have!

I found this place just by looking at reviews for dentists in the Cleveland area and found this place with all 5 star reviews and now I see why. Every person I talked to in there was friendly and upbeat which was most certainly a breath of fresh air. The dentists were courteous, painless, down to earth, and take care of you. I will most certainly be going here from now on and I suggest you do too.

Very personable. Both the Dr. and his assistants are adept at making you feel at ease, and both do a great job of distracting you with small talk so you barely notice hes got a drill going at your teeth. You show up, you go right in, hes expeditious but thorough, with a great chair side manner. Highly recommended.

Very caring and efficient staff both clerical and clinical team...always can work in an emergent dentistry problem the same day of needed. Dr.Devore is an excellent dentist that takes time with his patients and exemplifies a mastered skill in his profession. I highly recommend!

Be careful here, staff here told me I was insured when I went in for a simple routine cleaning, then I get a call later saying I wasn’t insured but it’s somehow my fault that they forgot to make sure I was insured before providing services. And once you owe them money it seems like you’re owing money to the mafia. Relentless calling, extremely rude women have called several times and made all kinds of threats unless you pay back immediately. When I insisted that since they told me I was insured during the visit, I shouldn’t be responsible for paying since they’re responsible for checking to make sure I’m insured and totally mislead me with false information, they said it doesn’t matter, even though clearly I would have chosen to not receive services had they not mislead me and checked up on my insurance. I’ve had different collection agencies calling me multiple times a day thanks to this dentist office. They’ve called multiple debt collecting agencies to have them bother me, trying to affect my credit. Just make sure you’re 100% insured before you go here because the staff won’t.

I went to Dr. DeVor after having a terrible experience at the chain dental providers (Aspen Dental). He was a breath of fresh air and provides an excellent service to his patients. Another great cleaning and checkup @ Dr. Greg Devor’s office...His hygienists are extremely thorough and professional and my teeth never feel cleaner...the only thing better than Dr. Devor’s skilled hands are the girls up front Michelle, Lisa, and Elaine...with my extremely busy schedule they always work their magic to get me in for last minute appointments when there is a cancellation. This time they worked me in so quickly I didn’t even have time to play a couple rounds of Mrs. Pac-Man, but how can you complain.

Due to my personal fear of dentists which was a result of my past bad childhood experiences; I was in need of major comprehensive dental repair. This office is great! Very affordable. My wife had gone to Aspen to get a quote for a tooth that was bothering her and they quoted her at over $6000 of which $1600 would be out of pocket. I told her to come to this office as I’ve always had a good experience with them. She did and her quote had her out of pocket expenses at about $5. Yes, FIVE dollars! Incredible. Love Dr. DeVor, Dr. Booker, and the great team they have around them!

Professional, friendly, down-to-Earth, and transparent. Lauri and Dr B were fantastic! Answered all my questions and came home with a sparkling smile ! I especially appreciated that I wasn’t being convinced that I needed unnecessary procedures, tests, etc. They explained that we would act on some findings and just monitor others, unlike other providers who are hasty to make a quick dollar. The original Pac-Man arcade machine in the waiting room secured this place the fifth star :) 10/10 would recommend to family and friends ! Thanks for the awesome service !!

Dr. DeVor and staff are very friendly and welcoming. They work they do is efficient and gentle. I’ve never had a long wait in the waiting room. Wait time is less then 5 minutes. There’s not even time to play a game of Pac Man. (Yes. They have a Pac Man arcade game in the waiting room!) They are honest and they don’t try to do unnecessary work. I was TERRIFIED to go to the dentist after a horrible previous experience, so scared that i refused to go until the pain prevented me from living a normal life. Greg took great care of me, he took extra time to make sure I didnt feel a thing, and did GREAT work. The second time I visited, I wasnt scared at all, because i knew he would take care of me. I have had horrible experience with dentist for my entire early life. I avoided them for as long as i could and after i had a horrible tooth ache i caved in and finally decided to go see one and at that moment i happen to by walking by their office. I called the number and set up an appointment and let me tell you, i have never had a better dentist. Dr. DeVor is the best and his staff are all top notch. I look forward to seeing them every time. I have been their patient for 10 years now.

Dr. Devor is fantastic! I scheduled an appointment after speaking with a hygienist who worked there and highly recommended his office. Ive been a patient with him for about a year, and he and his staff are incredibly friendly and professional. I began Clear Correct aligners at the beginning of the year as well and have had nothing but a wonderful experience with Dr. Devor regarding this process.

I did my due diligence and read review after review of Dr. Devor. All seemed great so I scheduled an appointment! Initial cleaning was on target. Disclaimer - I was *not* seen by Dr. Devor, but rather his “associate” within the practice, whose name I can’t even remember. The experience was horrific! The dentist applied the novocain and within a nanosecond 1/2 of my face was numb up to my forehead and my vision was blurry. Thankfully, he opted not to proceed with the procedure and assured me all was fine. He promised someone from his staff would follow-up with a phone call later in the evening to see how I was doing. Yeah, that didn’t happen, either!

Front desk folks were VERY rude. Was not pleased with my visit today. Usually they are kind but I went today and had a very disrespectful lady.

I have been going to Dr. Devor since 2011and, I could not be happier. At that time I lived in Lakewood within walking distance. Now I live in Olmsted Falls, and do not mind making the trip. The care and concern that they take for you as a patient is above and beyond.It just feels like one big happy family, I could not be happier with my smile. I have referred many people to Dr. Devor because the whole team just does an amazing job.

I went to Dr. DeVor for the first time yesterday to have my teeth cleaned. Everything went very well. When i set up the appointment Beth was very friendly. When i walked in the door, i was also greeted with friendliness. There were 2 women at the desk and both were very helpful. Beth happened to be the one who cleaned my teeth. It was a pleasure talking with her. She also did a great job on the cleaning. She was thorough, quick, and there was no discomfort. When Dr. DeVor came to check me out, he was very personable and funny. We got along great. I liked going there and know that i will continue going there.
