I would like to start this review by thanking Dr. Cochran, Heather, Mays, and Donna. These ladies made my experience at the dentist seamless. I am someone that struggles with bad anxiety especially when it comes to the dentist. They not only made me feel comfortable but excited to go back to get my teeth cleaned in June. I am not kidding. I would recommend this office to anyone looking to get any work done or just a check up. I had a deep cleaning and my front teeth filled in. Ive never felt more confident in my smile. I am truly grateful for what they did for me.

This Is the best dentist in the country man Ive been going here since I was 6 years old the dentist and the assistants here are the best they really know what there doing and I will continue to go back u till I dont have teeth anymore probably when Im like 70 lol BTW Im currently 25 thanks for all the great services over the years!

I recommend taking your business elsewhere if professionalism and transparent communication are important to you.I visited Dr. Cochran for what was supposed to be a relatively simple procedure. I had a cavity under a filling that required an on-lay. My experience with Dr. Cochran was terrible. I was not treated with care and was in constant pain. Procedures were not clearly explained to me and my concerns were ignored and downplayed. They struggled in front of me to figure out which tooth they were working on and I was once numbed on the wrong side of my mouth. I went into every appointment stressed and terrified.The entire process felt very unprofessional.She drilled through a tooth while I was having a panic attack due to the pain (she did not properly numb my mouth but told me it was impossible to do so due to the proximity of the nerve to the tooth). She put a crown on incorrectly which led to 2 more days of excruciating pain and required a separate appointment to be adjusted. Shortly after I ended up with an infection in my jaw she claimed was due to the original cavity. My jaw was swollen for weeks and I couldn’t properly eat or sleep. I had to endure constant pain, missed several days of work due to pain and emergency appointments to fix mistakes.I ended up receiving a painless root canal to treat the infection from a different dentist, where I was treated professionally and with care.The only positive thing i have to say is that the initial cleaning I had was fine and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Niki and her crew! I had the WORST broken potato chip looking teeth you could imagine. And because of how bad they were going into the dentist was humiliating. Dr. Niki and her staff made me feel wicked relaxed and comfortable and gave me the confidence of a whole new smile. Pricing was wonderful and affordable.

After many years of receiving dental treatment from other dentists, I have found the perfect fit at Comfort Dental.Dr. Cochran and staff are top notch dental professionals!I have previously had bad experiences with other dentists, but felt very welcomed at this office. Dr. Cochran took the time to thoroughly discuss my dental needs and provide different options for treatment. After her diagnosis, I was given an estimate of costs which explained what my insurance would cover and what I would have to pay by myself.Although I was very nervous at my appointment, Dr. Cochran and her staff made it their primary responsibility to make me feel comfortable. I really appreciated punctuality in this office, Im busy man and my time is very valuable . My teeth have never been in such a perfect condition!Great Doctor, great staff, beautiful office5+ stars for sure, Highly recommended

Ive had several years of fantastic service from Dr. Cochrans office. From regular cleanings with my favorite hygienist, Heather, to the pleasant and professional office staff and including an emergency removal of a rogue caraway seed, everyone here cares about my teeth! The office is always clean and cheerful, the available services are state-of-the-art, and I know I am getting solid advice on my dental needs.

Dr Nicole Cochran is very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Comfort Dental is the perfect name. Dr Cochran and her staff are accommodating, professional and provide comfort and great service!

My boss recommended CLEVELAND SMILES.Very nice people. Got my teeth cleaned and they use water spray thing that was more comfortable than the traditional metal scraper tools. DR NIKI was very nice and explained ALL work needed. So I wont walk around ALL mushmouth. Lol.UPDATE:DR SCOTT DID MY FILLING. WHAT A NICE AND FAST DENTIST. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AS HE DID PROCEDURE. IF YOU ARE A SCRADY CAT OF DENTIST MAKE YOUR APPT FOR FRIDAY WITH DR SCOTT. HE WOULD BE VERY GOOD FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE SCARED OF DENTIST.

I had the worst teeth ever before coming here. Dr Cochran fixed my aweful, sensitive discolored teeth, and I love my new smile. The staff is very friendly, and theres even cookies in the waiting room.

My husband hates going to the dentist. He finally decided it was time to go. So he chose here. He went there and she told my husband he needed all these procedures done. If he wanted all of it done we were paying out of pocket over a $1000! We have insurance btw.He went ahead and had his wisdom teeth taken care of which was around $300 up front, out of pocket. We also received another bill for an additional $400 because insurance would only cover so much. This is after he was told everything else would he covered and $300 is all he had to pay.My husband has had pain since. He went back to see what it was. She supposedly took care of it. Pain and problem got worse over the week and I finally convinced him to go to another dentist. So glad we did. Turns out he does not need any of these unnecessary procedures! What a shame!

Dr. Cochran is the best and so is the staff. Great service and always there for an emergency.

This was THE worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office. This chick was highly unprofessional and does not deserve the title or respect of DDS. Good Luck to you if you choose to waste your time and money at this establishment.
