This office was so welcoming the staff was super friendly and helpful.EDDA/Assistant Sherry did an amazing job helping out with my procedures and being right on top Of my extracts and being friendly and welcoming. For Dr Darwin he numbed me and usually I don’t get numbed with all the other dentists that have done work on me,he is like magic. 10/10 for you guys thank you!

She went above and beyond to see that I got in for a cleaning and exam before my wedding and Hannah the hygienist did an excellent job---very thorough and with minimal discomfort! As a patient for the past 12 years, I recommend the hygienist and dentist. My concern is handling of billing with insurance company. I pay in full and then need to do lots of follow up concerning insurance payment. In looking at statements I can have credits and balances on same page. It is becoming too crazy and lacking trust jn their system.

I started going to Perfect Teeth years ago because I didnt have dental insurance, and their discount plan seemed pretty decent. I lucked out and found an amazing dental office. Dr. Madlang is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to! He has never caused me any pain, and I have needed quite a bit of work over the years with fillings, crowns, root canals, etc. I can say the same for their hygienist, Brittany, as well. She does a great job of cleaning my teeth without hurting me. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this office and highly recommend them!

It’s impossible to get scheduled here in a timely fashion. I scheduled a cleaning for April back in Dec/Jan. I arrived to my cleaning a few min late and they wouldn’t see me! Then the next available was 3+ months out. Oh well. They were friendly but I’ll be looking for an office that more focused on the customers’ needs than their own

Actual dentists are very friendly and great at their jobs. Unfortunately I can never get ahold of the office. I always call during business hours, yet never have they actually answer the phone. I even left a voicemail with my name and phone number. Its been 3 days and I still have not been called back, nor have they answered the phone since then. I need to reschedule my appointment. Definitely will not be returning.

They were awesome with making an emergency appointment for my son who was in pain. Madlang and his Assist (Im sorry, I didnt get her name) are always above and beyond stellar. The woman up front, Peggy, was simply amazing and positively went the extra steps to get us taken care of. I honestly wish all front desk administrative people could and would be like her. 5 *s. Dr. Venutto and his entire team are always very professional, efficient, and comprehensive. He also has an excellent network of specialists that he will refer you to and follow up to make sure that all of your dental needs are met. The office is very cautious about COVID protocol and protecting patients and staff.

After finding Perfect Teeth THROUGH my UnitedHealthCare app for in-network providers (and my fiancee referring me there) I booked an appointment in Nov 2020, waiting until Feb to get a cleaning. I show up today, wait for 20 min, then get told I have to reschedule because the 3RD PARTY company that “builds” my plan into their system hasn’t been built. So after refusing to call my insurance, I did myself to get my plan details sent over. They still didn’t want to accept that, and they told me that they were too far in to the appt that now I have to reschedule for a different day. Absolutely no explanation of what went wrong, no responsibility taken, and no offers to solve the problem. Front desk was so rude and short, like she couldn’t understand why I would be frustrated after taking PTO from work and waiting 4 months to be denied a cleaning because they don’t know what to charge me for being in-network but not having a “built” plan. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR TRUST.

So I called to make an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and they dont have anything available for 5 months. Last time I went to get my teeth cleaned I had to wait for a couple months out for them to even get a dental hygienist. Thinking its about time to look for a new dentist.

Came from the Yale office and had a great experience here. The whole staff, hygienist, dental assistant, dentist, etc were all very friendly and helpful. Will we back!

Very disappointed in the service received lately. My sons appointment in August was cancelled by Perfect Teeth and couldnt be rescheduled until October. Sent my 17 year old son to the dentist and he was refused his appointment time because of required paperwork (never needed in order to be seen in past even though I sent him on his own). No one communicated this would be needed ahead of time. Even though I gave permission verbally and said I would get signed docs back later in the day by email they would not see him or honor the scheduled appt. Had to reschedule for November. Office manager (Amanda) was disinterested in my complaint and did not sound like she cared at all. Only giving 2 stars because the hygienists and dentists do a great job. Office staff need some customer service training and better communication.

After years of putting off getting my teeth cleaned I thought I better go ahead and get it done. The two women that took care of me were both superstars. Jane was nothing short of amazing! Quick, efficient and made sure I was never in any discomfort.Melissa was also amazing! She too was so gentle, if my eyes werent open I never wouldve even known she was flossing my teeth. I cant even floss my own teeth as good as Melissa did. If you go there, make sure theyre the ones that take care of you.

The doctor was very through, she was nice and explained everything in great detail. The best cleaning I ever had. The positivity from everyone made my visit comfortable. Ill be back in 6 months and every 6 months per doctors orders.

Ive been going here for about 2.5 years for regular cleanings since I moved to this part of town. At my last visit they suggested a deeper cleaning with some medicine which in total would cost me almost $1600 AFTER insurance. I hesitated and said Id like to think about it which they said was fine; thinking Id still get my normal cleaning which is covered by my insurance. NOPE! They wouldnt even clean my teeth unless I did the $1600 treatment they were recommending!! What the heck! Why do I even go there? What does my insurance even pay them for? Just because they recommend advanced treatments and the patient declines that means we get nothing??? Side note: I had braces 17 years ago as a teenager and Ive always taken good care of my teeth and gone to all 6 month appts my whole life. Its not like I have a mouth of dirty crooked missing teeth, which is how I feel I was treated. Will NEVER go back! If you are thinking about going here Id suggest looking at other places.

I was 3 minutes late (i even took a picture of the clock on the wall to prove it was only 3 min) and they wouldnt take me. I drove 16 miles to get there and they knew it. Plus how many times have I waited for them because they were running late? Sitting in their waiting area. Awful really.Plus they tried to bill me $60 that wasnt even my bill. I almost paid to save the hassle; glad I didnt.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile so I was a little nervous. Everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable right away. Both Brittany’s and the dentist were great! I was in and out in less than an hour. I’ll definitely be back every 6 months now for routine cleanings!

I have nothing but good to say about this office and the staff. Since 1995, I havent had a dentist that I wanted to go back to, but I WILL return to Dr. Kim . The front office staff was easy to work with, and I was very pleased with the treatment I received from everyone. I have had several traumatic experiences with dentists, and I am therefore afraid of having dental work done. Dr. Kim was very kind and respectful of my fears, and I was never embarrassed by the fact that I was fearful, or that I had neglected to have regular dental care. I had a decayed molar that Dr. Kim recommended for root canal, but I wanted it extracted. He honored my wishes and extracted the tooth. I received a phone call the next day to see how I was feeling and how the mouth was healing. Recommendations for future care were recommended, but without high pressure.I brought my 9-year old daughter in the following week for a cleaning and exam, and she was also apprehensive. They put her at ease quickly, and she said that was her best dental experience ever. All costs and co-pays were made known ahead of time. I was very pleased, and I highly recommend this office.

I can not give the amount of stars needed to express my visit today. I had a bad Molar infected and swelled. To make matters worse my husband was on vacation and I didnt know anything about Our insurance. The receptionist went above and beyond getting my information together for me. A few days later(after taking penicillin) my tooth was ready to come out. Cesar Madlang is just the best there is. Professional and funny he took my mind off my tooth with conversation about Mi. Once the work began he made sure I was okay. Molars are not easy to extract, its been in my mouth many years. I forgot the name of the girl working with him but she was kind, and compassionate. She gave me a hug when i was done. I could go on and on and on, but honestly You just have to experience a true Dentist and staff that care about their patients. I would recommend Cesar Madlang to anyone!

They were polite, accommodating, and professionally. Both Brittanys were fun to speak with and they explained what they were doing. Cesar was the main dentist, we spoke about baseball and hockey and the housing market. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I recommended this location to my husband because I had such a GREAT experience with Dr Madlang, who gets 5 stars.My husband just wanted a simple cleaning and checkup, so he made an appointment. He ended up with some NEW YOUNG dentist who ordered a few x-rays and gave him a hard sell for some very expensive deep cleaning procedure. My husband left, without a cleaning, because he wouldnt pay $500 for the special procedure!!!!WHAT IS GOING ON HERE? He wont be going back, and we wont be recommending this place again.

Perfect Teeth on Jewell is an excellent place for all your dental needs. The hygienists are gentle and Dr. Madlang is the best! I’ve been going there for 10 years and I have no intention of changing. The best quality of service and friendly staff will keep me coming back.

The customer service is great and this is what is deceiving about this office. They will lie to you about services charged and expected from insurance. My family and me always pay upfront. They told me they checked with insurance before our services.. We then started receiving bills in the mail. I called numerous times and was told they called insurance and not to worry. Two weeks ago I called to try and resolve this based off the information I was given. Not only was I treated like a two year old and hung up on. Their billing lady accused me of just trying to get out of paying my bills..

I had the pleasure of Perfect Teeths care just before my work day. They were willing to see me as early as 7 am and after Nicole thoroughly cleaned my teeth I felt anew!

Ive had periodontal treatment and various other services done at this location in 2014-2015. My last procedure was a root canal and crown done in March 2015. When going through my periodontal treatment, I was given several treatments. One was given to me without asking my permission and of course I had to pay for when I left. I felt this was very unethical as I should have been asked before given the treatment so I can figure out if I could wait a bit longer so I had the funds to pay.Well, a little over a year since my root canal/crown was completed I was eating some chips last night. Upon my second bite, I felt what seemed to be a rock or pebble in my mouth!! I then realized the pebble was my tooth the crown which I had done less than 15 months ago!! A piece of my crown broke off and was in my mouth! Thankfully, I caught it in time before swallowing my food.I received a call from a gentleman at Perfect Teeth whom went above and beyond to help get me in for an appointment for my tooth. He was also able to help resolve the cost of a treatment which I had not signed for. Come to find out; after being seen by the dentist at Perfect Teeth, the tooth which broke is not the same crown/root canal which they worked on on last year!! Needless to say I felt bad for thinking this was the same tooth!! I did apologize and I was treated very well through this process.Apparently the tooth which broke had a cavity from the x-rays done last year and the tooth gave way. I made an appointment to have this tooth taken care of at this location because of the how well they took care of this issue and how professional they handled my situation.Customer Service for me is top priority for. I especially had a fear of going to the dentist which before coming to Perfect Teeth. Thank you Perfect Teeth for being so professional and taking care of me.

Horrible!I wanted a regular cleaning that is covered under my 6th month cleaning in my dental plan. I told them that was all I wanted. They had me sign a paper and told me that all of it was covered under a regular cleaning.A few weeks later I received a message stating that everything was denied… because they sent it to an insurance company that I was no longer with. I had to explain to them what an INSURANCE POLICY was and they a policy is different that a street address (which, according to them was the same so it didn’t matter where they sent the claim).A few weeks after they sent it to the correct claim I realized that they had done more than what I had asked. I hadn’t used that insurance for the year and now I had to pay the insurance deductible and cover the costs of the things that I didn’t want done.I confronted them and explained the situation. They pulled out the form I signed and told me that because I signed it I agreed to everything that happened. This form was given to me at the end of my appointment, they told me multiple times that everything was covered under my 6 month cleaning, and they wouldn’t let me leave without signing it. I thought I could trust them, which is why I signed the document.My experience with them is that they care for their patients by doing whatever they see best suited for your health (whether you want it or not) and then they force you to pay for it.I will NEVER go back to this dental office or any other perfect teeth office. Who would want to have an office who doesn’t listen to the needs of the customer? Very disappointed!

Dr. Madlang is awesome and does a wonderful job. Hopefully you get him and his team! Dr. Nguyen on the other hand is not very professional and could use some understanding when patients are upset with their service and are in pain. It took multiple visits and several hours to get a crown correctly sized and placed, and despite STILL having issues with the crown, theyre now refusing to fix it.

Dr. Madlang and his staff are amazing. I have been coming to him for 15 years for all my cleanings and additional work as needed. Doc is a true professional surrounded by a solid staff!!

Most of the staff is friendly and Dr. Madlang is a nice guy; HOWEVER, be sure you have a full understanding of the services/procedures you are getting there. I had a procedure done of a cavity filling and came out with part of my tooth completely REMOVED!! I sent a complaint to corporate and they were TERRIBLE! Dealing with their corporate office is like having your teeth pulled - painful! Also, if you dont want your gums to hurt for a week after a cleaning - steer clear of their hygienist Angelina - Nurse Ratchet has returned and she works at Perfect Teeth!

Dr Madlang did an amazing job pulling 2 teeth that I was afraid of getting taken care of . he seems to enjoy his job and does it very well . after getting my teeth pulled I was prepared for some pain there was none at all . he was very informative as to what he was doing and was done fastas for the office staff just as good as dr madlang was quoted a price and when it was done thats what they charged me no surprises ... till she called me after I left and informed me it actually cost about 1/2 of what I was quoted and she needed to do a refund .honesty, integrity, and workmanship this is were its at !
