I needed an appointment asap because of a broken molar and they were able to get me in. I have anxiety that kept me from the dentist for a long time. They did a great job of making me feel comfortable and just focusing on the one tooth, a big part of my anxiety at the dentist is being overwhelmed when they tell me all these things I HAVE to do but when they found a cavity near my break they were very gentle in suggesting I get it done since it possibly caused the break and the area was already numb. They checked what it would cost me out of pocket first so that I could then make the decision. It was a really good experience and made me feel safer about going to dentists in the future. I found my forever dentist home. Dr. Faye and her staff are truly amazing. They are all kind and patient professionals. I also really love that this office has all the new technology. Trust me when I say how important this is. I had to learn the hard way that technology makes a big difference in dental diagnosis and care. The other thing that makes a big difference is Dr. Faye has other dentists on staff (who are just as amazing as Dr. Faye). This is important because it gives two professional eyes on your dental situation. Covid wise, this office also is very very safe. Give Dr. Faye a try, you wont be disappointed!

The year was 2016 and I broke my two front teeth at only 21 years old. I felt completely hopeless, I was from Florida trying to live my best life in California when my younger years started to kick me in the butt. I had Medicaid which did nothing for me. I went to a dental office that wanted a bridge unit and at the time that was not going to work for me. I worked at the Panera Bread next door which lead me to Dr. Faye Uys office. She changed my life with a temporary solution. Well because of how much she was willing to help me ... here i am 4 years letter and working in the dental field and finally getting a dental implant. My wife and I have been coming to iSmile for a couple years now, and have had such a wonderful experience here. Dr. Faye and her staff are extremely welcoming and treat us like family. Usually most people hate going to see the dentist, but the team at iSmile is so personable and friendly that every trip is enjoyable. You almost forget youre there for a dental appointment.The iSmile office is located in a great location next to Target and Costco, so you can get some shopping done after we get our dental work done. The dental office has TVs in every room, so you can catch up on your favorite Netflix or Amazon Prime shows while getting your teeth cleaned. When I booked an appointment with iSmile, it was very simple and easy. Called me in from my car and I got helped with Gerson at first. Made sure to take all precautions due to COVID. Hes very friendly and also very informative about any questions that linger on the way to the office. Great customer service skills! As Im waiting for my name to be called, it wasnt long until they called me in and was lead into the room where they took my X-Rays(very quick and smooth process by the way.) I was then greeted by my hygienist Jinky. It is very straight forward with no filter, Jinky has a passion for what she does. The information she provides before she starts her work, any questions that needs to be answered, and any post-care that is advised to be done to make sure that our teeth stays in tip-top shape. The questions for maintaining our teeth the best we can at home, she will have an answer for. The topic of pain is not up for discussion during her work because I 110% believe she has the lightest hands in the field. An experience with a dental office like this will raise standards and not have you go anywhere else. Where do I begin??? Lets start with the facility - clean, state of the art, very digital, and paperless - love it! Staff - extremely pleasant and friendly, booking appointment was an ease and first visit was quick and timely, I was in and out without a wait. Everyone is professional in every detail. Cost - considering I have insurance that covered 85% of my work I didnt pay much. However, my last dentist charged big time for the same services and treatments Dr. Faye and her staff charge so my out of pocket was considerably less. Teeth needed a deep cleaning and the process was smooth and painless. All in all I actually left in a very good mood, with money still in my wallet, pain free albeit a little numb, and extremely beyond satisfied with iSmile Dental. I couldnt be happier with my visit today and thats considering I found out Ill need a few fillings for some cavities. Dr. Faye and her staff have completely exceeded my expectations and my experience was extremely positive.

Dr. Faye provided excellent service and so much attention to detail. She was very personable and made me feel very comfortable in each visit. Dr Faye is by far the best dentist I ever had and I am so glad to have met her. My first visit with her she gave an overall x-ray and detected some underlying problems/infection before it even surfaces. She is very detailed-oriented, trustworthy and genuinely cares about her patients. The facility is clean and organized. The staff are so attentive, caring and welcoming. They have very impressive technology as well.I have already sent couple of my friends to her and they came back really happy with iSmile service. I would definitely recommend them more to others.

This place will give you the idea how great the Doctors and staff should be. Very warm staff. They gave me a tour around and i can tell that they are really professional Dentists who can really address my needs. Usually, whenever I visit a dental clinic I can only see a dental chair, but this clinic is fully equipped with advanced machines to make sure every option is available. Dentists were very accomodating especially Dr Faye Uy. I will surely go back and this will now be my Dental Clinic and for my family. Thank God!

I came into this office after a experience with a Crooked Dentist thinking this would be better. It wasnt. I needed a crown and my insurance covers it at 100 percent but the Dentist was still going to charge me 200 dollars for it.. Shes friendly and good with what she does but she is VERY Money Hungry which, honestly, considering everyone has different socioeconomic status- I think its plain rude. In addition to that, she told me I had unfinished work- 3 cavities. I got two different opinions after seeing her and they said there was nothing wrong with my teeth at all. It makes me question if shes been drilling holes in my teeth claiming she needs to fill cavities for no reason at all. Definitely not a fan of the practice- the staff is friendly but its all very fake. I was even charged a cancellation fee of 50 dollars despite an unfortunate even that happened that I communicated with her staff...Ethics Matter, Morals Matter, and Passion over greed matters. Remember that.

Shoddy work even though Dr faye charges premium prices. I got a root canal but dr faye didn’t put a post in and she left my tooth too short so the crown broke off. I called to get an appointment to get it fixed but staff member who promised to call me back with an appointment but he never did. I went to two different dentists to see about getting the crown replaced but both said I needed to get a bridge because Dr Faye left the molar too short and didn’t use a post to ensure the integrity of the crown. My only solution now is to get a bridge or an implant. So this crown put in 2 years ago is now going to cost me $4k to get an implant. Dr Faye also uses 3 D printed crowns that look amateurish and don’t feel like real teeth. But she charges regular price even though the crowns are poorly made. Also, this crown had already broken and she replaced the first time so I guess replacing a second time would eat into her profits too much so her office didn’t call me back. I wouldn’t trust her again with any work on my teeth.

I’ve been going here for about 3 years now and I love this dentist office so much. It’s my favorite dentist that I’ve ever been to! (And I’m 40, so that’s been a lot of dentists in the past lol) The dentist remembers me and has so much compassion. Even though I only see them every 6 months, it has a family vibe- they know you. They have TV’s above every chair and watching movies really helps me not feel stressed. It’s so clean and I feel very safe here. They have the most up to date equipment - a friend of mine went to a different dentist and had to wait for a crown to be made for weeks...at iSmile, I was able to get a crown 3D printed and made on the same day. Reasonably priced and makes all the insurance stuff easy and behind the scenes. Plus it’s right outside the mall so you can go shopping afterwards! ;)

Service is always excellent, the staff is knowledgeable,nice and caring. Dr. Faye is beyond exceptional always straight foward and love her conservative methods plus always on top of new technology. Her main priority is her patients. I hate going to the dentist but Dr. Fayes patient interaction is excellent she always puts you at ease and throughly explains everything. We went to iSmile because my 2yr old had an injury at school. They were prompt and though he was in a lot of pain, they helped him and me through it. I expected a lot more screaming and crying but they were very good with my child and we got through it with barely a whimper. They even took my other childs x-rays at the same time since I had a question. They are very clean and organized and even have TVs on swivels to entertain children. Weve been back for a few follow ups and cleanings and I am still impressed with the quality of service. Needless to say that after that first visit, we switched our children to iSmile.

When going to the dentist there mostly 3 things people worry about. Money, pain and being judged. At ismile you dont have to worried about that at all. I havent been to the dentist for years and I mean 10 plus years. Im now 28. I dont have health insurance but at ismile they will work with you. I had to pay out of pocket, but fortunately for me,ismile was there to help. Ismile took off 300-400 dollars off each procedure and made it possible for me to continue to take care of my teeth and not worry about breaking the bank. My biggest fear was pain. Not at ismile. There was a time I actually fell asleep in the chair at the dentist. How many people can say that? And the best part I didnt fell judge at all about my dental hygiene. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ismile to anyone looking for a dentist. I looked forward going to the dentist that is how awesome they are. I will definitely come back to ismile. Because I smile when I think or talk about ismile Dr.Faye and her wonderful welcoming team.

I had good experince end up oweing 500 dollares made payments that was 2014 finish paying then then 2 years later we recived a letter saying we were gonna go in collections if we didnt pay the 500 dollares i called them and they said they never recived anything good thing we used our card to make payments took all the staments so they can see las time we made payment we did cash so we end u paying 1 hundred something again never going back their
