I enjoy shopping at this store. The Cashiers are friendly. There is a lot to pick from. There is one lady who’s really nice but I didn’t catch her name. She might be middle aged, mid 50’s or so white female with glasses, headband and ponytail. She deserves recognition! She knowledgeable and never rude.

Its october 2nd, idk whats going on yet the store is not open no one is inside and its currently 948am. Very frustrating that customers are waiting for the store to open.

Mary absolutely made my day, she was so kind and helpful... I honestly didnt expect that at a Dollar Tree.P.S. this is in reference to my visit over 2 weeks ago. Im nearby the area and thought of Mary as I passed by the Dollar Tree and felt the need to review - thats how memorable she was.

The staff can be rude. They try to pass it off as joking but its still isnt cool. For ex, my family and one other lady were in there shopping. They were closing early, with no warning, and griping at us to finish up and leave. One lady said that anybody still in the store at their arbitrary closing time would scrub toilets, regardless of age. My son is 4, the other lady was much older and disabled. She got very angry, understandably. We are spending our money here, we deserve your respect. They cant keep a GM, so they say they close at 9, but have been closing at 7 for a month and a half. And it will happen again, just like the last 3 GMs. If you have the option, the Dollar Tree at Miller and Colfax is always open when they say they are and they have a ton more product than this one. Always well stocked. Its the better store.

This place is really going downhill....They are always closing early, today for instance 6:30 and theyre supposed to be open till 9:00? Yeah, since the management changed they sure close early alot lately. Shelves are almost always empty... Nothing to choose from... I say boooo!!! To this store now, I hardly shop here anymore. 👎👎Two thumbs down!

They need people to work on the floor .more cashiers mangers hiding in office.staff needs more training

For Dollar Tree stores this one has a great variety of items but is by far the most unreliable location Ive ever been to. Every time I come they are either about to close or are already closed and its 4 in the afternoon or 6 on a Wednesday night. Its gotten so bad I no longer shop here. Id rather have smaller variety but more reliable hours so that I know Im not wasting money and time by trying to go to this location. If it ever gets New Management maybe Ill try again.

The second time in two weeks I went and they were closed early. The first time I went at 7pm and they had closed at 5pm. Today, a Saturday, the sign said they would only be open from 10-2. Only open 4 hours on a Saturday and I had come at 4pm. A couple that walked up to the door with me said this was the third time this happened to them.

The staff tries here, but they are usually so understaffed it is hard for them to keep up with the flow of people and still get product on shelves. I think of they got more people to work in the store it would be a while lot better, but it makes me tired seeing how hard they make their employees work.

James was very rude, displeased with his attitude.Maybe retirement should be discussed with this employee.

This place can be hella busy with a line thru the store, regularly. Certain things seems they have a hard time keeping stocked. Always closing really early, think its lack of employees issue. But the ones they do have are always pretty friendly.

With taxes the price of my item was $1.01. Liars all of you

The upper management is to cheap to hire people. You never no there hours because the dont open the doors because upper management is so cheap. You lose out on $1000s because your so cheap and everyone has to wait in enormous lines.

So rude...the lady starts shoving people out the door at 830 and they close at 9. The lady at the register was so nasty that i put my stuff back and left. Will never stop there again. Wanted to be treated like garbage shop there.

I am sorry to say ... my last three visits at your store the line had to have been four a to five customers deep.On one occasion The store managed stepped out of the office noticed the long line and proceeded to mop the floor rather than opening her register and getting the line down .I have worked in customer service for over thirty- five years, and observing this employees management and customer service skills - I have to sayShe is seriously lacking .I myself wasfor employed with Dollar Tree for three years .I am familiar with the policeies.I visited your store JANUARY 25th, early afternoon .

Today, December 4, 2019, I went to the Dollar Tree in Lamar Station Plaza in Lakewood, and the only one cashier that was there (a girl. I dont know the name) suddenly said: Im not doing this and left the cashier register leaving a long line of people unattended. A customer told another employee the situation and he took care of all of us. He actually handled the situation in a very professional manner. His name is Carlos Ramirez. I buy here frequently, and usually, I dont see issues, but what happened today, I really think it should be addressed. I give 5 stars to the store and 10 to Carlos Ramirez. Thank you, Carlos!! Im pretty sure that all the people that was there this morning was thankful that you were there. People like you are the ones who makes the difference. Happy holidays!

Good place for good deals. Some occasional gems that you cant find for a dollar in any other store.

I showed up around 11 and saw a hand written closed sign and the doors were locked. I went to Ross for 30 minutes afterwards when leaving I saw employees standing next to the doors of the dollor tree so I went over to try to enter again. I was informed by an employee they would be doing inventory till 2:00 pm. I went to the next nearest dollor tree near me and it was near 1st and Sheridan. The cashier at this location told me that this location that was closed already did inventory 2 months ago. I dont know if this cashier is mistaken or not either way, inventory shouldnt be done during the middle of the business day. And I will be shopping at the dollor tree that doesnt close their doors during business hours to do inventory every two months.

Excellent place! Its one of my favorite shops. Their 3 liter sodas are great and so is their medicine selection! The candy aisle is second to none!Its great here because you can walk in with a five dollar bill and walk out with a huge bag of candy and snacks as if you were a king.I buy all my medicine here!

It was the dollar tree. Its bigger there than most. Has a larger inventory but also a larger group of panhandling grease balls hitting you up for pocket scratch on the way in and out. One of them, upon my explanation that i used my bank cards and carried no cash,had the audacity to say hed prefer i just get him a gift card anyway. Lmoa.

Store is a cluster. One or two cashiers working with 20plus people trying to ring out. Managers allow it because they want thier numbers to look better for corporate. Cashiers seem to work as fast as they can, but youll still wait in line for 15 minutes minimum because theres simply not enough people. Tired of seeing this this on retail.

Only 2 lines open out of 4 with the line wrapping around to the back of the store!! With 2 bad knees, am considering adandoning my cart for another time! Grrrr!!

Love this store its always so full and the employees are always so nice one of the best dollartree stores around went in there yesterday and they were crazy busy Laurie the manager walked by myself and my granddaughter as we were checking out and my granddaughter had to go to the bathroom so bad that she was holding herself and she noticed stopped and asked me if she needed to use it and then walked her back to it while I finished my purchase. It was so thoughtful that she noticed that and stopped to help her great customer service

The staff here was very helpful and helped us find everything that we were looking for. This is not my normal Dollartree and this one is so much cleaner and fuller than the other ones that I have been at. The cashier had a line and called for backup and the lady that came over was quick and fast she took the next person in line and got us all out there quickly. I love their freezer section ours is usually empty

I use to enjoy shopping here. Now it is not so. The shelves are constantly empty, and in dissary. The shoppers are short tempered and rude. There is never enough help in the entire store. I commend the cashiers who work here and put up with so much. It is located right next to Casa Bonitas location.

Nice cashiers and friendly staff. Gets a bit busy sometimes but they do their best to get you taken care of as soon as possible.

Great shopping experience, lots of stuff & well organized, until check out. There are never enough cashiers 1 usually 2 if its a lucky day but, either way look forward to standing in line for 15+ minutes. As of today this says theyre open until 10pm. Not happy that I hauled ass to get off work & walked there in the rain to find out they closed at 9.

I feel bad for the employees who have to work here. I witnessed the manager on duty talk very terribly about an employee who had to use the restroom, to another cashier! Horrible manager. Not only does the customer not need to know youre going to write your employee up for a restroom break, but how inappropriate to be sharing with their co-worker. There must be a huge fear culture at this location, based on the manager I witnessed.

First of all, I would give this place a minus Zero !. I used to work there for nine months. Some of my customers may remember me. My name is Betty. Love you guys and miss you. This place and the management were aweful. There is no real policys. And I I know about the bathrooms. The rules change every day. ! I quit over a stupid rule. I couldnt do it anymore. Sorry. But enough was enough !

4 stockers were very busy restocking sold-out items and filling shelves very neatly. Clearly visible and tidily organized shelves throughout the store made shopping quick and easy. The cashiers checked-out customers purchases very quickly, with less than a minute wait time. It is the Dollar Tree where every item is $1, as addvertised.

Shelves are not stocked. This has been a problem for over a year now. Im surprised their still open.

Ill never be going back to this store after my experience today. The cashier got nasty with me when I asked to use their restroom (which is clearly accessible to customers) and made a big scene. Absolutely unnecessary attitude and awful customer service!!! She embarrassed me so bad I left without using the restroom even though the manager came up and sounded like she would have let me. Another time, I was in the store listening to a male employee tell a female employee how his poop was blue one time. Where are these employees coming from, seriously?! Id rather spend more and go to family dollar down the road, their employees are professional and courteous.

Aisles full of boxes. Staff is rude. But lots of stuff to get for 1$. Weekends are so packed I dont even think about going. Always go during the week in the mornings. I never have to wait in line. Besides having 1 or 2 people ahead.

Eric, the manager of the store, has poor customer service and leaves his team stranded with hundreds of customers a day. Will leave you standing if the opportunity presents itself for 30-40 mins simply becuase Eric does not care. Would not recommended going here because of how he treats his staff and customers. Just all around avoid this place if you enjoy your well-being, time, and energy.

Just rode my bike 2 miles to get here. Google maps says 10pm. I get here at 9pm exactly, I tell the lady I just need 1 glass. She very rudely tells me NO. I explain I rode my bike 2 miles and google says 10pm. She tells me to call cooperate. I ask for the number she tells me to look it up and shuts the door. First class B$TCH CUSTOMER SERVICE! SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Great atmosphere a very busy store at times a very long wait but its my go to last minute shopping.

This Dollar Tree has to be my favorite! They have well stocked and organized shelves. Also a clean store is always a plus.

What a joke it is December 14th and this location has changed their hours from 9 to 9 to 11 to 7..... what kind of business takes 4 working shopping hours from each day in the middle of December, pretty lame.

ALERT: CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!Twice now they have double charged me for something. This last time a woman was ringing my items and scanned an extra I thought she voided it as she said Oops, pressed a couple of buttons then scanned the extra again ... I know its only two dollars ... but that last felt like intentional theft.Otherwise the store is decent ... just remember to check your receipt before leaving.

VERY POOR STORE bc of the store manager! A team is only as good as the leadership! One of the store managers, I think his name is NORMAN, at this location is a very poor, incompetent example for customer service!I bought the purple laundry detergent & as I was about to pour into my washer it smelled awful, foul odor. I didn’t want my clothes smelling horrible so I didn’t use, recapped & headed back to this store. So I went to return & as I did the store manager opened the detergent & rudely commented that the container was half full... he said he was going to get one from the shelf to show me how full it’s supposed to be & made an issue of having a receipt in order to exchange. He comes back opens the laundry detergent he just got & the same amount was in that container as the one I brought in. I pointed out to him that both containers had the same amount. He didn’t say anything & proceeded to exchange, I asked him about the receipt I had ready to show, HE DIDN’T EVEN LOOK AT MY RECEIPT & DIDN’T HAVE ME FILL OUT THAT little EXCHANGE FORM.I shop at this location when I’m in a bind which is why I gave two stars. Otherwise, I shop at the Bear Valley location, which seems to be more competent, care about their customer service abilities.

The Puerto Rican lady who works here is the best cashier Ive had anywhere. Love the frozen selections, and that I can get pretty much anything I need here for one dollar. Only reason for four stars is that management is nonexistent. Cashier line gets backed up easily and store can be unstocked sometimes. They need to hire more, but Id bet labor stats wont allow it.

Clean, well-stocked. Healthier food options than Family Dollar with a surprisingly good food selection. Friendly employees. Lines are usually long.
