Arapahoe Rental - LakewoodI have rented from this location several times and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a great rental company. They have a huge selection of tools and equipment and their prices are competitive. My last experience was scaffolding, and this time I rented an extra large trencher for a heavy duty job. I wasnt sure exactly which piece of equipment I needed, so they listened to my project description and they suggested the largest Barreto trencher. I was able to reserve the equipment for the day I needed it and it was ready to go when I arrived. The customer service was excellent, from the front counter to learning how to operate the equipment. They ensured that it was loaded correctly and the return was very easy. I appreciate the friendly and professional staff there. Thank you so much, Tom, Cathy and Lewis.

We had an excellent experience with Arapahoe Rentals. We needed to move a large piece of equipment and rented a pallet jack but that was just not doing it. So we called them up and they brought us a bobcat within an hour and showed us how to move the equipment. Very helpful, very friendly and just the kind of company I like to deal with.

Great propane tank refill. You get more, cheaper than an exchange at the big box stores, a full 20 lbs.

We recently rented a sewer snake from Arapahoe to clear a clog at work and they were super easy to deal with. Thanks for helping us in a pinch!

Have been loyal to this company for 5 years. Renting almost every two months for events. Rented 10 chairs for one night for Christmas event this year and my staff forgot to return until a few days later with all the holiday shuffle. My 5 years of loyalty seemed to mean nothing to these folks and they gouged me with outrageous fees. Said they’ll make it up in the future. I’m not sure there will be a future.

These guys come through. Ive been very happy with their prices, service and amazing selection. I had no idea they had the variety they do. From heavy equipment to my party chairs, theyve got what you need. And theyll deliver it!

We used these guys for our wedding. They worked so well with us and showed up on time and made pick up easy. With all the craziness of planning a wedding it was nice to not have to worry about what we rented from them. We would highly recommend using A to Z for what ever you need!

They got the job done, but they were not responsive to our instructions on where to unload the items for our wedding reception. They pulled onto an open space trail against our instructions and were rude when we asked them to please unload from the front of the house. We had to explain multiple times where to line up the tents at the venue. I would recommend giving a different company your business to avoid attitude and frustration.

Great service! We told them what our project was and they recommended a certain sander. We thought we knew better and got a different one. Turns out they were right. When we came back shamefaced they swapped out the sander and reset the clock so we didnt have to pay extra for the hour or two we had the original. Very helpful and professional.

We rent tables and chairs for an annual party we host. Sometimes we have them delivered and other times we pick them up. Theyre great about loading and unloading, on time with deliveries and pick-ups, the furniture is in good working condition, and the staff have been easy to work with.

We have rented from A To Z numerous times, from folding chairs to moving trucks. Its been a great experience every time. Very easy to reserve and pick up equipment, the prices are great, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Seriously bad attitude from whoever answers the phone.

I called to order a jumpy house and asked if they have discounts because our event was a charitable event. The owner told me yes if I sent over a tax form. I sent that over and when I sent an employee to pick it up, she was charged almost double what I was quoted. I called that day (while I was trying to host 70+ people!) and 4 more times in the past 2 weeks since our event and he will not take or return my calls.Its obvious that he doesnt care about helping others.

Dropped off our Penske rental truck here when moving from across the country. Used them again for a local move. Would highly recommend them for their Penske rentals.

Called about renting a ladder that I needed to rent, a 16 A frame ladder and got put on hold, then Kathy said I needed a 16 Step Ladder, she got annoyed and placed me on hold and the Boss said we have been doing this for 25 YEARS and if you want to argue names of ladders we can do this all day with other terms? I said, no, I need a 16 A frame ladder, I think you have your terms incorrect and laughed. He was annoyed and hung up on me and would not answer again, I wanted to make sure I had the correct ladder! Wow!
