Got new tires put on 8/10 then heard a grinding noise a few days later coming from the rear of my truck..Bought it back in and the manager Will tells me his mechanic thinks it’s something wrong with my E Brake but his “hands are too big” so he’s not comfortable fixing it..Took it to my regular mechanic and he shows me where 4 bolts on my rear passenger tire weren’t tightened properly along with a few bolts on the 3 other tires..10 bolts were loose in total..Not to mention once he tightened the bolts the noise went away..So not only was I put it danger by these so called “mechanics” I was lied to about what’s causing the issue and sent out the door with loose bolts a second time..Not the 1st time I had issues here so it’s my fault for coming back! Get some better trained staff especially your Mechanics

I am a mechanic of 16 years, I was in the area and needed a tire balance, slow leak and an alignment So I took it here in hopes that a tire shop could do the proper job involving tires ... tires where not balanced properly(double weights defeat the purpose, alignment was misaligned in the opposite direction without touching the rear alignment (claimed to rusty..bs) and just looked at the tire and couldnt find the leak .... dont waste your time or money here basic jobs that they failed miserably with

Very bad service and rude management got new tires on my car from them they gave me price for less then 400 and charge me 700 dollars when I picked up my car they told me they did alignment and balancing.I drive my car was shaking and bubbling I went back to get it fix they did alignment by that time and tell me to come another day for balancing it’s been 4 weeks I m trying to get it done all the time they wants me to drop off the car for a day and not even doing that finally today they guy name will was so rude when I wants to get it done he said agin drop off the car and not sure that they can do that bcoz they have only one guy working and when I assist to do that he start yelling and said get out from here I said ok then I wants my refund he said they can’t do that now he wants me to come again next Thursday I hope my problem will b solved otherwise I will go to consumer court for my refund .

It started out good when I called when I asked if they were busy and they answered and said no just bring your car in mind you at ten am I called to find out the stats and my car was still parked at330 pm to tell me they still had another vehicle ahead of me you kidding me I just picked up my truck and said forget it not the only issues I has but wont mention Im not a bad guy just leave it at that wont be using them anymore

Very courteous staff. Does what has to be done. While changing tires they also inspect brakes and advice accordingly. Absolutely NO pressure! Great prices.

Company does not honor their agreements. Woman behind the counter agreed to refund our wheel alignment. Wrong tires ordered, they sold me on a cheaper set of tires. Bill was supposed to be $830. They charged $973 and refuse to refund the money. Regional manager agreed to refund the difference, 5 days ago. Still no word and the store manager refuses to give the refund that the store agreed to. Read the fine print. Mavis does not warranty their products once installed. YOU CANNOT GET A REFUND ON TIRES THAT ARE INSTALLED. THE MOMENT THE LUG NUTS ARE TIGHT AND THE CAR HITS THE GROUND YOU OWN THE TIRES. Place is a rip off, go someplace else.

Had a great experience at this Mavis Discount Tire. Two tires that I ordered were not in stock when I showed up because they were missed on the delivery truck. The service manager went out of his way to pick up the needed tires at another Mavis Tire shop on his way home from work. I then got a call the next morning, even before opening shop hours on a Sunday nonetheless, that my tires were mounted and ready to be picked up. Thank you for going above and beyond. I have always had great experiences at other Mavis Tires as well.

I was impressed with the professionalism and with the honest assessment. When you are faced with a situation that needs immediate attention puts you at ease to feel confident in the treatment you receive.

I dropped my 2002 Subaru off Tuesday morning with several issues. Occasionally it wouldnt start without several attempts, losing air in one tire and a rattle under the car. The young lady at the desk was extremely cordial and documented all the problems in detail. Later that day the manager, Mark called me and explained what exactly caused two of the issues and repaired them free of charge. He then informed me that my starter was defective and recommended a rebuilt one. He gave me a price and said it would be ready that same day. He later called me to pick up the car. A very hassle free experience. My Subaru runs fine.

Ok after a very bad experience Drew and the Mavis team made amends. So they have regained a customer. Thank you for making it right.

Multiple employees were tested positive for covid the upper management told the employees not to say anything then the store would be deep cleaned and closed for 14 days and all employees in contact with that employee to get tested and quarantine nope none of that happened store was not cleaned and immediately re opened mavis tire makes there own covid policies to suit there needs only care about 1 thing and there employees is not 1 of there concerns horrible place to work I highly recommend dont going there

The day after i got my oil change and tires rotated, my tire had a a flat, to the extent that it ruined my rim, this is my third oil change by them and this is the third time i have a flat tire after leaving them. They refuse to replace the tire for free.

They just want your money. Been here 3 times had a horrible experience and got my wallet drained every time. Done giving this place chances, would never recommend.

I was recently visiting family in South Jersey (from PA) and my tire pressure light came on. I pulled in at 4:30 on a Saturday, 1/2 hour before closing time. They got me right in and found metal in my tire. Repaired it and had me on my way in about 20 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! Would DEFINITELY recommend these guys!!!

My husband waited over 4 hours to get a flat fixed. They dont patch so they plugged it. The next morning I went to leave for work and the same tire was flat. I put 20 lbs. of air in it and drove back to Mavis. Anthony didnt say anything except It happens. It took another hour. Anthony didnt really care that collectively we wasted 5 hours. Will call corporate and my credit card company. NEVER AGAIN!

Great prices and staff

Although service was good. The car had unusual wear on a front tire. I went for oil change tire rotation and wiper blades. They were pretty quick. However, it was dangerous for them to place a tire with that much wear on it as a front tire.

Beat all other prices around by a lot. Great service.

Place is top tier when it comes to tire issues. I called up after a blow out and got a great quote from Anthony. They accommodated me the next due to the fact that I called up 10 mins before closing. Brittany who runs the front desk gave me a realistic estimated time for repair and was friendly/welcoming. I will continue to come here and recommend this place to anyone.

Got a oil change on Friday June 5rh. Car locked up on Sunday June 7th. Oil filter fell off and Mavis in Clemmons says they done nothing wrong. Wouldnt take my bike there to fix

This is my favorite Mavis location in the area. The staff are professional and friendly. My husband and I have never been pushed to pay for services/parts that were not necessary. In addition, we get a friendly heads-up for future repairs (i.e. brake pads are getting low). We have been happy customers with this location for years.

Today I give Mavis 5 stars...in the past I have not been so happy with the service at a different location for a suspension job. This morning I woke up to a leak in my valve stem. I drove to Mavis as it was the closest shop in my area and only waited about 20 minutes before the mechanic began working on my car (which was what I was told). He check the tire and repaired it in about 15 minutes and I was out the door with a $4.99 bill. I was so ready to pay $20-$30 bucks for this service. My experience today from the service manager to mechanic was great!

I cant really give this company a good review simply because I took my car there to get a radiator put in a week later indicator comes on for me to shut the car off come to find out theres no antifreeze in the radiator all of it leaked out moving forward Im still to this day a month later getting blown off by this company to have me take my car to get looked at or repaired I had someone from corporate reach out to me but still no one has said anything about fixing my car Wouldnt recommend this establishment to anyone maybe for tiers but not for major work
