I thought I’d give them another chance. Every time I’ve gone I’ve been disappointed. Though it depends on WHO you get as your salon artist. $36 is the highest price I’ve ever seen for a BASIC pedicure. My daughters pedicure went well. Her toes look great. Nice and shiny and smooth. My nails have ridges that show through in the polish and are dull. We started at the same time and my gal “finished” a full 15 minutes before my daughter was done. Im so disappointed. They are located within walking distance from my house. I would love to be able to just walk over and get a little pampering, but I will NEVER give them another chance.

Avoid this place. Its the most expensive pedicure Ive ever had and the worst. My cuticles werent trimmed, the existing polish wasnt removed fully. I paid an extra $10 to have my heels done (callus remover) and as you can see - not worth it. I really wanted to love this place. Take a look at the red curtains in back... There is 2 inches of dust on them. This place is not clean!

Love it! My daughter and I get our nails done by Tina every 2 weeks and get a fabulously relaxing pedi massaged legs included. Its amazing! Then because my lashes arent what they once were Nancy does them. She does each individual lash and they look beautiful and natural. Nancy is so good I usually am almost asleep when shes done. The prices are great and everyone there is so nice.

I saw the mixed reviews, but decided to give this place a try. I went in to have my gel manicure (which was done elsewhere) removed and a regular polish manicure done. My experience at the salon itself was fine - everyone was very kind and professional. It did take a long time, and was expensive, but for good service I wouldnt mind either of those things.The regular manicure started peeling very quickly. I took it off at home a few days later and I was shocked at the poor condition my nails were in. My entire nail was sanded to the point that theyre completely scratched and brittle. I have had gel nail polish removed many times and I know that nails are not perfect afterwards. But this is significantly worse than Ive ever seen it. The regular nail polish has also left a permanent stain on my nails. Ive tried to remove it several times and its still there. I have also never had this happen to my nails before. Im now stuck waiting until my nails completely grow out to look normal again.I was really hoping for a better experience, especially since they are so close to my house. But I will not be going back.

If I could have given zero stars I would!...I use to go here often but after today I will NEVER go here again!, not only did they mess up both mine and my sisters nails I was over charged twice for our nails! The totals were $66 and $77 (which I have a copy of receipt to show proof) yet I was charged $79.20 and $92.40!.....and when we went back to explain to the lady who took the purchase that I am owed a refund because I was grossly over charged she tried to argue with me about the amounts and tried to say that it was my bank that over charged me and not them yet when I left after this HORRIBLE experience and contacted my bank to dispute the amount of the charges I was informed that Zen Nails had just adjusted the amounts that I was charged! Not once did I hear an apology for the poor experience or for being over charged, I was told to wait it out and IF they owed me a refund they would then try to refund me like what? Absolutely poor customer service, and absolutely ridiculously unprofessional!!!!! If ANYONE goes here make sure to pay with cash and/or get a paper copy of receipt and DOUBLE CHECK your purchase so this doesn’t happen to you as well!!!!

I had an overall great experience but Andy really put the cherry on top! I have never been able to show a picture to a nail tech in Denver and have them actually make my nails look exactly the same. I was very surprisingly impressed. He is a gem! If you are looking for a top notch nail job request him.

Had a warm and welcoming experience at Zenails today @ Belmar. Went in for a pedicure. Was given a really nice, comfortable mask to wear, washed my hands and attended to promptly. What the actual hell kind of business is this?you allowed someone to walk out with chipped jagged nails and then had the audacity to charge her $50? And then DEMAND another $45 to fix your garbage mistake?No. Thats not how that works.This is not the first time I have heard bad things from this nail shop.And I am sure it wont be the last.I will NEVER step foot in this business after seeing this womans nails.Do not waste your time with this place people.They are shady con artists.The picture shown is from this garbage heap of a business.

Got a basic gel polish manicure... was charged $43. It was a basic job, no massage just basic cuticle trim, nail file and color. Way overpriced.

Called to get a full set made an appointment for my birthday set. I brought my child who is 6 years old we both had on mask. As soon as The owner saw that we were black he stated that he could not do my set because they could only have 10 people in at a time . Two people who were waiting in the waiting area offered to get up and leave because they were already done. And he still stated he couldn’t take us because there were still to many people at that point there were only 7 people there. They were definitely racist . When I booked the appointment he didn’t know I was black until he saw me walk in eyes got big and immediately told me I had to leave. Funny how people and places work now and days

One of the best nail places I’ve been to in the Lakewood area. My technician, Andy, does phenomenal work. I like doing shellac or dip. Zenails has so many color options, so you’re never limited. Andy does very natural nails, that last 4+ weeks. Highly recommend coming here and seeing him!

Had some decent experiences with my girlfriend in the past but this most recent one wasnt good. The nail tech my girlfriend got seemed rushed and it showed on my girls nails. For charged for extra things we didnt ask for but she did anyway too. Its a very nice looking place and in the past they had done a decent job, thats why Ill give 3 stars

Terrible! I came in for a pedicure and was told they had a seat open. I brought my own color so didn’t need any time to select one. As soon as I sat down I was told it would be 10 minutes, okay nbd. It was 30 minutes before a technician came over and then they only spent 15 minutes on the pedicure itself. It’s also one of the worst finished products I’ve ever had. I honestly do a better job at home and I’m not very skilled. My nails are uneven and the cuticles look terrible. The polish is not evenly distributed across my nail bed. It looks awful. Total waste of time and money. I will not be going back.

A great place to go if you want to get stressed out as the staff fights with each other, have a painful pedicure as they grind your feet with a cheese grater like object, and discuss your bill in the middle of your pedicure making relaxing impossible.Also they are over priced.Go anywhere else to save money and actually enjoy what you deserve.

The environment was nice, clean and friendly environment. But in all true honesty my husband could have gave me a better mani-gel/pedicure. The polish on my nails over flowed onto the cuticles, it looks so sloppy. I didn’t have time to stay so it could be fixed, but this was the second time I’ve been there and haven’t had the best outcome. Not to mention I almost payed $100 w/tip. Won’t be returning here again.

This place always provides great service! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They do beautiful manicures and pedicures every time I go. There are lots of pedicure options which allows for a more tailored experience. You wont be disappointed!

I’m not usually a picky person and this was only the 3rd time I’ve ever gotten my nails done, but I regret going to this place. Just not worth the money. Awkward environment. My boyfriend and I went in together to try something new and my lady got up in the middle of the service to go and do someone’s pedicure. Super unprofessional. So his lady had to keep going back and forth between us and she totally skimped on the arm massage. No hand massage either. After they were done they put our nails under a dryer and walked away, didn’t tell us when we would be done and never came to get us. So we turned it off ourselves assuming we could leave and it was done. How disappointing. She did a really nice job on our basic manicure, but never going back.

I too am surprised by all of the negative reviews that Zenails has been given. I have been going to them for my pedicures for at least 7 years now and I always have a pleasant experience. I see Brandon as my technician and he always goes above and beyond to make sure that Im satisfied. Dina and all of her staff are wonderful and I will continue using Zenails for years to come. Absolutely terrible experience. I will never go back here! I made an appointment for a regular pedicure and I picked this salon since they offer the dip powder nails. My pedicure was fine, but she said it would be an extra $10 just to exfoliate my heels (which werent that bad since were coming out of winter) so I declined. Its ridiculous its not included but that wasnt the worst part.I sat down for my nails and she asked if I wanted them shorter or left alone. I asked for them to just be evened out a bit. Instead she went to town with the nail clippers and completely cut down my nails! By the time I noticed she cut 3 of my nails so short, it was already too late. Literally little stubs!!! I was SO mad! She didnt trim or cut my cuticles at all and just used the machine file to clean them up and in turn ended up burning and cutting my cuticles (which is really painful) and in turn, bleeding.I also noticed she did not pull out any tools that were sanitized which really freaked me out. Shes making me bleed and then also dipping my nails directly into the jars that they dip everyone elses nails in. So unsanitary and dangerous. Looking back, I should have asked her to stop, paid for my pedicure, and left to go somewhere else.Then to top things off, once she was done applying the gel and dip powder, the gel polish was applied so heavily that it was all over my fingers and the underside of my nails were stuck to my skin! Who does that and who leaves someone like that?! She didnt have me wash my hands in-between or anything. They looked terrible and I was so upset! I had my best friends bridal shower the next day and I was so embarrassed at my terrible looking nails.The cherry on top is that my total was $81 for a mediocre pedicure and terrible dip powder manicure. I have no issue with paying that much, but I do when someone does a terrible job.I will NEVER return here.

I’m not super impressed with the work done on my dips. They’re kind of sloppy, and I’m not thrilled about paying $45 + tip for just a dip with no cuticle trimming. But what really set me off was the nail tech making anti gay comments to her co worker. I was really surprised that everyone around them thought that was fine... I won’t be back.

I came in today to get my toes done without an appointment prior to walking in. Ive been coming here for years and know all the techs are very polite. I usually see Ann. She gives the best deep down in that muscle kind of massage! I noticed the owner Dina has a new receptionist and shes very sweet; as all her staff are! I love this place for my monthly pedicure in the spring and summer! Whenever I go anywhere else Im so disappointed especially in customer service at other places! Im really curious why they have such low reviews here; this salon is by far one of the best in Lakewood. I understand there are good and bad days, but the owner and her staff are very understanding and attentive. Whenever Ive needed to talk to them about a situation its been resolved professionally and as soon as possible. I recommend them to all coworkers and friends!

Got pushed into getting nail powder instead of polish, and it was a mess. Not only did she apparently use the wrong top coat, so it took easily four times as long to dry, when I went somewhere else a few weeks later they couldnt get the stuff off! Was told they probably would have dremeled it, which would ruin my nails, and had to soak in acetone which also ruins my nails. Lose-lose.

Got a Mani/pedi by Andy today and it was marvelous! The massage was my favorite part 😁. My nails look great and the experience was very relaxing. Thanks Andy!

Zenails has always been the most professional and amazing salon I have ever been to in the Denver area. I have been going to see Dina and the rest of her staff since the salon practically opened! I have made appointments and been a walk-in and each time Dina and her receptionists work around my schedule and make sure that I am taken care of appropriately. While the prices may seem on the more expensive side for most people, I dont mind paying the extra pennies for cleanliness and genuine hospitality. Some places Ive been to never vacuum and I worry about getting a fungus or something equally as disgusting. Not with Zenails. Ive seen the way Dina and her staff clean their stations and they always use fresh utensils whenever giving me a pedicure or a manicure. The professionalism in the salon is astounding each time I go in because they never cut corners. I always get the service I ask for and am never unsatisfied with the manicures or pedicures. Ive been seeing Brandon, the only male technician in the salon, for a few years now and he always ensures that I have the most even and Instagram-worthy acrylics. He jokes around with me and I never feel uncomfortable. My needs are taken care of and he never scoffs when I ask him for something very specific with my acrylic nails or for something more over-the-top. The nail technicians and the receptionists are more than happy to help me find a color combination to match my pedicure - something I struggle with on my own. Attention to detail is extremely important at Zenails and Dina, the owner, works diligently to make sure the salon is as inviting and clean as possible. I suppose thats why the salon has earned so many awards from news channels (Like 9 News) for being outstanding and having such great customer reviews. Heres another happy customer!

Regular pedicure was $36, they charged me and extra $20 for shellac and then an extra $10 to remove dry skin on my big toe and called it a callaus.I wont be back.. just want everyone to know all the ridiculous up charges before considering this place!

I have used Zanails for several years now and always had a good service. I usually get Shellac manicure and only had one time in two years when it started peeling sooner than two weeks. The owner is always courteous and knows me by name. They do work quick, but I actually like being able to get in and out fast. If you are looking for an hour long manicure pedicure then its best to find a spa salon where that type of service is available for extra $. Overall I would recommend this place to others

Completely under-rated!! People are more likely to go online to give a bad review than to go online to give a good review, and that being said I LOVED THIS SALON!! Very friendly and helpful staff, fair prices, and beautifully decorated.

Got a manicure and pedicure. The treatments were great but little attention was given to shaping the nails. All my toe nails pointed to the right (longer on the left side) and I had to refile when I got back home. The finger nails were not the same length and were done pointy or extremely oval when I said square but round the edges. I only had my toe nails painted and when she offered clear polish for the fingernails I agreed. But then she totally forgot and buffed the nails instead. I should not have to repeat myself and the nails should be filed to give the appendix a nice finishing shape.

My nails were done beautiful. However I misplaced my credit card and went to grab one from my daughter that was shopping in Belmar.They treated me as if I was a theif and threatened to call the cops on me. I ended up leaving and called in with a card number and paid my bill. I will never go to this location again as I felt humiliated and harassed by the staff of this nail salon. Horrible customer service.

First of all I didnt even want acrylic nails. None of the ladys there listened to me about what I wanted. Second of all the lady who did my nails didnt even push my cuticles back so now I have acrylic stuck to my cuticles. One of nails got filed wrong and it looks weird. Then to top it all of she tried to make me get a pedicure. Never coming back here again.

I want to like this place because of location and they have CND products. However, they just dont do a good job. Day after pedicure which I paid extra $10 for callous removal, I had to do it myself. Nails were filed rough and uneven. And the technician was sick, coughing all over me. $108 for this? Never again. Ive tried 4x now.

The decor is beautiful, the place is clean and everyone is super nice.However, it was not worth a $70 pedicure. All of things that were done are typically done with $20-30 pedis at other locations. I was shocked to learn that callus removal was $10 when it is included in the price of pedis at every other place I have gone to. My feet still feel rough in certain areas, the polish choices were very limited and no nail art was included for the price.

Why can I not find a decent place in Lakewood?!Just wanted a simple pedi. This place is WAY overpriced and the time I just wanted to enjoy some me time but the guy did nothing but try and upsell the ENTIRE time, no kidding. And when I didnt oblige he became somewhat hostile, he literally did nothing but take off old polish, rub my foot with a stone thing for 5 seconds each (I actually counted) and the hastily rubbed my legs for another few seconds (while trying to upsell me the whole time, so not relaxing). Never anything else and was a nearly $40 dollar treatment. I wanted to tell someone, maybe a manager when finished because Ive never had such a horrible experience but they were all too busy playing card because they didnt have any other customers. Im shocked this place is still in business. They clearly do not care.

Dont be 2 minutes late or they shame you by pointing it out..The lady who works the front desk is rude and glares you down. The vibe is judgemental and stuck up. The gentleman who did my acrylic fill without notice forcefully removed 3 nails which I had to pay for :/ even though i didnt asked for it, The shaping and polish job is nice but he missed cleaning the under side of my pointer so its got a glop of acrylic stuck to it...All in all theres better places to go

Zenails was extremely rude & overpriced. They kept talking about my friends and me (saying rude things) because they assumed I could not understand them. They also charge way too much for the treatments they provide here & did not even provide us with the correct services that we had asked for. Bear Creek Nails did a much better job & they charge around $10 less than Zenails for the same services. The staff spoke in extremely condescending tones & constantly rolled their eyes. Therefore, I will not be coming back ever.

The nail shop is kept very clean and they are a full service nail salon. They will also be glad to help find the type of nail that works best for you.

I wasnt happy at all with the service here. I went at 12:30 on a Sunday and it was busy and the nail techs were confused at first thinking we wanted pedicures. I would say over all my manicure was fair at best. I received the lavender manicure, with a paraffin wax dip and lavender oil hand and arm massage. So let’s start off with the nail tech was very nice but she worked too fast and sloppy. She first made my pinky finger bleed and then when she dipped my hands in the wax she just poured wax in a plastic bag had me stick my hand in it and mushed it around?... Im pretty sure that is not how you do it... The arm and hand massage was aggressive up and down the arm pressure, not a massage in the least. Then while she was polishing my nails she worked sloppy and didnt cover the entire nail with polish and what she did cover was not enough coats. I will never go back here and honestly I have no clue how they have regulars
