I highly advise not to go to this nail establishment. I was traveling for work and went in this past Wednesday night for a pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure was fine but the lady who did my manicure used 5 coats of polish (including base and top). After the 4th coat, I told her I didn’t want anymore and she said she put a base and that the nails would look matte and that the polish would come off easily if I didn’t put a top coat. I was in a huge hurry but I let her convince me to add another coat.The next morning my nails looked brown (even though I had picked a purple color) and two days later you can see what they looked like in the pictures. I called today (Friday) and sent pics of my nails and the lady said no one there would have done that to my nails or used two different colors even though it’s obvious from the pictures that someone really messed up.They took no accountability nor honored any kind of credit or something to make it right. I paid $74 for the pedicure and gel manicure (including tip). The worst experience and customer service ever, not to mention completely awful work.

This is my favorite nail salon! I always leave happy and love my nails. And I get lots of compliments on how beautiful they look. I like to get the dip powder which lasts a long time and helps keep my nails healthy and grow longer.

I have moved to Lakewood recently, so I was looking for MY spa… looked online for reasonable prices and decent reviews online, and thought I might give it a shot with this salon!I called, scheduled and came…Faces are not friendly, in the “who s next” type of manner… ok no problem!I asked how much would be regular pedicure and shellac manicure… prices they told me was higher than on the website… again I said to myself they probably didn’t update the info online… the third thing I’ve noticed they didn’t even have the Menu of services on the wall, nor guided me to choose the colors to choose from!“Negotiations” settled; for hands $35 for shellac nails 💅🏼 and $25 for pedicure…I was pointed to sit at the chair, while the fill the tub…The water was BARELY WARM, closer to be unpleasantly lukewarm… for the pedicure, the cuticles was barely touched… what actually put me to the shock stopper that THEY DID NOT TOUCH MY FEET AT ALL! Like my money was not enough for regular pedicure! LolNo scrubbing or buffing my heals at all! No massage either! They messed up with the polish, and felt they were done ✅!moved me to the table to wait another 10 minutes for shellac!?I was shocked with the poor customer service, not only they barely spoke English, but they looked at you talking in between in their language and giggling, and when I asked manager to do look at the cuticles and paying more attention, she was like “ what do you mean better job, we can’t cut cuticles!” - is what she said….and she was very arrogant and unfriendly!Never will I ever comeback, and suggest people to trust the negative reviews, because they can get screwed like me!I am thinking if they expect people to throw hundreds of dollars on them, at least have diligence to do a decent, not even talking “quality” here ( even though we deserve a good quality service if we pay money), but at least include the basics that should be the part of the regular pedicure services!I do my nails regularly and my feet is taken care and not callus looking … I have never had a low quality service in 25 years living in Denver!what they did was just a pure ripoff, unprofessional and customer neglect!Asking $25 dollars for that! If they don’t have conscience I should have treat them the same and give them only $10 for their job!Disgraceful place!

If you want your nails to look like a five year old polished them, this is your place! My shellac nails were missing polish on the sides. They were painted over the cuticle on some nails. Those fell off. Did I mention that I had to remove polish after two days? They looked better with no polish than with.

Nail shape is uneven, gel is lumpy, my cuticle on my middle finger is bleeding, and the design is not great. The nail tech dropped the nail polish brush on the floor, put it back in the bottle, and kept painting my nails with it. There is a lot of lint and air bubbles in my polish. She did glitter on one nail then changed her mind, but didnt get all of it off. The techs do not wear gloves while doing manicures, only pedicures, and my techs polish and equipment at her station did not look clean. I gave her a 20% tip because she was very nice and I know times are hard, but I will not be going back.

Tea did an amazing job with my deluxe manicure pedicure! Everyone there is always so nice and professional! It doesnt matter who you get they always do a great job!

Love this place! They are great. Been coming for over a month every two weeks. They do all they can to make it enjoyable and multi task amazingly even when so busy.

First of all, I live far from here. I had a full set Gel/Shellac done. I had to come back because the polish faded out with in 3 days..When I returned I was not greeted nicely. The owner proceeded to charge me $10 to fix their lack of good products. Within 2 days its fading again!! I realized that the products they have are not true gel/shellac products but charge as if they were!! They used a regular clear polish top coat rather than the UV ray coat. They are cheap and liars in my book... I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I made an appointment for a pedicure before the funeral service for my husband. I arrived 5 minutes late, due to traffic and was told they couldn’t keep my appointment. What a huge disappointment. I explained that I was in my way to my husband’s funeral. They didn’t care. I’ll never do business with them again! What a horrible and uncaring racket they are. Karma my friend.And still no response from this totally unprofessional company. I guess the truth hurts!

I had the best pedicure/foot massage ever in a long time. We are here on business and all the techs were so friendly and very helpful in looking for a particular color. And very attentive to my daughter who is 5. This is the second time I’ve gone to them since here on business for the second time and both times have been friendly and fast service. If you are in the area please do yourself a favor and get a pedicure/foot massage in a great atmosphere. You will not regret it!! And price is so affordable. Me and my daughter both got pedicures that day and today I’m going back to get my fill in.

I was a walk-in and I was treated very nicely. Yvonne and Henry were gentle (I’m a wimp) and meticulous in their work. I got a deluxe pedi and mani with white gel tips and I’m very pleased with the result. The shop was immaculately clean, in fact, it was being cleaned almost continuously between customers. I’ll be back here.

I’m not usually a “Karen” - like ever. It I really hated my experience here. I got a full set done. Wanted to keep the acrylics I had already had, since they were fine and solid. They soaked them off, but whatever. Nail tech put a tip on CROOKED and when I said it was crooked, I was ignored. Then another nail tech got put with me and she ignored that, too. Both seemed rude. The acrylics she put on are uneven and the thumbs are shaped almost like fans when I wanted rounded square. The gel that was put on was hurried and looks unfinished at the ends. It was an orange, so another coat should have been added. Looks patchy. Then, an acrylic popped off not even a week after I had been in. I really really wished I didn’t waste my money here.

Horrible experience. Just don’t go. I really hate to complain but my nail polish was painted on and there were multiple air bubbles. I decided to say something and The tech told me that’s because of my toe nails. If that were even the case she did not do anything to even file down my toes or improve them? She did not clip my cuticles. What a waste of time and money.

Incredible work. As a guy who wears work boots all week long, they had their work cut out for them. Did a great job. Very relaxing.

They did a very bad job at leaving my daughter granddaughter and me sit there for over 45 minutes after getting pedicures and didnt even tell us wait here for a few minutes to get your nails done and then completely went on to other people who were waiting!! We clearly wrote and spoke about getting our feet and nails done as well as wax job and they ignored us and even got upset with us!! This experience here was so upsetting and horrible and expensive for the bad job done!! We will never recommend or come here again!!

I stumbled upon OPL nails in Lakewood on simms blvd. not only is everything is sanitized, pristine, clean and emaculate: the feng shui is on point. Kathy and Kelly were absolute goddesses. We got the luxury package and they didn’t rush at all (even though we came near close). the lovely ladies paid attention to every detail and went above and beyond. the foot massage was TO DIE FOR . greatly surpassed all expectations. i found my favorite new spot!

I am not one to write reviews but I felt VERY ALIENATED. I had made an appointment for a mani pedi and when i got there I felt rushed to pick a color just to sit and wait for almost 30 mins to be attended. To top everything off when I had sat down for my pedicure the water was hot and I told them but I was ignored and the lady who was supposed to do my pedicure got up and had offered everyone water but me and Im not sure if it was a coincidence but I was the only minority there.

We always receive great service and a friendly welcome. Christine carefully and neatly trims, moisturizes, and polishes our fingers and toenails, giving us a clean, professional look.

I had a bad experience here. My nails were done really thick and I wanted them thinned out. I paid 50.dollars that day. I calld and told them I did not like them. They looked like a piece of gum was pushed down on them. When I went back 2days later because they wouldnt take me till then. A different woman did them and they were better. But I was charged another t0 dollars. Just know if they dont do a good job, they wont fix anything without charging. BAD BAD BUSSINESS.

If you want to be ignored for 40 minutes when you have an appointment then this is the place to go. Awful customer service. I even asked the gentleman at the register for help and he walked away from me and sat someone else down for a service, someone who arrived well after I did. AVOID THIS PLACE!

My pedicure was almost finished and they started on my manicure and stopped. Employees walked past me and did not acknowledge me. They waited on other people and none came near me until I got up to leave.

I’ve been going here on and off for almost 10 years and even when I take months away, they always remember me by name and welcome me back, and talk to me about things I’ve told them years prior. Very good customer service and I’ve never had a manicure or pedicure I was unhappy with. Highly recommend.

I went before they had new management and I liked it way better. First of I went last week to get a manicure and pedi I waited a whole hour I didn’t have an appointment but another family member went two days later and she had an appointment and they made her wait an hour as well, I got shellac and not even a week later the paint started chipping and lifting off my nail and I always get shellac and this has never happened. Their polish was either old or she didn’t apply it right. I will not return here and will tell my family to not return as well. I am very disappointed with the service and the product I got 👎🏽

The gentleman that did my delux mani/pedi did a great job with the massages and had a keen eye for detail on the cuticles and polish. He made sure to do a color spot test to make sure I liked how it looked before committing to a shade. I love this place, I have been going for years. Henry is amazing at full sets. I ussaly get him, the nails last for a while. I can go couple months without going. They are very nice and kind. I went in today for a deluxe pedicure and woman who did my pedicure cut my foot. When she asked what happened I told her you cut my foot and she said “no it’s just a small scratch” I left it alone because it wasn’t really hurting. When she stopped she put what I think was nail glue in the area of the cut and never asked if I was okay and I couldn’t see the bottom of my foot until I got in my car and there was a pretty big and deep cut. I immediately went home to sanitize and tried to peel the glue off. I will never come to this place again.

I visited this shop for the first time yesterday! The shop is very clean and I was impressed by all of the precautions being taken due to COVID-19. Ivy did a fantastic job with my fill, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. I appreciated her timeliness and genuine concern regarding my satisfaction of the experience. I would highly recommend you check out OPI on Union Blvd. in Lakewood and ask for Ivy. This was one of the best experiences I have had in a salon!

I love the dipping powder process. It makes my nails so strong and healthy. I’ve never in my life have had such beautiful nails. Mine were always chipped, had ridges, and were split. Not any more! A shout out to my manicurist MiMi. She does an amazing job, helps me choose just the right color. Very sweet and doesn’t chatter on. I appreciate her personality. The dipping powder is a bit more expensive but totally worth it. Very satisfied!

I absolutely LOVE OPL nails. I have never received bad service, and the nails always look so perfect. They stay one very well, the shellac color has never peeled for me, and they’re very efficient.My favorite guy is Danny! He’s so funny and makes me feel at home when I’m there. I got a pink and white acrylic set, and today went in for a fill. My nails look ok, but I think other places do a nicer job. Some of the nail edges are uneven and the guy doing my nails covered spots that should have been cleaned or smoothed first. Overall is a fine place.

I have been consistently pleased with the service Tiffany has provided to me at her nail salon for over 10 years during which she has monthly done my gel nails, pedicures and face waxing. She puts in that extra effort that makes the experience and the outcomes special. Ever since Tiffany began to do my gel nails I have regularly received compliments about them from friends as well as strangers. Over the years, going to this salon has become a regular and happy part of my life.

I went here yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. After reading the negative reviews, I was a little nervous but they were awesome. The greeted me the moment I came in the door. They were a little busy but were able to start working with me immediately. Its also the only salon Ive been to that didnt feel like a doctors office. Prices are the same as everywhere else in Denver/Lakewood.

Just got back from my experience here. Ran in on my lunch break for a quick manicure, and the place was buzzing with quite a few others who had the same thought. Despite the rush, the staff was very friendly, speedy, and did a great job at a great price. Special shout-out to Don, who did my nails - hes a very nice guy and did a good job. I will be back.

Worst manicure Ive ever had. I showed her a picture of what I wanted at the counter, she told me it was no problem and the price. She then showed me the colors of acrylic available and I picked a different idea because they did not have the colors I wanted. She seated me 3 feet from the only other customer there and proceeded to tell me she couldnt do what I wanted and it was going to cost more than she said before. The actual manicure took a very long time, and none of her tools seemed sanitary. She was very aggressive and ground my cuticles so many times. When I thought it was finally over, she doused my bleeding nail beds in alcohol and used her nails (which havent been cut in months) to push back my cuticles. So now the acrylic doesnt go back to the cuticle. She was also very snotty that I had black powder already and wanted another black manicure. End result was very disappointing, I have a total 7/10 fingers with scabs on the cuticles now. I will never come here again. By the end I was ready to pull away and cry, it hurt so bad. And really over priced for the student-level service and lack of options available.

I stopped there for manicure and pedicure with Henry. The manicure was fine, but unlucky I got super express pedicure which took from about twelve minutes...done. Boom boom. That was not careful at all.Guy please pay more attention on what you are doing there, hope manager control this better.Thanks

Edit Update: My deepest apologies, this review is meant for the location at 650 S Wadsworth BLVD. Lakewood, CO 80226. (I have posted to their site, and changed this locations status from 1 to 5 start) Reviewing waxing: my daughter whom gets her brows waxed every 3-5 months for the last two years. We normally go to a different place but recently moved and figured we would give this place a shot....bad mistake, the technician ripped of several layers of skin from my daughters brown line both top and bottom being the worst of the injury. DO NOT GET WAXING DONE HERE! I have to keep a close watch on the injury to make sure it doesnt get infected worse of all the technician made her pay gave her a 2$ discount for the inconvenience!! Never have I experienced such a horrible injury of eyebrow waxing before or customer service. after 4 hours of icing and triple antibiotic cream (advice given by her doctors nurse) still very inflamed and bruised. She has cried several times and didn’t wash her face because of the pain this evening.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE.This was my regular place to get my nails done until today. I got my nails done on Monday and I was already upset because he wouldnt fix the nails that were crooked and then on top of that they werent the same length, plus he didnt do the color I showed him in the picture. I went back on Wednesday because my nails were already falling off and he just yelled at me because it was my fault and my fingers are just crooked.

Do not go here! This place is the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. A toddler can paint nails with better quality and precision.

Do not ask for any nail art. It did not look like the picture and they didnt understand that I wanted it like the picture. It seriously looked like my 11 year old painted my nails. The polish didnt even go to the end of my nail, very thin coat. And the polish is all over my skin. So bad that i had to redo my nails when i got home. She added wax to the pedicure and didnt even ask if i wanted it, which was $10 more. Didnt remove calluses effectively. They tried an electric remover that is hot and didnt work. Not to mention, their polish choices are really slim. Other salons have at least twice as many options. Will not return. No wonder they didnt have any other customers.
