Oh my gosh!!First time visitor and pleased beyond measure!Lilly greeted me while I was checking in - I was a walk in. She also did my nails. I got tips and a natural shade of dip powder plus my cuticles trimmed. See attached photo.THEN… I got a Mini facial! Absolutely wonderful. Ann was phenomenal. You got to Get one next time you go. She gently scrub, rubbed and massaged my face. My skin was glowing and well moisturize when I left. (I have normal to dry skin. I’d Ask questions if you have oily skin.)

Ive been a customer for over 4 yrs. They where so kind and accommodating with my beloved mother. Alzheimers for 9 yrs. Covid stopped mom from coming. She passed recently. The first thing they asked was where and how was mom. I never took her anywhere else. This place is great! We were in the city for the weekend and I had broken my nail so I stopped in for a full set. I wasnt sure if they could take me since it was Sunday late in the afternoon. But when i walked in I was warmly greeted and they genuinely were happy to help. I picked my color and waited for a few minutes (they were super busy) surprisingly they got me in rather quickly. Lily did my nails and not only did she do an amazing job she was also very friendly and a joy to talk with. This will be my new go-to nail salon anytime I can visit the city. Fantastic service by Lilly! Easy check in process that eliminates waiting and occasional language barriers. Very clean elegant atmosphere. Better than average pedicure with exceptional attention to detail with cleaning and gel paint finish. Reasonably priced. This was my first visit there from a friends referral and they have definitely earned my future business!

My usual salon significantly increased their prices and quality has gone down, forcing me to go on the hunt again. A neighbor recommended Knock Knock and I’m thrilled she did. I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in and was getting my nails done (by Annie) within 5 minutes of being there. I also decided to have have my brows waxed and was in and out of the salon in just under 1 hour. ** I’m writing this review 5 days after and my nails still look amazing. Everyone is so kind and wonderful there so if you’re looking for a great place this is it!!

This place is very conscious of the cleanliness needed for such personal attention. The technicians are professional and friendly. They are mostly on schedule. We have gone back here several times now. I think this is our new permanent nail location

I went in to get a full set before my trip to Florida and I was very impressed. Im usually very picky but Ivy who did my nails and Amy who did my daughters nails did an amazing job. I even went back and seen Kim for my toes. I would definitely recommend!!

We had appointments set and got here just a few minutes before. We checked in and not long after we were seated and letting out feet soak for pedicures(which was nice since sometimes my feet are barely in the water before some start working on them and it is a little uncomfortable).The ladies gave us some pretty good foot/leg massages that we both started feeling relaxed and ready to nap! She shaped my finger nails and trimmed my cuticles very well. She was able to even them out(a little rough look due to acrylics having been applied previously by a different place). I was a walkin, you check in with your phone number, you can select who you want, I waited about 4 minutes, they were prepping my chair. Seats recline and massage. The service was good and well worth the price.Not sure if a new owner but the place was remodeled and looked very inviting. I recommend this place, great service at a fair price. I wanted to love this place!! It’s so beautiful inside and everyone is very kind but my shellac manicure just didn’t cut it. The first time I went there the technician only put one coat of color my nails. I didn’t ask for two because I didn’t want to be high maintenance because each nail was a different color for Easter. It’s didn’t last and began to chip off after a week.I returned to give them another chance and while I got two coats of color this time, after three days one nail was already chipped. THREE DAYS!! By day five, three nails were chipped. And by day 10, at least six nails were chipped. It’s so annoying because I’ve had shellac manicures last a month!I will admit the spa pedicure was amazing! The products smelled so nice and the massage very relaxing.I’d go there again, but only for a pedicure. I’m still on a quest to find a salon here whose gel manicure will actually last. :(

After 2 panic/anxiety attacks at work a spa day is just what I needed. I was able to fully relax on the message chairs, got my toes and nails done, and had lovely service from my nail tech. Will be coming back for other services and when I need touch ups for my toes and nails! Five star rating

I have been going here since 2017. I have never had a disappointing experience. Every nail tech Ive had is very professional, kind and thoughtful. My nails and toes are always done perfectly. I just started using the new appointment system and it really helps with cutting wait time.My favorite techs are Lynn, Nia and Holly but like I said they are all great. They really strive for cleanliness and safety. I would recommend making appointments on the weekend because every tech is BUSY the entire day so save yourself frustration by making an appointment. During the week though walk ins are almost always available or have a short wait.

This was my first time trying KK Nails, and Im so happy with my manicure. Annie did a great job! Ill definitely be returning.

Came in to fix a broken nail “tip broke off” Lee “if that’s even her name” filed the color off and put new tip on top of the acrylic that was already there, I asked if she wasn’t going to take acrylic off she said no she put more acrylic on top nail looked really thick, put it under the LED light to dry, after I noticed there was a gap between my nail and the acrylic nail I asked if she could take it off and file it down, she yelled in my face to have somebody else do it then. I asked another lady there to fix it she just filed my nail down and some of the acrylic that was placed on top and this is what it ended up like. I usually have a great experience here and love my nails but this lady was just lazy and horrible. Keep in mind my other nails were also done here a day prior and look great.

I love Knock Knock nails and Kimberly. Clean, bright salon with TONS of new nail polishes for color choices. Kimberly is amazing and always makes my hands and feet gorgeous.

First visit since theyve changed ownership. Salon looked great & atmosphere was very pleasant & professional. Kim did my pedi & waxing. She was very personable & friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Kim did a great job and will definitely be returning in the future!!

I wanted to do something special for my 3 year old before baby brother arrives. We found knock knock nails and could not have been more happy with the experience. She got her own little pedi chair and I sat just in front of her. That staff was so kind and worked so well with her! We will definitely be back for another mommy daughter date !

I got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure today, my boyfriend did a mani pedi as well. Great experience! My nail tech did exactly what I wanted and made sure she wasn’t being too rough. She took her time and was a perfectionist which I love! My boyfriends nails look great as well and the massage chairs are heaven! I don’t know the name of our two techs, but they were lovely! Will definitely be back soon!

I dont get my nails done very often, but had heard about silk wraps. I thought this is what I wanted. They explained what a silk wrap was and then talked about different options that would be better for what I was looking for. Very informative and very helpful information to help me choose what was right for me. I absolutely love how my nails turned out and will be returning.

I love this place! It has been remodeled within the past year, the inside is modern, clean and beautiful. Annie does a fabulous job on my nails! Whether you are getting a simple mani/pedi or more intricate nail art, I would recommend this place!

Been coming here 10 years. You cant put up a fancy chandelier and raise your prices $10 a manicure! I used to bring my 2 daughters, get 3 shellac manis w/tip for under $100. I can no longer afford and will not return.

I did not have a good experience and I will never be returning and will never recommend to another person. I got my nails done on Thursday evening, the nail tech was on a hands free call the ENTIRE TIME. Saturday morning one of the acrylics just broke off, I went back to get it fixed and it was done by a completely different person. The fixed nail was not the same length or shape and was fat and bulky, I had to switch colors because they were unable to find the first color I had chosen. I was annoyed but whatever. Then Sunday morning comes around and another nail on my other hand comes off. I have NEVER experienced not just one but two FULL acrylics just falling off out of nowhere after 3 DAYS. I go back in and was told that it was my fault and I was unable to get a refund, so again they fixed the other nail and again I had to switch colors because they then couldn’t find the second color I’d chosen. This was the most awful nail service I’ve EVER received and I hope no one goes here.

I’ve been seeing Ann for my nails for years and she is THE BEST. She listens to what I want and never disappoints. The whole Knock knock staff is amazing. The place is very clean and the very one is friendly. Highly recommend♥️

The man at the front ( I think the owner) is very kind. My nails tech was very unprofessional. I told her I wanted a regular set of acrylic and she pressed me through the whole experience to get shillac. After About the 10th Time I told her no I asked for rinestones and the letter J ( my husbands name) on my ring finger. To witch my nail tech literally said no???? Also they up charge you 5$ for the shape of the nails you get? The facility itself is nice very beautiful. But there is no customer service what’s so ever.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon. The prices were fair, and it seemed clean. The lady that worked on my nails was a very peaceful soul and I felt respected and heard, an experience that I can say I have not gotten at every nail salon. The gel polish has lasted and looks great. I will be back

GO TO RHIS NAIL SHOP! YOU WILL BE HAPPY YOU DID!!Went in 30 mins before they closed and the manager (very friendly) immediately got me into a chair and had a nail tech come help me. 2 more people came in after me and he made sure both of them were taken care of( one lady came in 5 mins before close and he didnt turn her away) I get the feeling that him and his employees are very dedicated to their clientele.Moving on to my nailtec. Her name was Amy. Super nice, very professional. She engaged in conversation with me the whole time(not once did I feel like I was being talked about ... how u sometimes do in the nail shop lmao), helped me find the colors and did a excellent quality job. Even tho she was clearly working well last her time to go home not once did I feel rushed or did I feel like she was annoyed or anything like that. she was very meticulous and even spent extra time helping fix and reshape some a couple of very bad nails done by the last shop I went to.Overall I am extremely happy with my visit and that salon. for those of you worried about CO-VID- this place is on top of all the safety procedures your heart desires. VERY PROFESSIONAL. VERY SAFE. VERY FRIENDLY. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.Also in case anyone was wondering about pricing my rebase was 35$ and I believe she said if I would have had her remove them and then do a new full set it would have been 50$

Lynn’s work is perfect and I’ve relied on her for years. But the shop needs some serious cleaning and I will not return because of this. Every single surface and windows too are thick with grime while employees sit around using their phones. Why couldn’t they when not busy be contributing to the cleaning of this place. Or hire some professional janitors. Business used to be brisk and now who wants to come to such a dirty, unkept place.

This was my first time here and was a walk in customer.I had a rebase done . I was taken care of right away. My nails not only came out beautifully it was cheaper than my place in Thornton.Good work, I highly recommend stopping by.

Terrible experience.Brought my girlfriend here to get her nails done and they were completely terrible.They weren’t the same length, they were crooked, and they looked bulgy/fat.After speaking with the owner, she proceeded to say that they looked okay, and that they weren’t gonna be able to fix the issue.After my girlfriend had asked to get them removed, the owner said that she (my girlfriend) go around the shop, and ask everyone if they were ugly. If so, we would get our money back.We chuckled in disgust, and the owner spoke in a different language raising her voice, and bringing attention to not only us, but the young lady who did the nails, too.Ridiculous, unprofessional, and shameful.Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

The lady working on me rushed through my nails, when she was working on me she was too busy looko g around the salon to notice she was using the dremel on my cuticles. I got my nails dipped and she somehow managed to make them uneven and very bumpy and get that one my cuticles too. I paid 95 for a pedicure and dipped nails, I wont be back.

Good customer service but my nails broke off the day after I got them done so did my diamonds please do not do coffin nails good and my toes chipped two days after I got them done

I went in recently, and I want to say that the service was beyond horrible. The people werent welcoming, and my gel polish came off by the next day. When I went back in to see if they could fix it, they only gave me two choices of color to choose from ( they wouldnt even let me pick my own color ). They did such a horrible job the second time around, that even one of my nails werent painted completely. I just ended leaving without saying anything, because I know that I will never go back again.

My fiance came here to get a gel manicure and it was an absolutely horrible experience with terrible customer service. When she first sat down and asked the person how was her day she replied stop talking!. That is so awful I actually find it slightly amusing but are you kidding me? After she left she noticed how bad of a job they did on her nails (bubbles) and after 2 days her nails were already peeling off. So she went back and asked for them to be re-done with my encouragement (for $30 the quality was wroth about $5). The manager was just as rude as the employee and then told her to come back the next day. She did and was treated with the upmost disrespect, I didnt think it was possible but the quality was even worse than the first time and they told her she could only pick from THREE COLORS...she ended up with Pepto Bismol pink! Which are already peeling again, so we have to go to another salon and pay again but at least it will be from a professional establishment.In summary, this place is very poor quality with a very unprofessional approach. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!P.S. - To Management, Nail Salons are a dime a dozen - you might want to re-think your mission statement before you start seeing your competitor stores filled with people and yours empty.

Called at 3:30 in the afternoon hoping I could get squeezed in for a nail appointment that same day though they closed at 7. No problem! They could see me at 5! Got there, very nice ambiance. I got a brand new set of acrylic nails with gel and rhinestones and my total was $60!!! I was shocked, what an absolutely amazing price. Where I have been in the past, an acrylic nail refill was $60.!
