Excellent service! In/out fast!!!! Their pick ups are much earlier than the other UPS Stores.

Sort of a buyer beware situation. They cancelled my box on me after 13 years because i was 1 month late paying my yearly subscription. They told me they could auto forward my mail, they never actually did it even though i set it up multiple times. They said they could email me if i got a package, that never worked either. They called me in Jan 2021 to tell me that my box was due in July 2020(that is not a typo), except no one called me in July 2020 and since auto forwarding of mail didnt work i never got a bill, even though they have my current home address on file. Technically its my fault for not marking my calendar that it would be coming due. But thats pretty poor customer service after 13 years.

Customer service is horrible. Beware!

Went in to return an AT&T wireless router. Staff gave me no trouble and I was in and out in a jiffy. Store looks well stocked for shipping needs and was clean. I have no idea the cost to ship because it was covered by AT&T. Looks like a place I could return to if I needed to ship via UPS.

The lady on the phone was nice but Target forgot to put the apt# on my package and instead of the delivery person dropping it off at the apartment management office they dropped it off at a random apartment. So now I get to stock my neighbor and hope they call the management office back. If there wasnt a number dont just guess.

I come here on a weekly basis and have never had a bad experience. I drop off up to 10-15 boxes already labelled and always get asked if I would like a receipt. Yes, the older Asian lady is not as friendly as the other employees but thats more of a cultural thing. I can see if you dont see a smile from her, someone may be predisposition to think she is rude. I have never seen her smile and I dont take it personally. Shes just about business thats all. Every other employee has been very courteous and helpful. I even came a few minutes one time before closing and they were still super nice.

Over the period of about 1 1/2 years they’ve lost two of my packages. First one was a cheap $5.00 item. I didn’t make a stink about it. Things get lost so ok. Last week (on 2/19) they lost a $130.00 item (tool). The tracking number says that it was delivered to that address on Hardwick street but they do not have it. Ok, they tell me to call UPS and they tell me that it was delivered to a similar address in Lakewood. When I look up that address on google maps I find out that it doesn’t exist. Am filing a police report today 2/12/19. Yes, they are slow there and they get busy and they are nice enough but am not going to be out of $130.00.All I wanted to hear was ‘we will look into it’ for you but no luck. I am not in a position to verify who said what. My shipper said item was shipped to Hardwick St.UPS at Hardwick St. says package was delivered to a different address, an address I know nothing about and do not recognize.Other than that, they have always been very nice. I will be happy to amend this feedback if they can show me how the wrong address got into the system.Btw, a Google map search shows no such address yet you insist it was delivered but won’t even look up that address...and who was the delivery person?

Bad customer service, there is an older Asian woman, not sure if shes the owner, but she welcomed us with the worst face and seemed put out about taking my packages. I wish the young girl had helped us instead. I will take my business to another UPS, near Vons on Atlantic instead, Ive never had a bad experience there, they are all very helpful.

Was cool at first going to mail off things but as time goes on the customer service got horrible. Most of the employees only acknowledge selective customers and act very slow.. 👎👎

Unfortunately, this facility has poor customer service when it comes to the owners; especially the female owner. It is very difficult to understand her strong accent so when asked her to repeat herself, she became very defensive and rude.The employees are very friendly however they are not very knowledgeable when it comes to shipping services.Notary is not available during the entire hours of business operation.When dropping off prepaid packages, dont expect to obtain a receipt, they claimed their store doesnt provide one and if you insist in obtaining one; they will direct you to another UPS store.The prices on the mailboxes rentals keep increasing along with when sorting mail, rest assure, you will receive others customers mail which this only leds me to believe my mail is also being sorted out to another mailbox that is not mine.Although the facility always appears to be clean, the service is very slow.The owners really need to be more aware of what the consumers needs are in the community to be able to meet the communitys needs and expectations.

I called to make sure that this store closed at 3pm and talked to an employee but when I arrived at 2:55pm the gates were all locked up. Worst service! Another reason to hate Ups and their subcontractors, shouldnt when with the post office

It’s a small store and if you are not paying attention you can’t miss it.
