Had a shipment from Canada a ping pong table. Estys freight destroyedthe first one. Second one came today when driver Pete said he would show up. He was right on time and very helpful. Thanks I cant wait to put it together!

Horrible service. I dont know how this company stays in business. I had a shipment that should have been picked up on Nov 21. It is now Nov 28. This shipment has not been picked up. I am now taking the 310 pound shipment to the YRC terminal myself before I lose my job over this. Each day I call and they tell me its on the schedule. I call all day long to make sure its on the schedule. Inevitably every day they just cant understand why the driver didnt get out there today. No apologies, no nothing. Dont use this company.

If I could give this a minus 10 I would !! The service is GARBAGE ALONG WITH THEIR EXCUSES ... Also be ready to be hold for at minimum 20 mins !! I have spent 4hrs on the phone mainly on HOLD for these very polite folks to tell me I AM SO SORRY! 1ST mY FIRST MISTAKE WAS ENTRUSTING MY SHIPMENT TO YRC, Second - they missed my p/u and bumped it to the next day without notice to either my customer who had staff waiting for the driver to show up for an HOUR o/t. Second, I follow up to make sure my shipment gets delivered on the same day as orignally stated as per my online quote.. I received the WRONG information from not one but 3 separate CSR !! For a shipment that was picked up on Wednesday that should have been a 3 day service has not taken 8 days ! MY SUGGESTIONS IF YOU HAVE TO USE THEM BOOK TIME CRITICAL - Otherwise they are not beholden to delivery in a timely manner ! Thanks for losing me a new account !!!

Horrible service, no updates, not even close to on time or time promised. Would give a minus 10 also if I could!
