It is a dishonest rental place they write one price on the contract then charge your credit card more, 2 weeks later. Their customer service is terrible. They don’t answer the phone. They transfer you around. Some of their vehicles have real problems!!

Worst car rental ever cars dont work oldest cars in teh market they would not tell you before they charge, no support no honesty simply disgraceful.

Bad place to rent cars and van.. They automatically charge your credit few weeks later with another or a different a amount other than what the contract says... Bad experience...

Very bad costumer service

EZ car rental has brand new late model cars at really good prices. They are very friendly and accommodating. There are special rates for Shidduch dating and if you date with them you get a free luxury car for free. And if you rent six times you get a free day. Overall I had a really nice experience with them and highly recommend them to others.

I have used this company and it was a nightmare dealing with after I returned the car. The company made me pay $1200 dollars for random parts that was conspiracy broken or needs to be replaced. I am warning you to just pay a little and go rent a car some where else!

If I could a zero I would. The customer service is horrible. They rent all vehicles with damage and Josef is very unprofessional. He is always under the influence of marijuana and pills. I do not recommend doing business with them at all.
