Good haircuts but lately not able to schedule any appointments. Dont know if still open or closed. When you call to schedule appointment nobody answers.

The only barber Ive got to since moving here. She knows how to cut all types of hair, clean and very friendly. Good barber if you are new to the area or military.

Ms Bell is an excellent barber! She is also very quick and will cut your hair exactly how you want it. She doesnt assume because you are in the military that you want a high and tight. She cuts my taper fade to perfection every two weeks. Best barbershop outside the Madigan Gate!

Bell is the best! Ive been going to her since I was 20 years old! Im almost 38! She is the most sweet person you could ever come across in life. Her fades a the best! I drive from Seattle all the way to Tacoma just to get a haircut thats how Good she is! She is also fast at cutting your hair! 20 minutes tops! Amazing hair cuts for the brothers

This is a great place to get your hair cut in a timely manner. I left my last barber because I was tired of waiting for several hours to get my hair cut. Bell is the owner of this shop. It is her and another barber. They can cut any hairstyle. The customers have diverse backgrounds. My fade is on point everytime I go there. Bell accepts appointments. She is very efficient. I am in and out of her seat within 20 to 30 minutes.

Ill never get my haircut anywhere else. Red has been cutting my hair for 6 years now. I now live over an hour away and still come have Red cut my hair. Every time I move somewhere new I give a couple shops the chance to prove themsleves but after getting a cut by Red Ill never find a barber so good. His prices are beyond fair for the quality of work.Red has more to offer then just a haircut. Yeah its cheap so you better tip good. But you cant put a price on confidence, and every time I leave here I feel like the hottest white boy in Tillicum. Confidence is priceless

If youre not trying to venture too far into Tacoma or elsewhere from the base, and youre looking for a decent ethnic cut then give them a try. But if distance and time isnt a concern then there are other options you may want to consider. None of them being in Tillicum either.

If you need a good fade or quick lineup this is the spot been coming here since I came back from Arizona shes the best!!!!

YOU CANNOT SHAVE OFF SOMEONES WIDOWS PEAK WITHOUT ASKING! Its my fault. Bells very clearly caters to mostly African American clientele, and they dont know how to cater to someone with a widows peak, nor did they stop to consider the problem. They gave me the same haircut they give every other guy who comes in there. Suggests a certain lack of training though doesnt it.

I am sure they give a good haircut, but the first time I walked in, there was nobody else in the waiting area. I figured great, Ill get my hair cut, and be on my way the gentlemen that was in the shop sat in the back room, only giving me a blank look as I walk in, then proceeds to continue scrolling trough his phone. I sat in a chair thinking he would take care of what he needed then set me up with a good haircut. Boy was I wrong. I sat in the chair waiting for about 9 mins before figuring that he was not going to get up as he begins eating, would have not been a problem if he had the common courtesy to atleast say, you mind if I finish my meal? Overall, first impressions are a big thing, and and Bells Barber shop does not have the right costumer service.

Rude and nonchalant... Bell, why the hell do you schedule appointments and you dont even follow them!!! So I scheduled an appointment today at 0804 for 1130.. came in at 1129, and she calls some random ass dude to the chair! Ill take my 20 elsewere.. btw... 7 sisters doesnt cut as well as Bell but they are pretty damn good and arent rude..

I used to go to ms bell when I was stationed at lewis. shes the best barber that has ever cut my hair. and the only woman I will let cut my hair lol. if Im ever back in Tacoma again, she will be my #1 choice. I still have her number on speed dial for them emergency haircuts lol
