I went there on a Wednesday morning, I did not need to wait for service. The place is clean and staff is friendly. Overall very pleased!

The place itself was clean and looked nice, but the guy doing my nails was incredibly rude. He kept cutting me, and when I told him he would just tell me Your okay and would continue. He overfiled them and my nails were uneven. They also charge for a shape, which I found strange. Their prices on SNS are definitely overpriced. I will not be coming again.

Very clean nail salon. The staff was pleasant. I was happy with the mani pedi and pleased with my nails. I will be returning.

Kim and Tiffany always take care of me. I used to go to Kim at a different nail place but when I moved to lakeway I couldn’t drive all the way to her anymore. Now that she is at Lashes and Nails spa I am so thrilled i get to go to her again. She knows exactly how I like my mani and pedi and she is like an old friend. Tiffany also does beautiful work and is super sweet. They did the right thing bringing both of these talented ladies to their team!

I usually have great service here but today I went in for a mani/pedi and left feeling very disappointed. The pedicure was great! But the manicure turned out terribly. The technician cut skin off above my pinky fingernail and was not able to stop it from bleeding. She finished the manicure looking like this...see picture below...I couldn’t believe it! It looks horrible! And I was charged full price!!!! My finger is still bleeding. SO disappointed!!!

The salon is clean and nice with lots of space. They asked us to wash our hands right away as we came in and they had people spaced 6 feet apart. I appreciate these extra steps that keep people safe from Covid. I got the supreme pedicure and it was one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. It included a scrub and hot towel wrap. The reason it was one of the best pedicures is because the manicurist (Sunny) went above and beyond to help elevate a painful area of my toe nail. A small issue that most manicurist ignore or maybe don’t notice. He was also very timely. Great treatment and value with a timely results!

Went in a few days ago with a picture of what i wanted. Was told they could do it, so i made an appointment. Day comes and they were unable to do so. That’s not what makes the experience. I was there for 2 hours and left wirh poor quality nails. I wanted marble and after multiple tries there was no success. Finally i settled with chrome. You can see the white come through, chrome is peeling and it hasn’t even been 2 hours since i left. There are so many layers of paint my nails are not bulky.Don’t say you can do something when you can.

My sister and I absolutely loved this place! They did a great job on our gel and acrylic manicures!

Very sloppy job. Technician barely touched my cuticles and cut my nails crooked and much shorter than I asked for. Got a gel manicure and she put two thick layers of polish on, which dried clumpy and uneven at the top of the nail. Would not recommend this place at all and will not be going back. Can’t even look at my nails right now without being annoyed!

DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE! My daughter got a lash perm and aside from both eyes turning out differently, now all of her lashes are falling out on the top and bottom on both eyes! After the perm, one eye looked completely different from the other eye so she returned the next day to get it fixed only to be told to come back another day when the lash tech was working; when she went in on that day, the lash tech told her there was nothing she could do to fix it. The tech is obviously not qualified to be doing this kind of work. They deserve 0 stars for lash work!

I called in as soon as they opened and made an appointment for 10:30. When I got there it took a while to be helped and I didn’t actually have someone start my nails until after 45 minutes of waiting. When she finally started someone showed up to get their brows done and she stopped in the middle of doing my nails to go do someone’s brows. She seemed as if she’s never done acrylic nails before and was extremely rough. I had heard so many goodthings about the salon and was sad to have a first time costumer horror story

What!?!? The sanitation blue pill that they drop in the water while your feet are in it for a pedicure is a chemical meant to cleans the tub!I recognized it from the service industry...When I asked to see the packaging container for the pill she would not show me and said We use anymore... This would be like bathing your feet in mild toilet cleaner! Serious chemical with a mold smell used in restaurant/hotels.....

My friends and I came here for my birthday party and had a great time. We were a party of 5 and taken in right away. Lisa did my toes and paid extra close attention to detail, was very friendly, and spoke very good English. All of the materials they used were sterilized and everything looked very neat and clean. The color selection is amazing! They had hundreds to pick from and the complimentary snacks were the icing on top. Overall, a great experience and Ill definitely be back.

My mom has tried several nail places and told me recently she has finally found THE place! Im pretty sure she sees a man named Steven, and says he does a great job. She has very painful arthritis in her hands, and hes gentle with her and her nails always look great!

I was disappointed with my manicure because it felt rushed due to the Salon being busy. The outcome was not very good. The staff was super friendly and nice though.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst nail salon I have ever been to. I had asked for a full set. They said, “no your nails are long enough” and did not put a full set on. However, they refused to not charge me for a full set and on top of it the lady filed my nail so short I was bleeding. Needless to say my nails look horrible too.And now the owner is saying to give us a call next time. But I talked to the technicians there and they basically said, too bad. Then I called trying to talk to the owner, but the owner was not there. So I tried to explain it to the manager over the phone and she argued saying they should have done a full set, but it was too late now. Trust me, I will not be coming back my nails look horrible on top of everything.

My sister and I got pedicures today and both of our feet are just as rough. My feet dont feel or look like they were ever touched. Save your money and go somewhere else. You can probably do a better job at home. I went to the one in Cedar Park in Costco shopping center.

HIghly recommended; On Sunday, Linda filled my pink and whites meticulously, I was extremely pleased. It was unexpectedly busy but I was quickly attended to - Worth every bit of what I paid and then some!

I love this salon!!! Great place to relax and enjoy the different services you may want!! Many colors to choose from and even enjoy a glass of wine. Everyone is so friendly!! I will be returning from Round Rock!

I moved to West Austin and I was looking for a nice nail salon spa and I was so glad to find it! My first few services were great, the manager was checking on the service, offered water and wine, technicians were plesent. However, my recent two services were terrible! It felt that they hated me as a customer. I did pedicure today and it was not a quality job.I redid it at home and the guy was hatefully ruff all the way through the service. I will never go back to the place that I am not appreciated and hated. I left &5 tip not sure for what.... I just didn’t feel confronting the issue on my day off. I’m sorry I came over to get a service.....Good by and good luck. Unfortunately, even though it has great atmosphere, I will not recommend this place due to a bad staff service.Best,Ingrid

This used to be my favorite place to get my nails done. The last 2 visits the same woman butchered my hands. First SNS manicure was done poorly and the nails started lifting from the bottom after one week. The second time I got the same lady and she took 2 HOURS for a simple SNS Mani and completely tore up my fingers. Every nail has cuts on them. I poured peroxide on them when I got home to make sure I didnt get an infection and sure enough each nail burned like the fire of 1000 suns. Never again.

Only if I can rate them a 6 stars I would no second thoughts. The staffs very friendly and really make it about you. The spa is also very clean and the atmosphere is just so heavenly, no other spa like this I swear. Ill be back and will surely tell everyone I know to come.

My experience started out good since it didnt seem like they were too worried about a wait. I was seated shortly after arrival.I wish they would have told me in advance how long their wait was since they were short staffed I would have came back another day.Also I tried to only get the gel color change only and removal which adds $5I started with one technician then ended up wth another. Im not sure if they communicated what I wanted but I should have been asked bc the other tech asked if I wanted the dipping powder. I told her I didnt want to pay more and she said since I waited so long I would be charged the same( so here I am assuming $25) I agreed.When I checked out she got on the phone and just checked me out and I got charged for an full manicure and gel. Change which was worth $35 plus I had to leave tip.Had I known I would have been charged more I would have stuck with my original pick of gel nails for $25.Not very good communication between other employees and with customers.I know its not a big difference but Im on a budget and did not expect to spend that money.

Absolutely love this salon. Moved to lakeway and tried a few other places out first. I get sns and they are the only place who applied it correctly and perfectly every time. Great, clean, and friendly atmosphere. Can’t say enough good.

Lazy or just trying to rush me through, either way I just got a terrible manicure. Lopsided nails, cuticles and dead skin around the edges and dry skin on my hands. Didn’t push my cuticles back properly so the nail is lumpy. Put lotion on my arms briefly and not my hands. Skimmed over trimming cuticles. I’ll be going home now to do it myself. NEVER GOING BACK.
