Did not enjoy my experience here. There was no website to make an appointment, so I had to call. I verified several times it was for 2 people- but when I got there they said they only had time for one of us. The workers weren’t very polite or helpful when I asked questions. My nails look fine, but I would prefer to go somewhere with better customer service.

Always great service. Hannah has been my go-to person but only because she was the first person I was booked with when I tried the salon. She was excellent then, and shes excellent now. The other techs seem to keep pretty busy too. I also like that they can usually fit me in on short notice.

Nail Salon is in a good location in at 620 and Lohmans Crossing Road in the same mall as Flores Mexican Restaurant. Walk-ins are welcome, the staff was pleasant and efficient but did not rush. They have an extensive and trendy color selection. It is also located next to a few really cute dress and home interior shops to make the stop even better. I will be back when in this neck of the woods.

I’ve never had my nails done before but decided to get them done for graduation. I went with a friend and it was the best first experience! I got gel nails and I love them!

They were able to squeeze me in on a busy Friday before my wedding! My nails have NEVER looked better!! I will definitely be back!!

Mary! Ask for Mary! Dont let Tami do your pedicure without a Polish change she accidentally knicked the Polish on my big toe, very noticeable (she was not happy about doing a pedicure without a Polish change) and then said oh well I guess we have to soak off your gel and start over. What she forgot was, she had an appointment coming in, mother and daughter and they had to wait forever, and then rushed and seemed angry at me for making her spend so much time on me. Never never ask for Tami. I hate being manipulated or pressured but this was way beyond. Ill go back for Mary every couple weeks, but heed my warning about Tami. Argh

I went to this salon for a mani/pedi one week ago. The technician was Emilie herself and she did an excellent job. She took her time, was very thorough and didnt try to upsell me in anyway. I also got my eyebrows waxed while I was there for a nominal charge. Best part . . . usually my manicure starts chipping within 3 or 4 days but I just got my first chip today (7 days later) and I didnt even do gel nails, just a regular manicure. Im so happy to have found such a great salon in my neighborhood.
