If possible, please avoid this company at all costs. Yes they respond quickly to their calls but as they may seem nice, if you are unaware of the maximum rates that towing companies are allowed to charge for non-consensual rates, this company will pull a fast one on you and not look back twice to help you!I am very displeased with the way this company is ran. The Lakeland PD called this co to have my mothers car towed after being involved in an accident. We picked it up the same day and my mother was ridiculously overcharged!When I called to rectify this, Wendy ignored all phone calls. I then had to call from a different number and she couldnt even speak to me, passed me to her husband and he wouldnt even hear me out and became very rude. I know the invoice was overcharged because I contacted the Lakeland PD and asked them for the appropriate charges.The invoice is incorrect according to the Resolution and its very sad that this company pretends to be helpful when it reality they are just trying to make a quick buck!**UPDATED. Per the response below, you can clearly see how UNPROFESSIONAL this company is. I contacted Lakeland PD and I have confirmation that we were overcharged per the Resolution. Lakeland PD also confirmed that they have overcharged customers and have removed them from the rotation list. (Meaning anytime there is an accident, Lakeland PD will not be contacting them)We arent hopeful in getting our money back at this point, but they can keep it. I just want the public to know about their lack of integrity!25 Years.. not too many reviews, unprofessional owners & unclean office... probably just didnt get caught over charging customers since in reality most customers are not aware of appropriate charges.
