My car broke down on my way home from Tampa to Orlando. I only had 59 miles to go. I called 12 towing companies in which were all unprofessional and was charging me an arm and a leg. My last call wasnt to City Limits towing and I truly must say even though I was upset about paying for a tow service, Steven was so pleasant and gave me a reasonable price. Steven and his wife gave me the best customer service I have had in years. They turned my situation into a nice experience. My vehicle was loaded quickly and was already in my drive way when i pulled up at my house. I highly recommend them.

Our son was involved in a Traffic Crash 07-26-21/4:38pm on CR535 in Winter Garden. AAA totally fumbled the ball, but the Employees of City Limits of Lakeland recovered the ball, ran it in for a touchdown, & won the game for the Fans who will appreciate them forever! It was a long day & night, but DONNA (Dispatcher) called, informed, & consoled us in a concise, friendly manner over many hours until the vehicle was delivered on 07-27-21/4:27am. NICK (Tow Truck Driver) was professional & personable, providing the perfect ending to our long day into night! Thank You!

Steven was very reassuring to two weary travelers. My father who is 90 years old his truck just stopped on the road at 9:30pm. He called AAA at 9:30 and was given nothing but lies from them. They said they would call back and they never did. I went to his location at 1:00 am to wait with him. They never even dispatched the call out until after 3am. Nick arrived around 4:30 to get us. He was fabulous!!! Kind, courteous, knowledgeable. He took my father’s truck to Village Ford and we finally got home at 6am. Can’t say enough about this tow company. And Nick rocks!

I called AAA at 9:30pm on a Thursday night but they didnt dispatch my call until 2:30am! After my call was dispatched my husband spoke to the owner and he wasnt surprised by AAA dropping the ball. He got me a driver in a hurry and was fantastic. Thank you! At least I know that when AAA fails me that you guys will help! Also, happy 36 year anniversary of towing. I am so happy to be leaving this review. I have never had a more positive and professional service with any towing company. Steve and his wife are absolutely amazing. I was stranded in a rental car. Thrifty’s 24 hour road side assistance failed to answer their toll free number after a 3 hour hold. I honestly don’t know why I’m paying for Triple A. The only thing that I am pleased about is that I received a call from City Limits of Lakeland Towing. Excellent experience! AAA was horrible but this company was awesome. Picked up my stranded SUV in Sanford and delivered it to my repair shop in Kissimmee. Reasonable rates, great communication, and handled my vehicle most professionally. Would use again and recommend to anyone needing service.

This company (City Limits Towing) showed up at 2:30 am to save me from the 5 hours of waiting on Meyers towing who screwed me around for hours!!!I was on a pitch black road from 9:30 pm -2:30 am. A flatbed tow truck drove up and stopped at 1:20 then took off as I was getting out!!!Thank you City Limits Towing for this late night rescue! He loaded it quickly and easily then delivered it to the tire repair shop. Very nice people courteous and professional ♥️

Best experience ever! After a challenging experience trying to get tow service while stuck 90 minutes from home, Steve came to the rescue after many hours of waiting alone in the dark, very late at night. He called before he showed up, to give me peace of mind he was en route to my location asap and reassure I was in good hands. His vibrant personality was positive and infectious. The car was set up for tow in less than five minutes and I was well on my way back home. Steve was a god sent for sure. Highly recommended.

Called for a tow. Was told 3 hours and we agreed on price. Three hours later I call to inquire and was told it would have to be the next day. As a veteran I find this unacceptable. Contact should have been made PRIOR to scheduled time not after. Called another place and had it hooked up and home in less than an hour and saved over $100. Call any other tow truck. This guy even had to call me back after 10 pm to talk trash and give excuses about fuel prices. JOKE.

Would 10/10 recommend City Limits of Lakeland towing company! In my past experience with other towing companies, Ive been charged absurd amounts of money for a towing service but City Limits of Lakelands prices are amazing! They communicated with me a lot and made me feel like family working with me to accommodate my needs. I am so thankful that my car was in good hands and that my pockets havent been burned!! Called at 905pm and spoke to owner. Gave me a price and agreed to be there in an hour. 10:35pm and several calls with no answer. Very unprofessional not to call back to advise he would not even be making it so I could contact another company. Had to call another tow service and they showed up 29 minutes later.

Hands down, this is THE towing company to call. Steven is a fantastic guy, he saved me a lot of money. I needed a tow that was about 600 dollars and he did it for 300! Dont waste your time with the outher local companies, I highly recommend city limits of Lakeland for any towing needs.
