Service was good. My only complaint is that a lot of the stains came back after the carpet dried.

We have now used JL Cleaning Solutions twice and were thrilled both times! The first time was to have chairs cleaned and once I told Michael we purchased the chair from an estate sale he immediately understood the importance of having it cleaned thoroughly and alleviated all of our concerns. This company is very unprofessional. We scheduled with them and to only be canceled on more than one occasion for the same appointment due to their own personal issues. They have no value for their clients what so ever. To top it off they cancel appts literally hours before and don’t even make an effort to reschedule. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!! I highly suggest finding a reputable and dependable company.

We had our tile floor cleaned throughout the entire house (grout came out looking great). We also had a section of carpet cleaned in the living room, which initially we were going to replace but it came out looking new so we kept it. I do not appreciate having a flyer of your company put onto my car especially when it is parking on private property that does not allow flyers to be passed out. I do not like people near my vehicle or especially putting things on my vehicle. I advise you to no longer do this in the future. It is very unprofessional. I also advise you learn how to reply to criticism in a better manner. Reviews are for people to give their opinions about what they of your company not just specifically your work. There is a fine for leaving handbills in areas where you have not recieved permission, remember that for future reference.
