I went in looking for help on how to either get info on a older order or find a tile that was similar to the one I have. The receptionist was very nice but she wasn’t sure how to help me so she called over a salesman. The salesman’s didn’t listen to me past the part of where I was hoping to find info on a older order. He immediately said it couldn’t be done. Than another sales man chimes in. Says it couldn’t be Done that the company doesn’t make tile anymore and it will be impossible to find. Neither one of them took time to listen that I was aware that tile most likely wasn’t available but going to purchase something similar. But since they couldn’t listen and just kept saying it couldn’t be done, I left. I heard the receptionist tell them both that I was looking for something similar as well. Nice receptionist. However, will not ever go back or spend a dime there. All they had to do was shut there traps for a second and listen.

Contract was for 2 bathrooms, kitchen and small entryway. A lot of existing tile needed to be removed. Had one independent contractor do that and another independent contractor install the new floor. Floor installer was supposed to remove and replace baseboards. He left the baseboard in place, cut the flooring to meet that and put quarter round on to cover that. Now Im stuck with it since if I try to remove the baseboard and do it right, the floor is too short. He also complained about having to put some sort of leveling compound over the dings in the floor left by the tile removal guy and wanted me to pay extra for that. On the plus side, the floor is nice.

Ronnie is a man of his word and is the type of man who works on a hand shake. We had an issue with on 11/29 on which he called us, his phone call meant the world to us and got us to go back to him for carpet installation. His installers came today and did an amazing job. We have steps with about 48 posts they had to work around. The installers werePolite and very Conscientious. We will definitely use them again after the holidays to get more carpet installed. Im very happy with my new floor from Ronnies Carpets. From the very beginning talking with Johnny he was super polite, came to my house with lots of samples. Couple days later I went in and found just what I was looking for and scheduled for my floor to be installed. They called before they came and were here right on time. Two guys showed up and took most of the day to put flooring in my living room and hallway. They cleaned up everything after they were done and were very very polite. Im in love with my floor. The service was excellent, the laminate flooring turned out beautiful & I cant say enough about my installers, Melvin & Ryan. They were professional (yet a couple of really funny guys!), cleaned up every step, showed me a defect in my adjoining ceramic tile that they fixed & the floor is perfect.If I had one small complaint, it would be that the room was over-measured and I have one full box of laminate left over that I can not return for credit.That being said, I have still decided to have Jerry come out next week to measure for my master bedroom.Two dogs, good bye carpet & paying carpet cleaners!

We employed RCs to lay plank tiles in our entrance hall, kitchen and carpet in our living area. The tiling was very professionally laid and so was the carpet, however we found that the carpet pile left imprints due to the plushness of the pile. We contacted our salesman Pete who was very accommodating. We subsequently ordered another carpet to replace the original.We wish to say Thank you to Pete and we highly recommend Ronnies Carpets for quality, value and customer satisfaction.

For anyone interested in a good company that gives great information on all of their products (my salesman was Johnny), sends out extremely talented and competent installers, and has zero issues with dealing with any problems that may arise before, during or after completion, please do use this company. For my particular job they removed all carpeting, as well as old vinyl flooring from my home, and installed vinyl plank (which meant they really had to work on the cement to ready it), new carpeting, and some new vinyl. I am so pleased. My house looks like new. They moved furniture effortlessly as they worked, were very careful with all of my things, and did an excellent job in my home. Cant say enough good things!!!
