Jessie, Robert and George were all so very helpful during such a difficult time with our grandfathers house flooding. Once called they arrived very quickly and immediately started taking photos of all of the damage and went right to work trying to stop anymore damage being done. Because of their quick response we were able to salvage much more than we thought. They were also very helpful in communicating with our insurance adjuster as well, and stayed in constant communication with us too. Would highly recommend theirs services and cannot thank them enough!!

Jessie, Jake and Zach did an outstanding job. Jessie was there an hour after our call. Jessie set up the fans and dehumidifiers, explained everything he was doing. Came everyday for five days checking on the results of the water damage and added fans when necessary. We were extremely impressed and satisfied by the professionalism of the guys that were involved. Jessie, Jorge and Tyler were an awesome team when we had them out for our duct cleaning. Very professional, explained what they were doing step by step and dusted and vacuumed before they left.

Originally we had hired PaulDavis but they wanted to charge us too much money so we ended up finding ServPro and could not be happier. Not only did they charge half the price but they were much more professional and helpful throughout the experience. I only have good things to say about my experience with this company . I was totally unable to move about when I asked my daughter for her help taking care of a move we had to make . She took over for me. After the home was emptied she contacted a young man from SERVPRO and they set a date . The young man whose name is Shawn came and did a fantastic job on all of the floors . Not only was he able to complete my home, a neighbor saw the work he did and asked him to do their motor home, he didnt hesitate with helping my neighbor out too. My niece parked an older car in the driveway, which left an awful oil stain. I knew the HOA wouldnt approve, so I called Larry at ServPro of Lakeland.
