I had scheduled a 12:00 appointment to have my car done I had everything ready the money ready I was already told what it was going to cost me and then at 12:00 nobody came and I gave it until 12:15 and nobody still came and nobody called me and I had to call them and the person that I called said that they were stuck on i-4 with something wrong with their tire and they were waiting on help and so 3 hours go by and I called the number back and the number seems to be on a phone that you cant call into that only they can call you back and the guy promised me a free car detailing because of what happened and I have never heard back from them since so if there could be zero Stars given I would give it

Ken Carter, from Xpert Auto Detailers performed a miraculous job restoring my car to showroom condition. Ken was prompt, courteous, and diligent, detailing every square inch of my car. I will be using Kens services from now on.

Had them scheduled to come out on a Thursday no show! After calling several times someone finally answered. They apologized. We rescheduled for 2 weeks. This time they showed up the appointment was for 10 am didnt get there til 11 am. I was quoted $37 for 1 vehicle however I had 2 vehicles both were @ the same size they $100 for both. I will never use them again!
