Jay does an AWESOME job the only place I’ll ever go to and have my truck detailed. Spotless and it wasn’t easy either as I have a dog so there was a plethora of dog hair inside. Now my truck looks perfect. Thanks Jay!

Last night, someone was sick in the back of my mom’s car. The staff at Inside Out cleaned the car within a couple of hours of me bringing it in today. They did a very thorough clean and were kind about it too. They even stayed open a little late (on Christmas Eve!) to finish for me. To top it all off, the service was very affordable. I am so grateful for the help at Inside Out and would recommend their service to anyone that needs help with their car. Fantastic service at this business.

Jay and his staff have been detailing my cars for over 20 years. They always do a fantastic job at a very fair price. What really impresses me about Inside Out is the same people have worked there for years and years. How many detailing shops can say that? They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and very friendly. I had an interior cleaning detail done and it was amazing! The woman did an excellent job. She really took her time and spent 2 hours on it. Paid $55! Will definitely be returning. Great prices and even better work! Cant recommend this enough.

Visited during operating hours and waited 10 minutes for someone to show up. She told me everyone left but they would be back (when? Neither of us knew). What the heck. I also tried calling throughout the day and no one picked up.

Ive been a customer of Inside & Out for years. They do a good job for a decent price. I got my windows tinted about a year ago and theyre still in good shape. Ive also used them multiple times to detail some of my cars and Ive always been pleased. The only downside is that its by appointment only, so you have to call ahead and because so many people use him it could be a few days before he can fit you in.

I dropped my car off to clean the seats. I was told it would be ready by “end of business day” and was not informed of a time. I was called at 4:21 and told my vehicle was ready. I was dealing with another matter so I couldn’t immediately return to get the vehicle. The owner calls me back at 4:50 asking if I’m coming to get it cause they are about to close. I told him I was busy and I would try to make it but I thought end of business was 6 and he proceeded to yell at me “You don’t tell me how to run my business” I asked him why he was yelling at me a customer like that and he told me being a customer means nothing. Very unprofessional. When I arrived to get the vehicle the owner was more caught up with a horse race then actually conducting business. The seats are cleaned but if you’re going to scream at your customers, your customers won’t return.

My new car had a huge mess in one seat and soaked into the back carpet...they had me there within 24 hours, had my car for just 4 hours and not only did it come completely clean, they also detailed and shampooed the entire interior and washed it as well! It looks gorgeous! Best money I have ever spent - the owner is personable and knowledgeable. I will be doing business there in the near future, even without a spill...

They have tinted our front windows on our new Cadillac 4 times now. Each time they left scratches and debris in the tint. The worker who said he’s been doing this over 40 years told my wife not to look at it so close and that it was “imperfectly perfect”. All these years experience and still can’t handle a simple tint job. Go somewhere else and save yourselves the hassle. The owner now is assuring us this is all normal and no tint is perfect. Guess he needs to look at some other places’ work because we have tint done on other cars with zero issues like described above. Owner and worker were not the friendliest by any means either and I’m sure we’re annoyed that we have to keep getting them fixed.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!I was quoted $65 for a shampoo of the interior and was charged $85 after the service was done. I did not ask for a detail of the inside so I assume they took it upon themselves to charge me more for doing something I didnt ask for.THE STAINS ARE STILL THERE. In both the front seat and back seat. All I can tell is that the floor was vacuumed to heck and back. That part was done well. But as far as what I paid for...NO! DID NOT DO AN $85 SHAMPOO JOB! Nothing seemed to be cleaned with something other than a high suction vacuum.As far as Im concerned, I could of done what they did for $5 - $10 in products and 15 min of my time.

I decided to get my windows tinted here, since the place I would normally go to is in Tampa. Ive had two cars done for a similar price at the other tint shop, and had perfect results each time.Apparently for $155 the best that the tint tech can do is sub par, because on every single window there were bubbles. I got my windows done on last Saturday, and the same day noticed all the blotches and asked him to look it over, he apologized and attempted to fix his mistakes only to say that the back windows spots were too hard to get too, I cant reach it. With that in mind, he said to call back if they spots didnt go away, (which of course they didnt.) I waited to call until Tuesday, and he told me to wait till Friday. I brought my car back in today to see if theres anything he can do to fix it, but the glue had already cured with the bubbles. He offered to only do one of the windows over again, but mentioned that even doing it over again the results would probably be the same with bubbles. Why the hell would I want him to do the same garbage job twice?I mean, it looks pretty good to me. For the amount you paid for this is the best youre going to get. Seriously? Ive never had an employee tell me that I should expect below standard results for so much money. If thats the kind of employee you have who expects flaws in his work, then Im surprised this place is still in business. Ill be contacting the owner when they open on Monday.If you want your windows correctly the first time, I highly recommend Sun Stop of Tampa. They tint windows correctly the first time, and Ill be getting my windows fixed there. Im sorry, but I want my windows to look good for years to come, sans bubbles.

Brought my car there for tinting and detailing. Initially I was happy and them I started noticing problems. First my back door lock was screwed up and it was my fault. Then I had a brand new headlight put in two months ago by a very reputable shop drove 1,000 miles in TORRENTIAL RAIN and rain in Florida . Never had the car washed since i came from ny no issues with my headlight. Brought it to this shop and now have water in my headlight and again blamed my headight not who washed my car. Then the tinted showed rainbow colors on the driver side and not on the passenger side when i wear my sun glasses. So again told the owner and of course again its NOT THE TINT JOB ITS MY SUN GLASSES MUST BE DEFECTIVE YET WHEN I WALK AROUND OR LOOK AT THE DRIVERSIDE WINDSHIELD AND WINDOWS NO RAINBOW COLORS WITH THIS OWNER AND HIS CREW NOTHING IS EVER THEIR MISTAKE OR THEIR FAULT. THE OWNER IS RUDE NASTY AND NEVER WANTS TO FIX ANY MISTSKES OR DAMAGE THEY CAUSE and then HANGS UP ON YOU AND DOESNT CARE AT ALL. TOO BAD FOR YOU...YOUR FAULT!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY.

Bought a Jeep Wrangler from this place. I got a good price and a good car...however, that was all to do with my research (carfax report, bringing a mechanic) and luck and nothing to do with the owner.The owner, lied about pretty much everything about the car. A list includes him lying about having a soft top he chose not to put on (had no hardware), having a back seat with no cosmetic issues (the backseat isnt for this model Jeep and is not, cannot attach). Beyond that, there was a bent rim that was difficult to find and quite dangerous to drive on that wasnt mentioned (I found it sooner than later thankfully!).Im good at finding deals. I got a perfect real back seat for 100 bucks, I got hardware for the soft top for 20, and I got a perfect new rim for 60 bucks. I would have bought the Jeep knowing these things needed to be fixed anyways, but the owner chose to lie. I feel lucky only because if the engine was about to blow up, I know this guy would have lied about that.Finally, I came back the next day as scheduled to pick up my tag and he apparently was too busy to get it done. I live an hour away and couldnt come back for a few weeks. He randomly, and humorously, threatened to call the police if I didnt return immediately.I feel bad for the guy. He must not be having a good go. Maybe if he told the truth, hed sell more cars and make more money...and possibly be happier. I dunno.As for the Jeep. I absolutely love it! Its like a giant lego and so much fun. I bought a nice cover for it that takes about 1 minute to put on and off so I pretty much ride around with the bikini top only, unless its going to be cold. So buy a jeep!, just dont buy one from this guy.
