I acquired the $24.99 a month unlimited washes. I typically go once a week or twice depending on my car needs. Its convenient and love that it meets my car wash needs. I use to take joy in washing my vehicle but those days are long gone. So, this is my happy medium.

I’ve been a member since they opened as Loves car wash. I went last week to get a wash and the boy prescrubbing the front bumper accidentally dropped the spray wand and it hit the side of my hood and put a decent size dent in it. After completing my wash, I spoke to the manager Drew who said he would pass on my info to the owner, Patrick. I had not heard anything so I went by and spoke to Drew again. He said the owner was supposed to have reached out to me (he has not), but that he said the young boy that did the damage would have to pay for my car to be fixed. I find this to be absolutely ridiculous. It was an honest mistake and the kid is probably in high school and making minimum wage. I’m not going to do that to him. This is what business insurance is for. I find it revolting that this is how they treat their employees (and customers). I run a business and I could never treat my staff like this. Accidents happen and if they are happening too frequently, you let the employee go, you don’t make them pay thousands for an honest mistake. Especially in a time like this when businesses are begging for workers, how in the world they are able to find anyone to work for them is beyond me. I am livid about all of it. I deserve to have my car fixed but that clearly isn’t going to happen from this POS “business.” Needless to say, I cancelled my membership and I caution anyone from getting their car washed or finding employment at this place.

Be careful using the membership, as it renews automatically. When I called to cancel as soon as I saw the recurring payment on my bank account (which was pending), they told me I was already too late and couldn’t receive a refund for a service I was no longer using.I wouldn’t recommend this car wash again because they weren’t willing to refund me despite doing everything in my power to both cancel the membership and not using the service.(Billing was posted on the 26th to my account when I called, but even calling the same day was too late.)I’ll be finishing out this month because I have no other option.

We will not be returning to this car wash anymore. This is our first and last time here. They scratched the paint off my truck. Bugs didnt come off my windshield. Left water in the tailgate. Windows dirtier than before and we would rather do a hand wash. We even pulled around after the car wash because windows were filthy and still did a poor job. We did the 30 dollar choice and still tried a horrible job

Great for a quick wash, great location, the best part is you can leave the carwash and jump on the parkway right away to dry off whatever is left on the car! Did very well for a CR-V and an Expedition Max.

They just changed names. Everything still seem the same. No real complaint other then the tag reader dont always read. Car comes out clean every time.

I was there around 1:30 or 2 Friday before Super Bowl and it was not terribly busy, steady but not busy. The young man working at the carwash did a very good job of rinsing, soaping and doing my rims with the pressure washer. They seem to be very thorough there with what I can only describe as a pretty high-tech car wash.

Didn’t even know there was car wash here! Decent prices, Great Wash, Interior vacuum and towels/chemical to clean interior. Awesome Job will be picking me up a membership.

I used to love this car wash. What separated them (to me) from other carwashes in the area is that they took the time to brush the front of your car to get the bugs out and front and back window. Today was the 3rd day in a row that I went and they didn’t brush the front for bugs. (Only 1 guy at the front just to give you directions to put your car in Neutral). That is literally why I was going there, for the extra care in brushing the car before it went in. I gave you all 3 more chances and I’m now not coming back. Come to find out when I go to vaccum my car, 3 of their workers were just chilling to the side talking and on their phone.

I absolutely love this car wash! Met with friendly faces and smiles, the guys working scrubbed my car down before going through the wash. My kids LOVED the light show inside the car wash as well. Vacuums were great quality. All around wonderful experience and we will be using them from now on!

They were awesome, I chose a 10 dollar wash and my car wasn’t quite clean. The owner or manager I’m assuming let me go through again and gave me the higher wash for free! He was the one who brought it to my attention and I just thought that was pretty awesome! The vacuums are AMAZING!!!

This car wash is absolutely the best. The cheapest single wash is $10.I honestly that was too much until I went through the car wash and used the vacuums. I realized that my car was much cleaner than with other places and the vacuums suck three times harder. As I was vacuuming, a worker came out and handed me air fresheners and a bag of candy. They win, Ill be back!

Poor customer service, people there seem to be unprofessional When I see a comment FROM the owner stating that their comment was false and should be removed, that is completely unprofessional and shouldnt happen anywhere at all. Another comment stating their staff cursing, is another way to make your customers leave the property especially with younger children. Yall need to change, youve got a nice wash with all the bells and whistles, yet your service stinks all to high heaven.

This story must be shared.I arrived at Loves today and was guided up to the entrance of the wash. Pretty normal so far. But, after waiting for a minute or two, a young lady, Kendyl, informed me that I couldnt proceed because of the bike rack on the rear of my vehicle. Since I did not have the necessary tools to remove it, I had to back up and pull off to the side.To my surprise, she hand washed my vehicle and would not accept any payment for doing so. I told her that it wasnt necessary but she insisted and did it with a smile. Im still in shock to be honest. In my opinion this level of customer service is super rare and so therefore, this story needed to be shared.They definitely get a well earned recommendation from me.Thanks!

Love’s is a great brand with a great family behind it. Every time I come back home from college, I stop by to get rid of those pesky love bugs from the highway, and my car comes out brand new every time. Support a quality business, one of the few left these days!

I think this is a great car wash and is a big upgrade to the other automatic car washes in Lakeland. Its a good value and gets your car really clean. The free vacuums and rags/spray are a great bonus. The only negative is the employees that spray/scrub your car. They just stand there and scrub a little without putting much effort in so the bugs dont all get washed off.

This was the fourth time I visited them. Previously, the job was well done, but this time I had to return a few minutes later when I discovered that part of the car was still dirty. And we did go back to get it redone but the attendee did not apologize and actually looked unhappy that we had to call attention to this. For $20 I didnt expect to have to go back home and wash the back of my vehicle because even after returning there were still a few dirty spots.

Great car wash they take their time to get ever love bug of your car. The about wash does a great most car washes miss spots but this on get everything. One small warning take your antenna off. Mine got bent but they did ask me if I wanted to take it off so it’s my fault.

The older guy in younger guy that was cleaning the bugs off at the entrance of the car wash I dont think like their job very much. They should get another job. If you are hired to clean love bugs. Clean love bugs. All of them.. Accident car wash it had pulled my stubby antenna off told them about it they did go and find it but they arm on a shammy dry hit the side of the truck with a little bit of pressure and they did not even seem like they care. They could had said Im sorry sir we will look into that they pretty much just shrug their shoulders and walked away. Yeah thats gonna make you pay your bills for this car wash I can see whats gonna happen next. If ID seen this happening from my prior usage here I would not have just gotten my membership. I hope things change their and management works with their people a little bit better. Sad.

My first car wash here was great. They power wash any ladybugs and hand scrub them off your windshield prior to entering. They are family owned and reasonably priced. My car looked better after the wash compared to other drive thru car washes Ive used.

Came here for the first time today. Never again. My front vehicle is still dirty and part of my passenger side door got scratched up. Called the place and complained and all they had to say was “okay”. Definitely not coming here again. Maybe others will have a better experience.

The car wash damaged my car by scraping a gash on the roof right above the B pillar (fortunately I think it can be buffed out). Sad, because otherwise a good car wash.

I like this car wash. They have vacuums, window washing supplies and a mat washer. However, their employees are very unprofessional. While they were spot cleaning the front of my car before it entered the automatic car wash, I could hear their conversation riddled with profanities. Glad I didn’t have my toddler with me.
