Trying to get ahold of these people is almost impossible and I live in the same state. As the claim for their “great customer service” is a joke. Have called, written emails and still have yet to be contacted back. I’m sorry I’m trying to give your company some of my hard earned money and I can’t even get someone on the phone. Even if you have great products you won’t survive with poor customer service. People will only put up with so much before moving on to the next best thing. Shame.

They always have the products in stock, they always work as described, and they are even capable of making custom cleaners as needed.
